Question: What is a harmonious business?

Answer: We can only imagine purely theoretical analog and discrete systems that many of us have learned about in college. But when we find ourselves in the analog system, we feel helpless because we don’t correspond to it on the inside, because in this system one needs to consider the desires, intentions, feelings, and attitudes of everyone around.

We are used to operating like in the army, following orders. This is the way our enterprises, businesses, the education system in schools, and other organizations and systems operate. But today we see that this doesn’t work because apparently a person needs to change in order to suit the integral system.

A person doesn’t change automatically. The external system that he is entering is round, and the person is linear, and in the end, he isn’t able to operate in this new system. He doesn’t understand how to operate within it.

In order to correspond to the integral system, the person must become integral. He must feel like he is a part of the group, meaning at least part of the group where he works. Moreover, he must feel this part internally; in other words, he constantly needs to be changing and be connected with everyone.

He must feel satisfaction from work, which he is not getting now. And he can’t be forced to feel it simply because the past systems suddenly stop working and no longer affect him. The only way to influence him is through the feeling of integration in the team, the common movement, the feeling of community. No matter where he is, no matter the team, he must feel the foundation, the wholesomeness of this system, and his dependence on it and its dependence on him.

My Comment: Undoubtedly, any attempt to impose unification without appropriate education to change a person from egoistic to integral will give the same results in different countries and systems because we are dealing with the system of nature, that is, with science, so we should comply with its laws!

Question: Let us say that over the course of integral education, people have felt one another very well and become friends. How is this beneficial to the employer? Friendship is good, but what will happen to productivity?

Answer: Currently, the available data shows how people’s stubbornness, their inner hostility, their lack of desire to work and advance, stalls any productivity and scientific research. Statistics show that the productivity of an unhappy employee is 40% less than the productivity of a happy one, and these are good results because usually, the “hidden rocks,” the different obstacles, and the lack of desire to work stall productivity even more.

However, the advantage of the integral interconnection comes through in a direct improvement of productivity, a decrease in absences due to sickness, better attitudes toward one another, a stable family, and improvement in every aspect. Not only does the person feel a general improvement in his mood and thus works better, and not only does he become friendlier toward others, but together, they all feel that their common work gives them something. The person becomes so fulfilled that the salary becomes less important to him than the pleasure he receives from work, even if it is a low paying job.

Man is a simple being; he is not a mechanism, nor is he an animal that blindly obeys its instincts. This is why when we refer to a “salary,” we imply the entire combination of pleasure a person receives from work, creativity, and his union with others, from the fact that he enjoys work, that he is not as tired since there are no more conflicts, that there is general kindness in his family since he comes home from work in a good mood.

This way, people start feeling so fulfilled by the general complex of sensations that according to the dynamic of the development of humanity, people will not be working for a salary. In reality, there will be communism, not the kind of communism the Soviet society practiced, but the kind that really will provide people with the necessary normal, rational existence. However, all his pleasure actually will come from the integral system because he will receive fulfillment, the feeling of kindness, and plenty of nice sensations from all the other people.

A person changes and thus, he needs a greater fulfillment. There is no way to avoid this. We see that namely in the countries that have high salaries and social assistance, for example, the countries of Northern Europe, a large percentage of people are depressed. And what about the number of suicides in developed countries? This is because people do not yet receive the fulfillment that they need at the end of their evolutionary development.

In the News (from Popsci): “If you need an American to do something, don’t mention the common good, team work or caring for others. A new study in Psychological Science this month found that trying to get Americans to think and act interdependently failed-and may have even decreased motivation.

“After being prompted to think about either independence or interdependence, a group of Stanford students were given difficult word puzzles to solve, and later, a physical challenge (squeezing a handgrip for as long as possible).

“’Chronically independent European Americans’ fared much worse when primed to think about interdependence while completing the task. For bicultural Asian-American students exposed to both the independence-loving culture of America and a more communally based East-Asian culture, thinking about either value set was equally motivating.

“In another test, students viewed a website about a class promoting environmental sustainability. White American students said they would put less effort into the course when the description emphasized things like working together and taking other people’s views into account, rather than when it prioritized taking charge and being unique. …

My Comment: Awareness of individualistic egoism will occur in the USA in an acute form. In advertising independence, freedom, competition, and individualism, the whole world will manifest the process of recognizing these trends as evil and the need to correct them and will force society to change it. A person must experience much stress and the realization of evil of his nature to begin to see the world connected in a single harmony, instead of focusing on each one separately.

Question: How can we stay in the feeling of the group while being involved in integral education? After all, there are different principles of self-annulment.

Answer: If I come to self-annulment as a necessary state for the first contact with the spiritual world, then there is no difference concerning to what I cancel myself. I will still be given such pictures, put before such facts, when I have to annul myself, literally “cutting my flesh.” Then, the people I hate the most will be shown to me in an uglier light and I will have to accept them as loved friends, closer than my own children.

We are unable to speak about a concrete image of the future society because it will be continuously changing and transforming.

With the implementation of new integral education and a natural reorganization of the entire megalopolis, redundant enterprises, industrial waste, and environmental pollution will automatically cease to exist. Gradually, any nonessential activities will vanish as an excessive and harmful fat that hurts the consumers, manufacturers, and the ecology in general. Our consumption will become optimal and rational. It will depend solely on the degree of our correct interaction. This is why the basis of all these processes is only integral education.

This transformation will be constant. We will learn how to behave depending on the degree of our reciprocal connection, integrality, and mutual guarantee, when each one of us tries to internally support others.

Many unnecessary enterprises will close their doors, thus freeing an enormous amount of human resources, time, and energy. People will have plenty of free time and will be involved in integral education and mutual assistance. Hence, the very basis of modern-day economics that currently survives solely because of its “buying and throwing away” strategy, which is the real cause of its not being sustainable, will vanish.

However, we have no idea of what will replace the dying economics since there are no professionals who think integrally yet. Future integral economics has to emerge from appropriate upbringing!

I have students who are professional economists, but they don’t understand which way to go since they first have to attain the state of integral connection in the integral society. We have to go through a very serious revolution, a severe collapse of current banking, financial, economic, and international trade systems. There should be a period of education and upbringing between the old and the new structures, a qualitative internal leap that precedes the attainment of the next level.

Question: What is the best way to present the material on integral education: connecting it with Kabbalah or not?

Answer: It is better to disseminate integral education and upbringing without Kabbalah.

To date, we have enough material on Kabbalah in the general global virtual network in all languages. And if a person develops a point in the heart, he will always find this place. An external field will bring him, and he will “bite” this hook.

If a person does not have a point in the heart, then we literally need to “feed him with a spoon” to convey what integral education is and what it gives to humanity. Here, we give him what interests him, not about the soul, but because he feels bad in life: failures, crises. It is another treatment, another message.

Thus, we should be more concerned about those people who are in crisis, not those who are looking for Kabbalah. They will find it themselves.

My Comment: But exit to other markets is not a cure from the capitalist approach to life; the individualistic view of the world itself should explode like a bubble and expose the only alternative–mutual responsibility, agreement, and complement.

My Comment: There is no solution to this without rebuilding the world, or rather the human! Only a view of the world as a single integrated whole in which humanity produces only rational necessities, equally shares everything necessary for existence, is content with integral fulfillment, and feels a single integral space will lead the world out of the crisis. We feel the labor pains of the birth of a new, not individual, but integral attitude to the world. In the end, economic protectionism will lead to world wars.

Answer: A person involved in integral upbringing should express confidence that he has found a stable point in his life. This is precisely what everyone is lacking today. Indeed, the most stable point in life can only be in a person who exists at the center of all interactions, who is tied with everyone through the correct integral connection: with family, society, the environment, business, and nature. The public has to perceive him as stable, comfortable, free, and friendly. After all, he doesn’t have any problems and he doesn’t have to constantly protect himself, to be on guard, or to fence himself away from any person.

He has to radiate well-wishing confidence and friendliness precisely because inside he is whole. He is calm and stable; he is just the way children want to see their father. In this case, he will be a magnet for people. Then they will be asking themselves, “How can I achieve such a state where I feel absolute comfort?” This is because inner balance and calm attract people.
