Question: You often tell us that we should strive to embrace our friends with our hearts. What does this concept entail?
Answer: Embracing a friend’s heart means striving to feel their true needs and questions. For this, you must unite with them in some common desire and raise this desire to the Creator. After you have united even a little, take some text of a prayer and begin reading it together in unison. And so it will be revealed that at the same time you rise.
Question: First you said that we need to seek our friend’s aspirations and then rise to the Creator with a common desire. So is this a path that needs to be followed to come to the single desire?
Answer: Yes, think less and act more so that your impressions lead you to a new state.

Question: What does it mean to keep oneself in the right state during a descent?
Answer: In a state of descent we must still keep ourselves connected to the Creator. After all, a descent is not truly a descent; we simply stop feeling closeness to the Creator, but this does not mean we are distancing from Him.
On the contrary, these are the states when we need to draw Him even closer to us. Thus, it is from this state of relative descent that we will begin to rise higher and higher.
Question: Elders develop a certain technique for going through states of descent, and they patiently go through everything. This patience, as a habit, does it neutralize the descent and moving through the degrees?
