Question: Why is it so important for Kabbalists to be grateful to the Creator?

Answer: The Creator feels our reaction to His actions. If we react correctly to the fact that He gathers us, brings us closer, and forms one common desire from us, then by recognizing His attitude toward us we raise His greatness, His role, and His value in our eyes. Question: How does the spiritual unification we are striving for differ from the corporeal one that the whole world has been engaged in for centuries?
