Question: In what case do Jews have the right to exist?

Answer: Only if they declare to the world that they truly have the key to the happiness of humanity, to its normal existence, to reach a perfect state, and offer it to the entire world.

If we do this, no matter how ridiculous or absurd it may seem, people will take it seriously.

After all, antisemitism toward such a small nation, which consists of an insignificant number of fifteen million people out of all of humanity, and the claims against them that they are the cause of all the world’s suffering, in principle, is a claim that this nation is special.

Nations of the world feel that we are special. Only so far, we are special in the bad sense of the word because we do not reveal the meaning of life, the possibility of reaching a real, eternal, perfect existence, thus limiting all other nations.

We are the cause of their suffering. They are absolutely right in this. Without the middle line, the nations of the world cannot come to the thought of creation. It is impossible.

All of us come from ancient Babylon. But only we took this middle line and the rest went on the way of egoistic development. Today we meet.

According to the design of creation, people constantly play some roles without realizing it. Man automatically follows what nature evokes in him.

This has been the case throughout history, and this paradigm is ending today. Today we have to enter a completely different stage of development and begin to move forward realizing, understanding, and engaging in this process. This is where the problem is.

By receiving such calls from nature, that is, emptiness, I myself must fill it with content, why am I doing this, in the name of what? I must reveal all the plans of nature, maybe agree with them, maybe not, but explore them and act accordingly.

Today nature requires me to consciously intervene, participate, and partner with it. And then it turns out that I do not know what to do. I have to deal with this somehow.

Question: When a person has a question about wanting to kill his egoism, is this already an advancement?

Answer: Of course! This is already a great achievement! And this is the great help of the Creator from above, when a person begins to understand what he needs.

Question: Is it possible to kill egoism?

Answer: No, absolutely not. You can only correct it, complete it, and use it correctly. You cannot rid the world of the engine that really moves the world, rotates, turns, and awakens it all the time, and brings everything into motion.

That is, the negative force is the one that drives. The positive force cannot manifest itself as much as the negative one. It manifests itself only when it is required, that is, it is more passive.

Egoism is a feeling of lack. I do not have enough! I am suffocating! I need fulfillment more and more! This is why it is so full of energy.

Therefore, the Creator is proud of Himself: “I created egoism!” Look how this great force works, how every second it is in everything and all the time. There would be no life without egoism. It is because a positive force is just a positive force, and nothing more.

Question: But still, how can I take this negative force, which dictates to me that “I must be filled,” “I am not filled,” “I need to be filled more,” and turn it over and make it a positive one?

Answer: You need to ask a positive force to show you that in fact everything in the world is yours. Everything around me is me. I need to collect all these scattered, torn, broken parts, put them together in a way when they mutually complement each other. This is all mine, my treasure. This is me. I want to bring this all to a perfect state.

Question: What state do you call perfect?

Answer: When all the parts will be mutually connected and will complement each other and be filled with an absolute state of love.

Question: Is this what is called “everything is mine”?

Answer: Yes. It is “mine” because I have to bring them to this state.

Question: So, is this my responsibility?

Answer: Yes. This is my state, I have to bring it. These are my parts, and I have to put them all together. I have to make sure that they all are connected and filled. That is, I am a worker of the Creator.

Question: Psychologists say that the feeling of our own power makes us more determined and allows us to make decisions autonomously. Do you agree with this?

Answer: No. The higher a person is in his scientific achievements, the more he doubts, the more he asks all sorts of questions, he has a lot of concepts that he cannot connect with each other in any way and he is not confident in himself.

If he is confident in himself, then he is not a real researcher, not a real scientist and expert. The more a person knows, the more he doubts.

Comment: People vested with power have less doubt about the correctness of their actions even if they condemn others for the same action.

My Response: Yes, this is correct. Power destroys everything logical in us. Power is suppression, power is control.

If I have power over someone, then that person has neither freewill nor freedom of thought. It is no longer possible to ask him for advice, he is not in doubt because he is forced to obey me.

Terrorist attacks are not just another headline in the news, it is the shattering of people’s lives cut short, and it is the panic and chaos that rip through an area in their wake. Fear ripples through and takes up residence in the psyche of the people who live through it. For two weeks terrorists have targeted a series of brutal attacks in Israeli cities, and again just last night in a popular nightlife spot in Tel Aviv that claimed the lives of three young men.

Anxiety has overpowered people’s mindsets. Everyone walks down the street with caution, suspicion, alertness, and looks automatically for a place to escape if another terrorist motivated by Islamic fundamentalism strikes again. Every ambulance howl evokes thoughts of despair and concern.

As Israelis, there is no need to pretend like nothing is happening and act as if everything is normal. We all need to take care of ourselves and take care of each other and be vigilant. We also need to open our eyes to what is happening on a more internal level, and open our hearts to what Israel’s sages wrote: “The prime defense against calamity is love and unity. When there are love, unity, and friendship between each other in Israel, no calamity can come over them” (Maor vaShemesh – Light and Sun).

Likewise, The Book of Consciousness writes, “We are commanded at each generation to strengthen the unity among us so our enemies do not rule over us.”

All of Israel is an amalgamation in which everyone is connected to each other, but we do not see it and certainly do not feel it. But the spiritual connection is direct: the connection of our hearts radiates favorably to the whole of society. Therefore, along with the phenomenon of terrorists who need to be uprooted, we must act with all our might to unite and be guarantors of each other.

Only if we can support each other wholeheartedly can we gain a sense of security on our streets. But as long as we prefer to live in our own bubble, caring only about our personal well-being, then this cold snowball of indifference forms between us, it rolls down a slope picking up more layers of coldness and alienation, and wraps each in an icy shroud that keeps us apart, until the next disaster forces us to briefly ward off peril.

Our Torah is all about love. It includes the greatest rule, “love your neighbor as yourself.” We must apply it in moments of peace, not just in times of terrorist attacks, but always because, like our ancient wisdom tells us, awakening to the love between us will awaken a supreme power, and it is He who will protect us from all evil.

Today, we see a huge number of people among different peoples who want to adopt the Kabbalistic methodology emerging all over the world. In this regard they are no different from the so-called native Jews, and they come to the same results.

Question: Psychologists say that people who are endowed with power have pronounced tyranny, stubbornness, and mental imbalance. Scientists have found that power changes the structure of the individual and even his brain. Do you agree with this?

Answer: Absolutely agree. The fact is that we are all arranged in such a way that we are between two forces of nature (reception and bestowal, pressure and release), which must constantly be in balance.

All nature consists of two opposite forces, and in whatever way they are revealed, they must be balanced. Only in this state can we achieve correct results. We need both forces. There is no darkness without light and no light without darkness.

We must choose the golden mean in everything. If a person loses the opportunity to hold on to it and he is given permissiveness: do what you want without a limit, then we will disfigure him. He will not grow up to be what he needs to be. He must necessarily be within a framework and feel that he is given the opportunity to act in a narrow range, in the balance of two forces.

An animal has no problems in this regard. It understands what it needs and does not overeat, overdrink, or oversleep. It does whatever its body requires. The organism in the animalistic state always requires the most normal and rational things.

This is not how it is in a person. The problem is that a person is always ruled by his egoism.

Question: How does this fit with what Baal HaSulam writes: It is necessary to give freedom to the individual?

Answer: The freedom of the individual lies precisely in the fact that we do not force him, but teach him. To the extent of this learning, he gains freedom, knows how to restrict himself correctly, how to limit himself, and how make a man out of himself.

That is, freedom is a conscious restriction of one’s egoism, when a person understands how he should educate himself, meaning to be “above himself” and from “above himself” to control his animalistic nature.
