Question: In Talmud Eser Sefirot, it is written that the desire to receive pleasure in and of itself is neither bad, good, nor lowly. It is bad only because it isolates us from the Creator. So, if we want to attain the Creator, then is this a bad desire?
Answer: This refers to the desire to receive. If it isolates me from the Creator or I want to use the Creator to fulfill an egoistic need, this is a bad use of desire.
Question: Do I understand correctly: the Creator does everything for the best, and good and evil are given to us in order to understand the difference between them and continue our advancement?
