The method of spiritual transformation is given to us when we are undergoing the worst afflictions, when we finally agree to end our horrible mutual relationships and wish to unite.

We agree to change ourselves and we realize that we cannot do it by ourselves, that only the force that created us can operate here and give us birth anew. It turns out that having been corrupted by our own ego, we have to undergo a serious correction.

We agree to that and confirm it, and wish to annul all the repulsion that we feel between us. Of course, we cannot object in the state we are, but at the same time, we don’t want to be merely neutral, but also to participate in the process, although we cannot do so.

Therefore we ask: “Help us agree to participate in the creation, not only in our intention but also in our actions, so that we will totally convert our attributes.” When humanity feels this prayer everyone will feel that this option exists.

I hope that through dissemination we will feel a need to adhere with the Creator. The group itself doesn’t have a big enough deficiency for this. If the dissemination will be with a strong enough intensity, in return, this will create pressure on us. We will then need to mature, like a young couple who become parents and begin to take care of a child. They are forced to become more serious, more mature, responsible and independent.

Then you will need to see that in every stage of life it is only a picture and nothing more. It comes from the Creator as a game, and  with the help of the environment, you must position yourself towards it in the right way.

The more you participate in the group, in dissemination, and essentially in the world because you are going to bestow to the whole world, the more and more actively and practically you enter into this game with the Creator. This helps you to participate in it with more understanding and more feeling.

Just as the Creator acts on you, manages you, and plays with you, you act in exactly the same way towards the external community, managing and playing with it. Meanwhile, you still don’t know and don’t feel this yourself, as you have not yet accommodated between you, the community, and the Creator. But this will come.

During the process of work in the community, you will feel that it is very much like what the Creator does with you. In sum, what does Bina do? It takes what is before it, from Keter to the middle of Bina, and bestows all this to Malchut.

So our dissemination is really the game of life where we learn and transform ourselves in order to become similar to the Creator.

Question: How does it follow that you can try for years to connect with the society unsuccessfully and not understand and feel that the society is more important and greater than you, and then within half an hour of dissemination work, you suddenly understand everything?

Answer: The idea is that dissemination makes you more like the Creator. You come to tell people about connection, love, and the necessity to unite, and with this you become a conduit for the Light, a pipe that transmits the Light.

And because you carry out your role with this, from Above a little more special Light comes to you that causes you to grow. If you raise the shortcoming of the lower to the higher, you get a double portion. You are already getting a part of your AHP that you never had before. With this you grow qualitatively: It’s not just that from a little baby you become a big baby; rather, you get the powers and understanding of a youth and then those of a mature person.

If a person doesn’t take care of the external public, he will not develop his desire to receive, his AHP. And all intelligence, sensation, and development are found in the AHP. Therefore, it is said: (Talmud Babyli, “Ta’anit,” 7a) I learned much from my masters, more from my friends, and even more from my students.

For when a teacher teaches his students, he develops his AHP, as it is said: (Talmud Babyli, “Baba Batra,” 124a) The firstborn gets a double portion. And through this he grows. And if a teacher doesn’t take care of his students, then he grows only in his Galgalta and Eynaim, which is called being mute.

But the moment that you go out to disseminate, you qualitatively develop your vessels; this is the AHP of the vessels. Therefore, this is so important. I hope that dissemination will bring us salvation, meaning that it will raise us to the next level.

Question: I grew up in nature, on a farm, surrounded by fields and gardens, in a world of sounds. What is the music of nature?

Answer: If a person lives in a place like this, then the music of nature is actually what should fill him and tune him correctly. The music of nature provides the right background for a good and healthy life. Trees, flowers, and the wind are all sounds that are actually vital for a person’s state of balance.

Question: How is the natural world of the sounds of nature around us related to a person’s health?

Answer: It is common knowledge that music can heal, stabilize the heart beat, our inner frequencies, and the inner organs. Everything depends on the sounds that we hear.

People have not yet learned to make proper use of that, but there is a great potential in it. It is a wonderful way to cleanse, correct, and tune a person.

Comment: This is very interesting since I lived in India for a while after my military service, in remote places, far away from any form of civilization, and I felt very healthy, healthier than I ever felt before. When I returned to the ordinary urban environment, I realized to what extent the music of nature had healed me.

Opinion (Yuri M. Kagramanov, publicist, culturologist): “Is there a means to prevent the decline of European civilization? Since the beginning of the 21^st century, at Western academic crossroads, there were talks about the need for the Second Enlightenment, which would give a new impetus to European civilization – just as the classical Enlightenment did.

“The cultural elite falls into the mass like in the quagmire, and humanity not only became mature, about what the intellectuals of the Enlightenment were dreaming, but fell back into childhood: it is interested only in the body, comfort, well-being, the power of material things … the infantile humanity of the 21^st century demonstrates the flaws inherent in children: gullibility, immorality, cowardice, ignorance, propensity for violence, the spirit of a herd.

“The confidence of Enlightenment that the human being is able to take the world’s fate in his hands is completely lost. We need not ideology but worldview – it is a much broader concept, and it has been always determined by geniuses.”

My Comment: There will be no Second Enlightenment as the masters of academic Europe envision. Egoism bloomed only once and gave its fruit, and today we are reaping it! The Second Enlightenment should be altruistic, and it will be given to the world not by egoists but by those who have mastered the way out of it, that is, Kabbalists. The Second Enlightenment is called “Integral Education of the World” or the “wisdom of connection.”

Question: Could it be that we lack the feeling of fear with regard to the greatness of our role, of our mission, when we go out to disseminate to people?

Answer: It is impossible to demand this feeling of fear from a person if he doesn’t see the whole picture. How, for example, can a baby know how dear he is to his parents? He runs around but has no feeling of self importance, of the importance of his role, of the fact that he exists. If he could understand how important he is to his parents, to those around him, he might run around differently.

It is the same with us: How do we know that we are infinitely dear to the Creator? We hear about that but we don’t understand and don’t perceive it enough so that we would begin to act differently.

Question: How can we develop ourselves so that adhesion to the goal and the great responsibility that we have will affect us in a way such that we will not leave others until we bring them to where they should be?

Answer: Simply do what you have to do each time and everything will gradually work out. Don’t worry, leave some work for the teacher, the group, and the Creator. Don’t take all of creation upon your shoulders.

Question: How is it possible to integrate and connect these two opposites: on one hand, we are asking the Creator to be revealed, and on the other hand, we prefer to work in concealment?

Answer: I am interested in there being a concealment within which I will be able to discover the Creator. I accept this concealment as the correct condition, although I feel bad that I am helpless and at the point of exhaustion. My desire to receive doesn’t run after pleasures because it doesn’t feel them due to the concealment.

Essentially, what is the concealment? The concealment is the discovery of the Light of Hassadim. There is no empty place devoid of the Creator, there is discovery of His mercy, which I don’t understand and don’t want, and so I consider them as concealment, as darkness.

Around me everything is filled with Light, but I don’t feel it because this is the Light of bestowal. So instead of love, instead of a nice and good relationship, I discover and see the bad relationships, problematic pressures from all sides, enemies, haters, and informers.

This is all revealed because my desires are not corrected yet. This is mercy, but it is in concealment! If I correct myself, then I will see revealed mercy.

And until then, I don’t see any mercy and must believe above reason that the Creator is now sending me the means to discover Him. There is nothing worse than emptiness than a dead state. It doesn’t give me any possibility to awaken.

But the moment I begin to discover and feel that problems are appearing that press upon me from all sides, then this is already mercy. I only lack my own Light of Hassidim, its reflected Light, to discover this mercy of the Creator.

So there is nothing worse than when apathy dominates us and doesn’t let us do anything with it. This state is also given from Above to teach us that even the worst action is still preferable to all this indifference. We are not prepared to struggle with indifference.

All of our work is to see and to feel at every moment how we are awakened apparently through the negative things that we feel. But in spite of it all, we need to see the true Upper Light within the reflected Light that we create. We are in the Light of the Infinite, and the moment when the characteristic of bestowal is activated within us, all concealment dissipates immediately.

Question: One of the friends who was with us for a while said: “I don’t want to be part of a herd. I have my own relationship with the Creator.”

Answer: It will pass. At the moment he doesn’t understand the general picture of creation.

The Creator doesn’t exist! A person has to create Him by himself. What can he come close to? Where can he do it? Only when he is in contact with other people. In fact, he is looking for a way to justify his ego that makes him feel repelled by everyone. I understand him perfectly, but there is nothing we can do. At the moment he is on a childish level and it may take time until he returns.

After the general vessel was shattered into many pieces, the only way to discover the Light, the Creator, within it, is by putting it together. But can I put it together if I am merely a small piece of that vessel?

There is a story about an old chiropractor who was visited by young doctors who came to learn how to put bones back in place. In the past setting bones was a separate profession.

The chiropractor took a clay pitcher, tied it tightly in a sack and broke it. Then he began to put it together without opening the sack. When he put the pitcher together just by feeling the pieces, he showed it to everyone, bowed, and left. This is art!

This is exactly what we should do. Unfortunately, I don’t feel that the nation is ready for this. We don’t encounter a great desire yet, and this hinders my explanations. But the time will come.
