Question: What is the “revelation of the Creator to the created beings in this world”? Is it possible to compare the revelation of the Creator with the revelation of the laws of magnetism or electricity? Do we simply learn how to use those laws of nature that were previously hidden from us?

Answer: To reveal the Creator means to reveal the hidden forces of nature, their dependencies, laws, formulas, and graphs, meaning, to understand what we exist inside of, to understand not the picture that we see now, but rather the forces behind it.

Nature is controlled by certain forces. Their relations with each other, their impact on us, our reverse impact on them—we need the whole picture in order to continue our existence at least more or less comfortably and confidently. The sciences of our world only lead us to the awareness that we do not control nature and its forces—we can somewhat hide from their negative impact and nothing more.

At the same time, there is an increasing feeling that science is in crisis, at a dead end, and the next breakthrough should be beyond the limits of our world, to those forces that stand outside the sphere of our present existence, outside the sphere of our universe.

These are the hidden forces of nature that are higher than us and define our entire life.

Question: Can we say that they are the cause of the events that happen to us in the corporeal world?

Answer: Naturally. Absolutely.

Question: It turns out that if I attain this hidden force while in this world, that is, if I feel it with my five senses, is this the revelation of the Creator?

Answer: Yes, you can say so.

Question: Is it a sensory attainment?

Answer: It is attained not only in the feelings, but also in the mind.

We reveal how the forces affecting us are interconnected, their causal development and their consistent impact on us. In general, we see a complete picture of our world under the influence of the upper governing forces: “upper” meaning still hidden from us.

In addition, we begin to see and understand the possibility of our influence on these forces through a reverse connection, in order to bring them to a state in which they desirably and positively influence us.

Question: Could you please comment on some quotations attributed to Albert Einstein?

Quotation: “Only a fool needs order, genius can handle chaos.”

Answer: Yes. A person usually rushes to order because he cannot embrace what is in front of him.

The genius on the other hand, feels that he must dissolve in the chaos and then he will see an internal order in it: not the one he imposes on the existing world, but the one that initially exists within this world.

Quotation: “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”

Answer: If miracles did not exist, then everything would be very simple and clear. I too want to explain to everyone: “Why are you suffering? Look, everything is written simply. You are trying to do something in your life with incomprehensible attempts.”

This is one life when we try to grasp the immensity with our minds. But we say in advance: “Why is it there? Everything is simple and good,” embrace it all in our mind.

And the other is when we dissolve in the spiritual, in space, when we understand that we cannot swallow it and we believe that we can only enter into it, dissolve in it.

Thus, we accept the world by entering it. At the same time, we belittle ourselves, our minds, our capabilities; we see nature above us, not us ruling over nature. As Sir Isaac Newton [and often attributed to Einstein] said: “to myself, I seem to have been like a boy playing on the seashore, diverting myself in now and then finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary, whilst the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me.” Only in this way can we enter nature and begin to truly understand it.

Remark: Then we seem to say: “Some wonders abound!”

My Comment: Yes. And this is the correct approach. In fact—only miracles. Why miracles? It is because I cannot comprehend them with my mind. However, when I say that these are miracles and I want to be in them, then I begin to understand them, precisely because I cancel myself before them.

Quotation: “Education is what remains after everything learned in school is forgotten.”

Answer: What does education mean? We form, or we can say, format our brain. As we launch certain programs into computers and then with the help of these programs, we start processing materials, working with them. Education should be just that. In and of itself, it does not matter. Only after I begin to treat life correctly with its help, do I begin to appreciate it.

Question: And what does it mean to forget education in general?

Answer: What did we study at school? I don’t remember history, geography, even math, I don’t know all those equations. Of course, I can somehow speculate about them. In principle,  in college, how much was seemingly unnecessary? Yes, it is all necessary in order to develop brains, develop and stir them. Otherwise what? Will I only be able to count my goats or cows in the herd? Or should I still be able to work with the conceptual apparatus?

Question: What is the structure of spiritual desire? How does it differ from the structure of my current desire?

Answer: Spiritual desire is the ten Sefirot: nine Sefirot ending with Malchut.

The upper light, which spreads through the four phases of direct light, forms nine Sefirot: Keter, Hochma, Bina, and Zeir Anpin, which in turn consists of six Sefirot. Passing through them, the light builds the fifth stage—Malchut.

The first nine properties are the properties of bestowal and Malchut is the property of reception.

When Malchut becomes like the nine Sefirot, a conjugation occurs with it and the properties of bestowal. Therefore, it can receive the upper light, but only if it has a screen (reduction) to receive the upper light.

Thus, their connection arises on the conjugation of Malchut with the nine Sefirot.

At the same time, all nine Sefirot begin to shine. The word “Sefira” comes from the word “shine.”

Question: Does Malchut’s demand make them shine?

Answer: Yes. Malchut itself does nothing; it is an absolutely black body.

Question: How do properties differ from desires—the nine Sefirot from Malchut?

Answer: The nine Sefirot are the properties of light and Malchut is desire.
Direct light spreads through four stages and builds Malchut and Malchut begins to comprehend them. All interactions occur between the stages of direct light and Malchut as between the Creator and creation.

Question: What should a student give to the teacher?

Answer: A student should give the teacher his aspirations, which he will be able to raise upward and bring the student the strength to realize them.

Question: Does the teacher need this?

Answer: Why does he exist? It is only in order to help students. This is his purpose.

Question: Should the teacher evoke these aspirations in the students?

Answer: The teacher can only offer, but he cannot coerce or force. This is the work of the student himself. But the teacher is ready for it.

Question: When people come to the science of Kabbalah, they are afraid that the process of mastering it takes a very long time, many years. Will it ever take less time? Perhaps after some time, people will pass through all those states that we go through more quickly?

Answer: Suppose you get a diploma, hang it on the wall. And what will you do next?

Remark: Probably live infinitely.

My Comment: So you want to quickly enter eternal life? But eternal life means that you aspire to the quality of bestowal and love, think only about others.

A person who comes to study Kabbalah understands that a new state, a new outlook on life, a new humanity, a new system of interaction between people is now being opened to him. After all, it was not that he just came, studied a little, was noted in the journal, given a piece of paper, and he can hang it on the wall.

He comes to change himself, to enter the upper world, to exist in it. This is much more than your temporary relationship with Kabbalah.

The science of Kabbalah deals with raising a person to the next level of the universe, and he begins to see from where all the governing forces descend and what he is dealing with.

The science of Kabbalah is based on the existence of only two forces: receiving and giving. The entire universe, the whole world, is based on them. Kabbalah is the equilibrating system between these two forces, leading them to the middle line.

The search for the middle line, its stabilization, its balance, at all levels—from zero to absolutely integral, complete, permanent, infinite egoism—is the subject of the science of Kabbalah.

It is a purely applied science and practice, which is necessary for us in order to get rid of the contradictions. Moreover, these contradictions are not theoretical, between something or someone, but between the creation and the Creator, that is, between us and Him.

We need to balance these contradictions, bring them to a common denominator, to the so-called middle line, where we and He will completely coincide in our desires, intentions, and actions.

This is how we will become partners, lovers, in an embrace, fused with each other at all possible levels, in all forces, desires, and actions.

This is the purpose of creation, which is called Dvekut, that is, a complete merger between two completely opposite forces.

Question: Scientists wonder how an absolute God, whose spatial dimensions are equal to absolute zero, could create and govern such a grandiose world?

They give an example: If we imagine that the speed of a car traveling around a block, say at ten kilometers is increased to infinity, then ultimately, we will not see this car.

Answer: It will always be located at all points, literally spread over the entire volume. As Einstein says: mass will approach infinity.

Question: What is God, where is He? How does He rule the world, being in such a completely incomprehensible state?

Answer: Frankly? There is no God.

God is the power that holds all the higher and the lower matter. This common force of the universe is called the Creator. Only with respect to us, can we explore and perceive it as a Creator, but nothing else. Above this we cannot comprehend, He no longer applies to us. What He has besides us and how He can be called there, we know nothing of that. We only know about us and call Him “our Maker,” “the Creator.”

It is only a thought, a design. This thought is the power of creation, it has created everything, including us. We are in this thought, in this plan, which is called the plan of creation.

We are its parts that exist within it and perform all actions (thinking, not thinking, not even understanding what and how), everything that this idea dictates to us, how it realizes itself in us… That is the way we act.

This thought is absolutely everywhere. It is all that exists. Besides it, everything else only seems as if it exists because we do not grasp it, this thought, this intention. If we grasped it, then, firstly, there would be nothing more to ask, we would understand that there is none else besides Him.

Question: The Creator controls the power of what and how does He rule?

Answer: The Creator is the universal force, which in particular, controls everything: rules, controls, and programs! He also creates all actions in us, and He receives all reactions from us. He is absolutely everything!

We are given only a single opportunity: to think about how we can comprehend Him. Everything else is done by Him, and this quality of ours, to attain Him, is free from Him, so that we do it in an absolutely freewill.

Question: How can a person learn to read the thoughts of the Creator, this global thought that you are talking about?

Answer: In order to read His thoughts, understand Him, and feel Him, one must rise to the level of the Creator, one must acquire His qualities.

Question: How can you do it?

Answer: This is already technology: How can I make myself a creation that will be able to understand the Creator, feel Him, and interact with Him? In order to do so, I need to change myself, to determine exactly what qualities in me are opposed to Him, unlike Him, and how I can change them so that they are similar to Him.

Question: What is the list of the Creator’s qualities so that it can be compared?

Answer: There is no need for a large list. There is only one quality. His quality is absolute love, and my quality is absolute hatred. So, in order to reach the Creator, I need to change my quality of absolute hatred into absolute love.

Question: How does one agree that the quality of a person is absolute hatred? One considers himself quite decent.

Answer: This is the period of re-education, which is called the revelation of evil of its own egoistic nature.

Question: And how can he go from the point of understanding himself to the point of the Creator?

Answer: To the extent that I comprehend myself as an absolutely egoistic quality—a quality that cares and thinks only about itself and enjoys how much it is higher than others or how it can humiliate others—to this extent, based on the opposite properties, I can imagine what it means to be the Creator or in the place of the Creator, and I have to move myself toward it.

Question: Is there some key point here?

Answer: The key point is the awakening of questions in a person about the meaning of life, the meaning of existence, its worthlessness, etc. In this case, you can already talk about changing your attitude toward the world, toward life, toward yourself, and toward the Creator.

Question: Why did Kabbalists hide Kabbalah for many years?

Answer: Look at yourself. You have already been studying Kabbalah for years. How would it be possible to reveal everything that it studies to you all at once? Even when you begin studying any science, it is revealed to you gradually because you need to gather data, store it, adapt yourself to it, and chew on it within yourself.

And Kabbalah is a science that simultaneously includes feelings within you. That is, you yourself must change and adapt yourself sensually to the material you work with. Gradually you get used to it and change according to it; you will feel and absorb it differently. These are very serious, long stages of incorporating a person into Kabbalah and Kabbalah into a person.

This is not a usual science that people deduced from their conclusions. Under the guidance of Kabbalists you discover a world, yourself, and your feelings, and begin to apply your knowledge to the world that exists around you. You bring it closer and closer to yourself and feel it.

So, it turns out that this takes time, it is not possible to get past this instantly. For example, you cannot take a little child to a classic ballet, to the theater, or to a scientific experiment, he will not understand it. You can take him with you, but he will receive nothing from it. On the contrary, he will be scared or understand all of it incorrectly.

Therefore, the problem is not that Kabbalists do not want to reveal everything immediately. They, as true methodologists, understand that it requires a very long path of a person’s inner growth. That is the problem.

Such maturation might take 20 or 30 years. After all, you adapt yourself to the system that works according to different laws than your animalistic body, our primitive lower world, does.

You are like a little child who comes out of his nursery, in which his whole world was encapsulated, into the big world. There are completely different interactions in it, there are strangers and other laws.

Therefore, you need to adapt. Just like in our world we have parents and teachers who guide us and create special systems of maturation and incorporation into this world, it is the same in Kabbalah.

However, everything is much more difficult in spirituality because in the corporeal world we have natural desires and sense organs, but in Kabbalah we must develop them. This means that we must be united into tens through which we will be able to begin feeling the upper world and adapt to it.

Only now are we beginning this process, gradually exiting our little “nursery,” not even into the big world, but into the “yard.” This is precisely what we are beginning to do now.
