What Does Mutual Incorporation Lead To?

944Question: Are mutual incorporation and unity the same property?

Answer: They are the same property.

Question: Will the world reach a state where the desire to be mutually incorporated awakens in it?

Answer: It must, of course. The whole development of the world is moving toward compelling us to come closer.

We influence humanity with our desire to rise above our own qualities because we see how these qualities jeopardize the attainment of the ultimate goal.

Question: Will people be happy when they feel that mutual incorporation brings them the joy of life?

Answer: The connection between us ensures exactly this; it grants us ease and a sense of elevation.

Will Trump Show Everyone Who Is the Boss?

426Question: The most talked-about name today either excites, terrifies, depresses, or inspires hope in people: Trump. How do you view today’s Trump? What is this phenomenon?

Answer: In general, it is not a new phenomenon and is quite known in America. He enjoys making all kinds of grand gestures.

Comment: To be in the spotlight.

My Response: Exactly. I think we will quickly get used to him, and people will realize that it’s like “letting a child play around.” That is his style, his hallmark.

Question: Why has the world reacted so strongly? How has the world changed to respond this way?

Answer: Every politician primarily thinks about how to attract as much electorate to their side as possible.

Question: So does he clearly understand that he stirs people up and wins them over in this way?

Answer: Of course. He is no longer young; he understands how this game is played.

Question: So do you think this is his strategy, that everything is calculated?

Answer: Definitely. Would he have been allowed to stay otherwise?

Question: To rule?

Answer: No, he would have been just killed.

Question: Is there a larger agenda behind this, and does someone benefit from it?

Answer: Absolutely.

Question: You said, “He is just like that.” What trait in him is necessary for the world today to be shaken up?

Answer: The need to show off.

Question: Is it that simple?

Answer: Not entirely, there are deeper layers, but fundamentally, yes.

Question: Is this what fulfills him? If we are talking about his fulfillment.

Answer: Yes.

Question: Are people celebrating him like this?

Answer: Yes, they are excited to have a presidential candidate who can “show who is the boss,” slam a fist on the table, and do something outrageous and unpredictable.

Question: Let’s be honest, he has accomplished things in the past. He did quite a bit for Israel: moved the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem and recognized the Golan Heights. He has, in a way, proven himself as a man of action, has he not?

Answer: Yes.

Comment: I remember you said a true leader is someone who feels a sense of responsibility, as though they are caring for their own children, and who could come to the principle of “Love your neighbor as yourself”—or at least approach it.

My Response: I don’t think anyone expects those kinds of words from him.

Question: Do people expect direct decisions from him tough? And he will likely meet those expectations, will he not?

Answer: Yes.

Comment: He is also promising to stop wars.

My Response: I do not believe that. That does not depend on Trump.

Comment: Trump is known for unconventional decisions, his ability to take risks, and so on. But being President of the U.S. is not a gamble. Still, it feels like he is taking chances.

My Response: No, I do not think it is a gamble.

Question: So is he taking risks, bluffing, or not?

Answer: No.

Question: You still see calculation in his actions?

Answer: Everything is calculated.

Question: Many criticize Trump; that is well-known. What helps him ignore the criticism, the constant attacks from all sides?

Answer: What else can he do? He has to play the same game, accept their moves, and learn to respond. This is a high-stakes game.

Question: Do you think he still pays attention to the criticism?

Answer: He has a huge team of people monitoring everything, analyzing it, and explaining to him what in fact is happening, each from a different perspective. And what happens next, we will see.

Question: What would you personally, sincerely, want Trump to do?

Answer: I think the greatest thing he could do is stop the hatred between the left and the right across all countries.

Question: Do you mean worldwide?

Answer: Yes, he should try to address it. And then we will see.

Question: So you are thinking globally. Do you see this division as the root cause of all problems and conflicts?

Answer: Yes.

Question: What does the leader of such an influential country, one that the entire world watches, need to do? He cannot simply say: “Stop hating, love one another.” What foundational steps should he take?

Answer: I am not sure he has the strength to do it. But the time, the place, and the topic are precisely this: will the world continue trying to circumvent the opposing side…

Question: The right circumventing the left and vice versa?

Answer: Yes. Or will the world strive for greater balance after all? That is hard to predict.

Comment: So if he managed to lay this foundation, you would say: “This is what I would want.” To stop this hatred between people.

My Response: I think in his previous term he was more realistic. What he will bring this time, I do not know.

Question: What do you think the Creator is trying to convey to our world by placing someone like Trump as a world leader (essentially a world leader)? After all, “The hearts of ministers are in the hands of the Creator.” What message is being sent to humanity in your opinion?

Answer: That we need to learn how to live under leaders like him. I am not criticizing Trump; on the contrary, I am pointing out that we are in a unique period where we can come closer to solving our main issue. I think it is possible. Beyond that, I do not know.

He does not have any major obstacles! He can step forward and truly feel like a leader. I believe he should seize this opportunity.

What Prevents Us from Being Happy?

632.3Comment: Scientists have concluded that by 2050, humanity will face 10 major problems: genetic modification of humans, an increase in the proportion of the elderly population, the disappearance of cities, the evolution of social networks, new geopolitical tensions, transportation safety, depleting natural resources, colonization of other planets, expansion of the capabilities of our brain, and the growing influence of artificial intelligence.

My Response: None of this is going to happen. All of our current development is aimed at bringing us to a dead end. It seems that we can deal with multiple problems, populate planets, develop deserts, anything at all. We can build, destroy, or run amok with it all. But our egoism will not allow us to do this.

It will make our lives unbearable and lead to a state of a continuous chain of conflicts between us: between family members, children, and parents, with neighbors living in the same city or in the same borough. It doesn’t matter where or about what, we will be unable to get along with each other to the point that we will end up sprinting to the bakery with a machine gun through the deserted streets. And it is going to be a dreadful life. Egoism will lead us to this.

No inventions will help us. They will not give anything. First of all, we will use them to subjugate all people, to profit from everyone, to suppress everyone. We can see how technology is advancing and for what purpose it is being used.

So let us take a look at what prevents us from being happy!

Happiness is not about inhabiting other planets, these lifeless celestial bodies, and it is not about driverless cars driving instead of us, or that we would live for 200 years. Our 70 or 80 is enough for us. There is no need for more! It is not about how long to live, but how to live! There is no way to escape death. Pushing it away is just a foolish pursuit!

We need to make it so that while we are still alive in this world, we will start feeling ourselves eternal, existing infinitely. This is the solution to the problem, not getting caught up in solving mundane problems in our own egoism. It is going to ruin everything for us anyway.

We cannot say that today we are happier than those who lived 50 years ago. They did not have the electronic gadgets that we play with now, but that did not make them any less happy.

I see from today’s statistics that people are less happy and that humanity is in a deeper depression.

Nowadays everyone is starting to think about how and where to consume marijuana or something else to escape. Why would a person need to live for 200 years?! So that he could spend 100 of them in a narcotic dream?!

We have to create a good life for ourselves. And it is achieved very simply—through kind relationships between us. Otherwise we are destined for Armageddon.

Do you know what Armageddon is? There is a small mountain in Israel (har is mountain in Hebrew) called Megido. A couple of thousand years ago, there were some skirmishes there. Since then, this figurative expression has been used: Armageddon—the end of the world.

Actually, we do not have to wait for that. You can still climb this hill and look down from it. It is not that big, only 700 to 800 meters high. Let us not push ourselves to extreme states. Let us make our lives calm, good, and happy today, not in 50 years from now.

And most importantly, with the help of the science of Kabbalah, we can begin to feel the next life, the upper world, the transition from one state to another, from one cycle to another. It is all within our power.

I wish you to discover the eternal state of growing and contented matter for yourselves.

When Peace Will Come

17.01Comment: There is a war in Israel. We are focusing heavily on technology: defense technology like the Iron Dome, laser technology, attack technologies like bunker-busting bombs, advanced aircraft, and so on.

I keep thinking that sooner or later, the other side will also acquire these technologies.

My Response: Of course.

Comment: They have plenty of funds; they will buy advanced technologies somewhere. It will be a battle of technologies.

My Response: That is the future, yes.

Question: When will there be a turning point where we start thinking about the root of the problem?

Answer: The root of the problem is unsolvable. That is why people focus on the consequences, on ways of delivery and defeat in various forms.

Question: You say it so definitively, is there no point in continuing?

Answer: Yes, of course.

Question: Why are you so certain we won’t reach the root? We won’t want to reach it, as I understand?

Answer: Do you mean the egoism of a person?

Comment: You said it yourself just now, egoism of a person is the root of all problems.

My Response: I have yet to see any method in the world that can somehow limit it. What we need here is the recognition of the evil of our egoism and an understanding of how we can be healed from it.

Question: Tell me, how does this egoism draw wars toward us? Egoism essentially wants us to feel good on the inside, right?

Answer: Yes, but the problem is that when things are good on the inside, they can be bad on the outside. We don’t understand how to control our egoism so that things are good.

Question: You have often spoken about unity among the people of Israel, unity within the nation, one heart, and so on. When you talk about this, are you addressing the root of the issue?

Answer: Yes, I am speaking about the root, about what the people can do in our time and generation to ensure that the world knows no more wars.

Question: Are you even saying “no more wars in the world”?

Answer: Yes, exactly.

Comment: You are not just saying wars will end for us.

My Response: No, that is beyond our control.

Comment: So our focus should be…

My Response: Peace worldwide.

Question: Does this depend on us?

Answer: Yes.

Question: How can we reach that?

Answer: We need to study the Torah. It is explained there in simple terms. If we want peace, we must actively make it. We have to bring peace into action ourselves.

Question: By uniting?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Is that the entire issue?

Answer: That is the issue.

Question: So when you say the root is unreachable, what do you mean? On one hand, you are calling for it; on the other, you say it is unreachable.

How do we understand that?

Answer: It is unreachable by human forces or intellect. But it is completely reachable through our inner efforts, when we can cry out to the Creator and show Him that we are ready for peace, for peace between us. From there, peace can spread throughout the world.

Question: How many wars, disasters, or sufferings are needed to reach this point?

Answer: It does not matter; maybe none at all.

Question: Can we get ahead of all this suffering?

Answer: Of course.

Question: What brings about this understanding? You say “we can get ahead of suffering.” So an inner or outer understanding can come sooner. Where does it come from? You often say that suffering moves a person forward one way or another. But here?

Answer: We have already experienced enough suffering to envision a world filled with suffering and a world without it, which allows us to choose which world we want to belong to.

Question: So is that the root of all our problems and the world’s problems?

Answer: Yes, all of them.

Question: A follow-up question then. Can we combine technological development with an understanding of this root problem? Suppose we understand the root problem and, at the same time, continue developing technology. Or is understanding the root problem enough, so everything else falls away?

Answer: Once we begin to understand the root problem, we won’t feel the need to advance technology. Right now, we think that developing various technologies can convince others worldwide that we have the strongest military and so on. But a completely different approach is needed. Everyone must realize that peace can’t be achieved through war, but only by agreeing to peace. And then peace will come from above.

Question: Agree to peace between us?

Answer: Peace between us, among all nations and countries. We can agree and achieve it without specific conditions or efforts, without any of this. We only need to recognize the difference between peace and war until we fully grasp what these concepts mean.

Question: What does peace mean?

Answer: Peace is when everyone lives together in harmony.

Question: But who among ordinary, normal people wouldn’t want this? People want to live this way!

Answer: People don’t realize that the start of a war is so far removed from anything resembling war that it seems entirely peaceful. And that is how it begins. Then suddenly everything unravels into a full-fledged war.

Question: What is this beginning like? You say the start of war is far from war itself. What is it?

Answer: It is when I disagree with someone else.

Question: That is the start of a war?

Answer: Yes.

Question: So I don’t agree, I’ve cut off ties, I don’t love them, I’ve distanced myself, is that all part of it?

Answer: Yes, small moments like these.

Question: Even between one person and another?

Answer: Even between one person with another. We need to pay attention to every one of these details.

Question: So war, in all its horror, is built from these bricks?

Answer: Yes.

Question: The outer, terrible one we know?

Answer: Yes.

Question: So peace, first and foremost, is in these connections?

Answer: Peace is a complete connection of hearts.

What Should We Understand after the Tragedy of October 7th?

560Question: A year has passed since the catastrophe on October 7th when the war began.

Terrorists from Gaza broke into Israeli territory and killed 1,432 people including 341 women and 36 children, one of whom was a 10-month-old baby.

251 people were taken hostage and transported to Gaza and 97 of them are still in captivity.

The phrase that had been said before: “Quiet for quiet”—if you’re quiet with us, we will be quiet with you did not work. On October 7th they started killing us.

A year has passed. What should we understand about ourselves and our society after these events?

Answer: We need to understand that we must not fear anyone. We must not show anyone that we can forgive when they come to kill us. We should not do that.

We must clearly understand that our salvation is only in our own hands, only in our weapons, and in nothing else.

Question: Do you think the events of October 7th changed how we perceive ourselves as a nation?

Answer: I think they did. They changed us.

Before October 7th we had hoped for some semblance of mutual, humane relations with others. After this we understand that such a thing is no longer possible, not in any way! Therefore, we now have greater confidence that we will not be dragged into another mess of egoism, bloodlust, and so on, as we were on October 7th.

Question: How can we ensure that the pain from these events stays with us? And should it?

Answer: It should. It is forever! For as long as we live on this Earth, we must remember that our neighbors are our most bitter enemies. We must never allow ourselves any weakness in this regard.

Question: How will we achieve peace?

Answer: That is when peace will come.

Question: So when we talk about peace, at the same time, do we always know that they do not want it? Is that how it works?

Answer: Yes, that they do not want it and do not even think about it. But when you think about war, then they will strive for peace.

Question: So if I ask you what steps we should take toward peace, are these the steps you are talking about?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Think about peace but at the same time?

Answer: Arm yourself.

Question: You always talk about unity, the unity of the people, and you say that this is our main weapon. It is clear to most people that unity is probably the most important thing. So why can’t we unite? Please explain.

Answer: Because we still do not truly understand within ourselves how necessary it is.

Question: Do we not have that understanding yet?

Answer: No.

Question: Does it come through suffering or what?

Answer: Gradually, through blows, we begin to realize that unity is in fact the most important thing.

Question: But through blows?

Answer: Yes.

Question: So if we do not realize it now, do you expect more to come?

Answer: Definitely.

Question: How can we realize this in a peaceful way, as they say, through light and not through darkness?

Answer: We must become such a strong light that they will fear us.

Question: When you say “we must become a light,” what do you mean?

Answer: That in our desire for peace, we are willing to do everything necessary so that those who oppose it cease to exist.

Question: When you talk about our desire for peace, do you mean peace with our neighbors? Or peace in general?

Answer: Yes.

Comment: And at the same time, you say that we must always be preemptive.

My Response: Of course.

Question: So Israel should always have a policy of preempting strikes.

But how did it happen that for 20 years we lived knowing that in the south they were digging underground Gaza and in the north Hezbollah was arming itself? We knew all this, and yet we somehow lived on. Can you explain this to me? I am trying to understand the mindset of the leadership or even of ourselves.

Something terrible was brewing nearby, and we did not act. Why? Can you tell me what this kind of complacency was about?

Answer: We wanted to appear kind, good, and peace-loving to each other and to the whole world. But this is a terrible delusion.

Question: Really? Should we not care about the world, about the world’s opinion?

Answer: Not at all!

Question: What should we care about?

Answer: Only about the necessity of our existence as the people of Israel because our existence is aimed at achieving the highest state of humanity.

Question: So you call our position, even a corporeal one, the center of the world?

Answer: Yes.

Comment: Today this is becoming more and more apparent. You have always said this actually, that this is the central problem, the central point of the world.

My Response: Yes.

Question: What healing process must we go through?

Answer: We must explain to everyone that the world exists for the purpose of bringing all nations together, uniting them around the most important thing in the world, which is to love your neighbor as yourself.

Question: Are you saying that the whole world should somehow push us toward that?

Answer: Yes.

Question: The world should constantly signal to us that we need to do that?

Answer: Yes.

Question: For them?

Answer: For everyone. This is the central point of the entire existence of the universe.

Why Don’t We Understand the Creator’s Answers?

294.3 Alexander writes:

Today is a very foggy time. Everything that we once thought was understandable is incomprehensible. It is unclear if it is a man or a woman, if it is real news or if everything is rigged. It is unclear whether this is the leader of the country or his double. It is unclear whether this is being said by a human or an artificial intelligence, whether it is true or false. Everything is mixed up.

What is all this for? Why are we being driven to complete disbelief in what I see and hear?

Answer: This is really a serious matter. It is so that we would need in the Creator.

Question: Is it His doing to confuse everything for us?

Answer: These are His actions so that we would feel ourselves in a state of confusion so we would have no possible reasonable, correct action left except to grab hold of Him and cling to Him like a child.

Question: So we must be brought to such a state that we will turn to Him?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Is there any other way we can turn to the Creator? There are prayers, prayer books, religions. Aren’t these appeals to the Creator?

Answer: No, they don’t save you.

Question: Alexander asks another question: “Who should I believe today?” Is there anyone on this earthly plane who can be trusted?

Answer: Of course not.

Question: Is it possible to live without believing in anything, in anyone?

Answer: That is how we get used to it.

Question: So you think that the whole of humanity will be brought to such a state?

Answer: Yes.

Question: If such a request, a prayer to the Creator, were really raised, what would happen? Would He answer?

Answer: The Creator answers anyway, but we do not understand His answers. He tells us that if we go the right way, that is, give up our selfish goals, then we will raise ourselves to the next level of development.

We will be completely different there. First of all, we will not be immersed in ourselves, in egoists. We will strive to make it so that it is the same for everyone. And the most important thing for us will be to act in a way that we feel the need to hold on to each other together.

This is what the Creator wants to lead us to.

Question: Are you talking about the whole of humanity now?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Is the relationship between people, between countries, between everything like this?

Answer: Yes., this is our next step.

Question: Why don’t we want to move toward it? It sounds very attractive, with all our reality.

Answer: Should I think about others? I cannot and I do not want to. This is what every person feels.

Question: And will the Creator give us this opportunity if we can turn to Him?

Answer: Yes.

Question: But should I want this particular next step?

Answer: I have to come to it, to the fact that I must want it.

Comment: It seems that one can want it coming from something very bad.

My Response: So we are gradually getting down to it.

Question: That is, we will be brought to something very bad so that we ask: “Give us the opportunity to be together”?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Alexander also has this question: “Is it necessary to break through to the truth? And how to get to it if necessary?” He says, “Everything around us is untrue, everything is a lie.”

Answer: And we do not know what the truth is.

Question: That is what he is asking: “What is the truth?”

Answer: We do not know that. So what are we going to fight our way to? Just because we do not like our current state does not mean we know how to get out of it. And it turns out to be what it turns out to be.

Question: He is asking you: “What do you personally call the truth?”

Answer: The truth is that in my eyes all people are exactly the same.

Question: Do you mean equality, equals?

Answer: Yes.

Question: So, all people are equal?

Answer: All people. If I want to see it that way and go for it, then it is considered that it is true.

Question: Am I the same as them?

Answer: Absolutely! That is when we will find out what kind of truth it is, what kind of taste it has.

We Must Learn to Unite

229I believe that in our days the people of Israel will rise and unite. After all, the external pressure on us is growing day by day, squeezing the ring around us more and more tightly. And the nations of the world’ seem to support this pressure, making claims against us that we are not fulfilling what is assigned to us.

We have no choice but to understand the reason for this attitude toward us, which has been going on for thousands of years and has recently become simply critical.

There has never been a time when other nations have blamed the people of Israel and wanted to completely erase them. We have to start changing; there is no more time to wait because everything that the prophets and Kabbalists wrote about has already happened to us. However, no unity emerged among the people. Apparently, a group is needed that will reveal the need for this connection and lead the entire Israeli people and then all nations to correction.

The people of Israel still do not live up to what they should be. You have to learn this. The main problem is that we do not understand our mission, the purpose of our existence, or our duty toward all nations of the world, all mankind.

We must study all this, accept it as a law of nature, and fulfill our destiny. Otherwise we will not be able to continue to exist here. The whole nation is obligated to unite as one man with one heart; there is no other solution.

The solution lies only in the correct unification through which we will raise ourselves above all and be able to show all other nations an example of what the only correct form of existence for all should be. This is the kind of unification that Kabbalists talk about; that is, complete unity as one man with one heart, when everyone is a friend to everyone else and has no other aspiration in life than to be one nation.

When more such groups strive to unite within themselves, they will also find a way to connect with each other. This help will come from above. And when those who understand that humanity must take a step forward toward common unification come together, we will be able to move toward a general correction of creation.

“Suspended Coffee” Re-Educates the Rich

560In the News (NPR):

“On March 27, 2013, John Sweeney, a plumber from Ireland, started a Facebook page called Suspended Coffees. His message was simple: Buy a cup of coffee for a stranger, because an act of kindness can change a life. Eight hours later, the page had attracted more than 20,000 likes.

“Suspended coffee, or caffe sospeso, is a tradition that comes from Naples, Italy, and dates to at least the turn of the 20th century. When customers buy coffee, they also pay in advance for a cup to be given to somebody else — usually someone who otherwise couldn’t afford it. …

“One challenge to making kindness through coffee a staple of American culture is that ‘we’re a society that isn’t very comfortable, culturally, with asking for help,’

Question: Is it possible to come up with such harmony for humanity so that those who have money and opportunity would present something without their names and others would use it without humiliating themselves at the request? Would it bring us closer to harmony or not?

Answer: Partially, yes.

Question: What is the most important element here? That it is offered up and is anonymous?

Answer: That is natural, no last names, nothing. Neither who gives nor who receives. That is how everything exists incognito.

Question: Is there harmony in this?

Answer: Sure.

Question: Does the fact that I give something of mine away without demanding anything in return make the world warmer, better?

Answer: Partially. Our egoism will not allow us to do this every day. You can do this for a week or so but not all the time.

Question: So it cannot be a process of upbringing that leads to this and we would live like this all the time?

Answer: No.

Question: There must be ups and downs?

Answer: Otherwise it will be like some kind of tax and so on.

Question: It would no longer be an effort?

Answer: Yes, and there must be an effort.

Question: It is clear that this is a process of education more for someone who suspends, that is, for a rich person. And for the one who accepts, what is here? Is there any kind of upbringing for him?

Answer: He must understand that someone has thought of him. And therefore, when he gets the same opportunity, he will have to do it too.

Question: It is beautiful! Is a mutual upbringing process taking place?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Is it possible to do this?

Answer: This is a mutual agreement. This can, of course, be done.

It is possible to come to this through education. A person becomes educated and then it becomes a habit. And he thinks about it, does not forget, and does it. Or it could be under pressure, like some kind of tax.

But there is no other way because egoism in us is constantly growing and requires that we feed it.

Question: So a person will somehow adapt to these efforts?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Can we say what the final way to harmony is?

Answer: The final approach to harmony is when we do not feel our egoism would force us to do something. It is when we rise above it and are truly free. This is, of course, aerobatics! But it will happen.

Question: You slowly lead into a mini-dead-end, and then suddenly you say: “But it will be.” Do you want to calm us down or will it happen?

Answer: I am sure this will happen, and humanity must come to this. It is written in our genes.

How Can You Explain Global Population Growth?

571.06Question: In the 1920s, before Hitler came to power, Baal HaSulam predicted the Second World War. The scary thing is all his predictions came true. In his writings “The Last Generation,” he talks about the possibility of a third and even a fourth world war after which only several thousand people will remain.

Do you also believe that out of eight billion people on Earth a few thousand will survive and complete the universal correction?

Answer: I do not think this is how it will happen. I feel events will unfold in a much gentler and smoother way.

Question: Why has the number of people worldwide increased to eight billion? Only 100 years ago, the world’s population was about two billion. There were periods in the development of mankind when only a few thousand human beings lived on the planet. Why is there such growth? What is the reason for this?

Answer: It depends not on us but on how these people can perceive and implement the spiritual methodology.

In other words, the number of people somehow helps in correcting the ego, which is distributed among a huge number of people.

Will Elon Musk Destroy Primitive Tribes?

963.4In the News (“The Internet’s Final Frontier: Remote Amazon Tribes,” The New York Times):

The Marubo people have long lived in communal huts scattered hundreds of miles along the Ituí River deep in the Amazon rainforest. They speak their own language, take ayahuasca to connect with forest spirits and trap spider monkeys to make soup or keep as pets.

They have preserved this way of life for hundreds of years through isolation — some villages can take a week to reach. But since September, the Marubo have had high-speed internet thanks to Elon Musk.

The New York Times traveled deep into the Amazon to visit Marubo villages to understand what happens when a tiny, closed civilization suddenly opens to the world.

“When it arrived, everyone was happy,” said Tsainama Marubo, 73, sitting on the dirt floor of her village’s maloca, a 50-foot-tall hut where the Marubo sleep, cook and eat together. The internet brought clear benefits, like video chats with faraway loved ones and calls for help in emergencies. “But now, things have gotten worse,” she said. …“Young people have gotten lazy because of the internet,” she said. “They’re learning the ways of the white people.”

Then she paused and added, “But please don’t take our internet away.” …

After only nine months with Starlink, the Marubo are already grappling with the same challenges that have racked American households for years: teenagers glued to phones; group chats full of gossip; addictive social networks; online strangers; violent video games; scams; misinformation; and minors watching pornography. …

Question: What was Elon Musk thinking?

Answer: Elon Musk was thinking about how to sell more to earn more for himself.

Question: So he was thinking about his business?

Answer: Yes.

Question: And what happens when we provide primitive tribes with modern technologies? What does this leap do to them?

Answer: Nothing!

Question: Does it not kill them?

Answer: No. It is like you put something tasty on their plate, and not even on a plate. That is it. They take only the amount they understand what it is.

Question: So you think that their innate primitiveness remains as it is?

Answer: It stays with them, and there will be no acceleration of their development.

Question: Then there is a question. The fact that children are spoiled as the elderly claim, constantly glued to the Internet, stuck in porn sites, and so on, what do you think this will do to the future of this generation? After all, they will no longer shoot monkeys, walk serenely, drink this potion, and call spirits.

Answer: Nothing good will happen. They will get uglier.

Question: They will remain just as primitive, but will be uglier?

Answer: Of course.

Question: So you do not abandon your point of view that they will remain primitive?

Answer: Primitiveness requires very proper care. That is, it is necessary to gradually, in small portions supply them with correct segments of science, literature, art, with everything that can fill them.

Otherwise, they will naturally follow their innate animal instincts. It is the same with us. They will pull out what belongs to them from there.

Question: Can you tell me how all these transformations took place in that case, from the primitive to the slave-owning system?

Answer: The society gradually changes and it gives the younger generations what it considers necessary.

Question: And in this way the slave system arises from the primitive-communal system?

Answer: Yes, it happens gradually. But there were no particular atrocities there. It was all natural for them. It was a natural transition.

Question: We talk about desire all the time. You claim that these primitive people retained the same desire?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Then how did all the transitions from the primitive-communal system to the slave-owning system occur? Did desires change over time?

Answer: Of course. Gradually higher demands began to awaken in them. And in this way they enriched themselves with new knowledge and new services. This is how it all happens.

Question: So we have reached the present time, as it is. Our desire has undergone many changes. What will push us further? And where will we push ourselves next?

Answer: I think that at the end of the day, we will see that everything we have wanted to achieve does not bring us anything good. It does not bring us any special benefits; we get nothing.

Question: And what will it give us?

Answer: For this we will have to work and very gradually develop.

Question: Still gradually?

Answer: Of course. There will be no leap.

Question: So we should not wait for it? That is, the fruit must ripen after all?

Answer: Of course. Why do you need all these leaps and speeding up?

Comment: We want it to be faster.

My Response: Why?

Question: You mean that we have to follow the path of development?

Answer: Of course.

Question: Are you against any revolutions?

Answer: Revolution is suicide. Just look at how children develop. Would you agree to give them some pills so that they develop faster?

Comment: No, we want them to develop as children should.

My Response: Yes, this is the only way.

Question: Is it the same with us?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Do we have to agree with this course of life?

Answer: Yes, this is the greatest wisdom.

Question: And this is the most difficult thing?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Why doesn’t a person want to agree with this? One really does not want to.

Answer: It seems to him that all the good will come tomorrow. But in fact, if you are ready for this “tomorrow,” then let it come to you today. However, as a rule, we are not ready for this.

Question: Is everything really good today? Can we live with it like this?

Answer: No, all the stages and steps by which we develop are necessary for us. Without it, we will not be worthy of what we receive. In general, we must agree with what nature does to us in quantity and quality.
