Question: A child who wants to be a designer yearns for his goal and therefore plays at it. However, when we begin to work with a group in a factory—begin to learn, to imagine or to play—this group has no motivation. There is neither a need nor a necessity to become integral. There is no need for them to nullify themselves. Moreover, they explain that, “It is the world that is broken. I am good!”

Answer: This is not important. After all, this is because we are not conducting workshops for beginners. First, we have conversations with them including questions and answers. I don’t start by welcoming discussions and arguments because they must rely on people having serious knowledge. Therefore, our system is composed of learning and workshops.

In this way, the first part is informative where, by showing all kinds of clips and pictures, you can explain to the participants with specific examples about what is happening in nature, with us, toward what we are advancing, and  how mandatory and imperative all this is for our salvation.

Motivation is very simple here. Every day we are discovering greater and greater threats from the world around us, from nature, and so forth. If we don’t unite seriously and integrally, then there is a threat to our lives from ecological disaster coming from all around the world, not only from human society.

It also needs to be explained without threats. Rather, all kinds of experts must be invited or interviews with them must be shown in which they explain the necessity for mutual integral cooperation between humans and between them and nature.

We need to give them a general picture of what is happening.

I understand very well that the person is very far from this general picture. He is not concerned about anything other than what concerns him in the present moment. He doesn’t want to see beyond his nose, and he is right! That is how he was created! So, he sees before him a vast world that doesn’t seem to depend on him. Rather, he is included in it only because he needs to live his life and nothing more than this.

However, without threats—rather through education—we show that trouble is already knocking on his door, he then will begin to reflect and think about this.

Question: An ordinary person gets everything in a particular way: Why do I need to go out to an integral level now? What is this transition? In fact, this is a transition from an ordinary crowd to a crowd with integral consciousness.

Answer: This is a transition to unity. It is very critical that a person change his nature. He must live by other laws and must consider those around him as he considers himself. He must understand and feel that this is good.

So, we must incorporate workshops and talks, or the workshop should come after the conversation when the workshop participants begin to discuss between them what we said. First of all, they confirm that this is realistic. Secondly, they confirm that this is desirable. Along with this, through their sharing and discussion of everything in a group of ten, they are using the common group intelligence.

However, I don’t think a society like this exists today. It certainly depends on what kind of event to which you are coming. For example, if you come to a group of coal miners in Chile or Venezuela, it is very likely that they will not understand this yet. This has not reached them yet; while in North America and Europe, one already can talk quite seriously about the crisis, about how it feels, about the need to solve it and so on. People already are feeling various threats internally. Therefore, they have no particular problems with being motivated.

Question: Lately, rich people give up their money for the benefit of society. The fact that they benefit from that is irrelevant. They still think that if they build another hospital or school in Africa, they will benefit society. Even my African relatives who live in Europe say that it won’t help unless we force the Africans to work, but the Africans don’t want to work.

Answer: We have actually prevented them from doing so. In the past Africa used to produce and export different products, but our incorrect attitude towards this continent changed everything.

Question: What will the six billion people on this planet do? We invent work for people just to keep them busy. Was this complex world created so that a person should wake up in the morning, ride over-crowded public transportation, reach an office or a factory, perform mechanical actions, come back home, and thus keep on doing this for the rest of his life until he dies?

Answer: We have turned ourselves into slaves. But now our perception is changing. Man was created to do a totally different kind of work—to work on himself and not to work in production.

We all understand that one percent of the population can provide for the rest of the world whatever is needed to sustain a sensible life, a home, family, health care, and all the rest. One percent at the most, and soon this will also be replaced by automated machines and computers that will produce practically everything.

Man, however, will only engage in regulating the two forces of nature, the force of receiving and the force of bestowal in which we have to exist. We have to develop the force of bestowal in us next to the force of receiving and aspire to balance them.

Implementing the integral education system in factories and schools will mean that after a couple of lessons a person will begin to understand that the world is totally different, that a person doesn’t have to be in control, go to work, work for a whole day, come back home, go to bed, and thus over and over again. He will suddenly understand that this is not his destiny and that it will never help anyone.

It turns out that there is a method that raises us to the next level, and if we don’t reach it out of our freewill, nature will push us in this direction.

Question: Would it be worthwhile for us to change the form of the conventions gradually and to do them not for those who have been learning the integral method but for those who don’t study and want to hear about it? Immense efforts and means are invested in preparation for conventions. Might it be preferable to invest in attracting people who are not familiar with the integral method?

Answer: Certainly, it would be nice to use all our means for world dissemination. However, it is impossible to turn to a person and say: “Let’s set up a virtual convention, and the effort and resources that could be invested in a physical convention, we will invest in dissemination.”

Question: Why not? It is certainly very nice to see like-minded people with whom you are familiar at the conventions. However, these events gather so many people now that it is more and more difficult to meet people whom we know. So, our experiment to create a big family where everyone knows everyone else essentially becomes a fantasy. Is it worthwhile to waste our resources and efforts on this?

Answer: You might be right. I feel that we are going in this direction, but every paradigm must finish its work. So, I hope that what is being conceived now will ultimately come into being: a virtual world system of integral education that will not require constant meetings.

However, today, when I come to Europe, for example, and hundreds of students arrive from thirty countries, for them, this is not just a meeting with me. This is an organization. They communicate with each other, regroup, and agree on how to disseminate, what must be done next, and so on. Along with this, I try to give them the opportunity to connect, to mold an organized center for information and publicity by themselves.

The power that is created through our communication is what is called the wisdom of the group that today already has been established through experiments.

We are dealing with physical values, not imaginary ones. When people gather and organize some kind of society among themselves, a great power and potential appears, which is greater than the mere sum. This is natural and scientifically proven.

Question: If the people making decisions today understood that the main thing is being acknowledged by society rather than having power over it, then perhaps it would be easier to introduce integral upbringing. Possibly, we should first educate such people? After all, leaders can change everything from above, and from below it would still be a revolutionary way even if we begin to teach people.

Answer: I think it will come from both sides. We need to educate everyone without exception, try to reach out to everyone. We have to explain to ordinary people who are using the Internet on a regular basis that the next state of humanity is obligatory, instilled in us by nature, and that we are pushed towards it from behind, as they say, using the rod to compel into happiness. If they understand this and move forward, it will be easier and faster for them to achieve a good state.

Once this feeling penetrates society, it will be simultaneously accepted by the leaders. On the other hand, there is hope that somehow, we will nonetheless reach the leaders through respectable people who are involved in the integral method. Their knowledge, their contact with us may later be passed to those who are in power. That is why the leaders will hear this directly, or through one of us, or through society.

We are not in favor of destroying the existing systems. We are not if favor of turning the pyramid upside down so that a housewife starts governing a country. We have already seen what comes out of that.

On the contrary, energetic, serious people who, due to their work, intelligence, and good egoistic desire, have reached the heights, are also able to see what is really worth aspiring to. And they can realize themselves in this direction just as well, even with a greater success. So, I wish them only the best in their rise and leadership over all of us.

I personally do not have these skills or aptitude. I understand what should happen, but I would gladly offer the organization of this process to our world leaders.

Question: How long does one need to continue with integral studies, or is it an ongoing process?

Answer: A person needs to develop as long as he lives. Thus, it’s forbidden to stop the process of his education and upbringing. How is it possible to stop caring about him if he continues to develop?

This process needs to continue his whole life until the moment when a person is not able to participate physically. After all, each one able to participate in this huge system is part of mankind. And if we leave even one person without attention, then this tiny cog wheel will be ejected from this huge mechanism and will disturb its movement. Thus, we teach a person to constantly keep himself in this state in order to be an active part of this huge mechanism of civilization.

Question: Humanity is an immense network in which humans are somehow connected with each other. If a person studies the method of integral education correctly and works within circles, this will become his lifestyle. How will these integral circles transform into a global network?

Answer: This new social consciousness will begin to be revealed through all the mass media and simply even from hearsay: in factories, in schools, and so forth. The system itself will begin to be discovered here and there from the general connection within society, just like mushrooms appear out of the ground after the rain.

However, for the time being I cannot imagine how this will be locked into one single network. I have gotten used to speaking from practical experience. We haven’t gotten a ready formula yet. Anyway, we will need to unite the groups of ten people into groups of a hundred people, the groups of a hundred people into groups of thousands, and so forth. We will need to work on the connection between them, until the entire group of ten is like one person. And after this, let’s say ten groups of ten will connect into hundreds, and hundreds will connect into thousands, and so forth. Anyway, there must be unifying actions.

This is how I see this process because it is impossible to make some small part of the total integral system if it is not a group of ten. And connection between the groups of ten must be done according to the same method, but in spite of it all, this already will be on another level.

When the groups of ten begin to be connected with each other, there will be a new qualitative result, and the hundreds is a new result that is even more qualitative, and so on, to the ideal state when all of humanity becomes integral, which is to say equal to the potential number one.

Question: There are four fundamental interactions known in physics: strong, weak, electromagnetic, and gravitational. Is it possible to say that these four interactions are the individual expressions of the integral force (interaction)?

Answer: Yes, at the level of inanimate matter these are expressions of the integral force, which summarizes them at the inanimate level. It’s Keter (Malchut) with regard to the rest of the Sefirot.

Question: You are talking about the four levels: matter, energy, information, and interaction (in the spiritual form, meaning in the form of mutual bestowal, love). At what level does the integral force act?

Answer: The integral force, the Creator, is clothed in your single (summarized) integral desire. You built it from your individual egoistic desires by annulling your individual egoistic desires through the aspiration to the mutual guarantee in order to attain the revelation of the Creator in it.

Question: If a person has a health problem and goes to the doctor, he is given a prescription for a certain medicine and, then for another, then another, and so on. The principle of integrality is based on the fact that illness is the body’s wise, natural response to a person’s wrong doings; if a person changes, he will not have to depend on medication. This principle was used by ancient Chinese medicine that cared about the balance of a person’s body, between a person and nature, between him and other people, and between a person and himself. So how can we come to balance between a person and nature?

Answer: First, people must be taught the principles of integral education. They should know what man, nature, and the balance between man and nature are, what a society is, what the balance between a person and his social environment that surrounds him is, and about the balance with the society, with the family, and with himself.

All this is integral education, and it includes great knowledge. It is enough, however, to teach a person the basis for understanding these categories without going into great depth, so that he will understand what he should do.

After that, we should conduct workshops and training courses in which people will learn what balance with the environment really is. This balance is built on the simple principle of communicating vessels (connected vessels)—in every society, there is mutual penetration when people connect—so, if in one area there is excess temperature, pressure, or other parameters, they penetrate the places where there is a lack of it, according to size, volume, force, and intensity. These processes of mutual penetration take place until absolute balance in every area of society is achieved.

This happens on all levels of nature: mental, psychological, physical, intellectual, and others.

So, all our training is based on the notion of enabling people to come in contact with the world around them in this manner, but first, not with the still matter, the vegetative, and the animate, but with other people.

If a person enters the level of the right balance between himself and others like him, then it naturally automatically balances him individually and in his relationship with his environment. It is because a person’s communication with others is the best and most efficient means for self-correction, for self-change, for self-control with regard to others, and so forth.

Thus, we get the  most accurate picture and the options one has in order to bestow most efficiently on others. So, all our integral education programs are based on mutual cooperation between people and not on a person’s cooperation with nature or with himself in front of the mirror as some kind of inner psychoanalysis. It is attained only between people.

Question: Do people have to be experts in order to solve a certain problem during an integral debate or can people come to a solution when they are correctly connected, fulfilling this integrality?

Answer: To tell you the truth, I don’t think that there are any problems at all except for understanding the integral nature. When a person begins to look at the world from a new level, everything becomes transparent, simple, and clear. He sees all the problems since they appear as a result of lack of connection between two systems: the integral and the linear. As a result, he comes up with different interesting solutions that didn’t exist before, even technical and scientific ones.

I am sure that humanity will greatly benefit by that since we will suddenly begin to feel the inner nature of things. It’s because we have always studied nature not as it is but from our egoistic perspective, and therefore it was in a very limited range of frequencies. But when we exit the boundaries of our body, of our ego, we feel nature outside ourselves, that is, as it really is and not as we perceive it, and so totally new opportunities open up for us. Thus the integral level is new science, new technology, and totally new horizons.

Today we encounter great difficulties at work, like overcoming distances, transmitting energy, and information, and we try to squeeze all that into fibers, cables, and to transfer it over distance. How much fuel do we need to burn to receive minimal efficiency factor? When we look at nature in the general integral form, we see that it has a 100% solution: Nature has no surpluses, there is never a redundant part left over, which disappears somewhere. There is no such thing! So wonderful solutions come up in the integral society.  But we can solve and fulfill everything only integrally.
