Question: If I make an effort to annul, should I make additional efforts to show it to my friends?

Answer: We should try all possible methods to annul ourselves and adhere to the friends.

Question: To be in the state of Hafetz Hesed (the one who does not want anything for himself) with regard to the ten, is this a state of complete zero?

Answer: There are a lot of shades in this. Therefore, I cannot answer you in the affirmative. But it is similar.

Question: Does the will to receive always feel rejection from annulling itself?

Answer: Egoism, naturally, feels rejection from everyone, it wants to be alone and above everyone.

Question: You said that annulment in the ten is a creative annulment. What does it mean?

Answer: Creative annulment is when in our annulment we constantly create greater and greater similarity to the Creator. We sort of build Him, mold Him.

Question: What should I do if I manage to annul myself in the ten, but at the same time my ego is raging? What to do with this feeling of bifurcation?

Answer: You do not have to do anything! Be happy about the fact that your egoism gives you the feeling that you are working against it.

Question: When I feel the connection in the ten, does it mean that the Creator is already revealed to me?

Answer: This does not mean that the Creator is revealed. Rather the condition for the revelation of the Creator is already being revealed.

Answer: You can do both. It is better to do both.

Question: Is there a difference between the type of annulment in the ten, between Ibur (conception) and Ubar (embryo)?

Answer: Ibur is a state and Ubar already is a formed desire that is being corrected.

Answer: We will see this in the future on our spiritual path. We have not yet entered the state of receiving from the qualities of mother and father. These are the spiritual qualities that are above us: Bina (mother) and Hochma (father).

Answer: This is a man who so far has only egoism within him.

Question: Spirituality is opposite to corporeality. Would it be too much of a simplification to say that lowering myself is, in essence, elevating spirituality?

Answer: Yes, this is so.

Question: Does annulling toward friends lead to an increase in empathy or love for them?

Answer: This is a transitional process. At first it may be rejection and then empathy.

Question: When we feel that actions of bestowal give us egoistic pleasure, should we restrict our desire to bestow?

Answer: In no case should we restrict the desire to bestow if it is not in contradiction with connection.

If I feel that I will not be able to cope with the connection with my qualities, then I restrict them, but to the extent that I can remain in unity. The most important thing is unity, attaining unity, reaching unity. And at what level it is reached is not so important.

Even at its most minimal level, we are already in spiritual world and we are already giving the Creator the opportunity to be revealed between us.

Question: How can we help our country and the people living in it move toward connection? And how do we affect them by our unification?

Answer: I would advise you to first of all develop the relationships between you. This is the most important thing. When the spiritual force, the property of bestowal, love, and connection appears in you at least a little, then it will simultaneously emanate from you and outside of you. This is what the masses will feel. But in the meantime, I do not think it is necessary to talk about it, advertise it, or do anything about it.

But spreading the general knowledge that a good connection between us leads to a better life is necessary. This is what we are doing all the time.

Question: Is annulment an act of free choice or an obligation?

Answer: If you want to develop spiritually, you must annul yourself. The reduction of egoism (Tzimtzum) is the very first condition of our spiritual development. And then we will develop in the property of bestowal, and this is faith above reason.

So, there is no choice here. If you do not want to, you will be brought to it anyway.

Question: Is the action of self-annulment to zero an action from above? Can I do it myself or does the Creator do it?

Question: How are we able to see friends as great and join them?

Rapprochement of friends in the group means getting closer to the Creator. Only in this way can we realize our connection with Him.

And the Creator reveals the quality of our aspirations to the extent that we correctly aspire to each other and we reach the state where He begins to reveal Himself as the quality of our connection, as light, as the power of unification. This quality of connection that we acquire is called the upper light. This is the Creator.

We always feel only the connection between us, we originated from it, and everything except for the point of connection between us was shattered. And from this shattering we must again restore our connection.

When this happens, we attain the initial state called Adam HaRishon (the first man) who was created by the Creator as 620 times stronger than it was initially created.

This is the difference between our work and the work of the Creator. That is why it is written: “My sons defeated Me.” The Creator seems to be saying: “I created a relatively small initial state that existed only in the light of Hassadim, and they took all the egoism from the desire I created, turned it into the property of bestowal, and thus revealed Me 620 times more.”

Question: Is egoism our enemy that unequivocally hinders us or a friend who helps build a ladder of ascent to the Creator?

Answer: Egoism shows us how opposite we are to the Creator, and it helps us a lot in this.

Question: When I find that my selfishness does not allow me to annul before the ten and see them above myself, how can the ten help me in this?
