A convention will be held November 1-3, 2013 in Bulgaria at Hotel Samokov, an hour’s drive from Sofia. The convention is open to everyone. Please do not book hotel accommodations directly, but only through the convention registration.

Convention in Israel

The Bnei Baruch World Convention will be held February, 6-8, 2014. The Convention will be held in the new building of Bnei Baruch.

Integral Education Training in Israel

Prior to the opening of the World Convention in Israel, on February 4-5, 2014, there will be an intensive training in the method of integral education for our friends from abroad.

The worst thing regarding our physical and spiritual state is frivolity. There is nothing worse than this. Some small smirk, movement, or act of disrespect, and that’s it. Everything within me falls. It is terribly necessary to be afraid that, with this, you are liable to harm a friend, but you could harm yourself many times more.

It is necessary to always be in “serious joy” but from the heart. Even if your condition is the worst but excitement comes from the heart, this will help. In no way or manner should there be any showing off unless you are intentionally playing at this to cheer a friend. It is very necessary to maintain our level and constantly be concerned about rising further and further all the time. Don’t forget about the most important thing: preparation.

I advise those who have the opportunity to connect to the live broadcast of our morning lesson. Although I say that it makes no difference when you watch it, it is also possible to watch later, but if you can, this is the true time. There is psychological importance to this for a person. The spiritual energy that exists in the world, it is found here.

But when a person feels that right now there is no need to seize this state and fear for it to pass, meaning, he is in a relaxed state, he  gets up, pauses the computer, sips coffee, and so on; he is not glued to the screen.

Therefore, I strongly urge you, I recommend, if possible, to see part of the live broadcast of the lesson at least, and don’t miss our connection and unity on Sunday evening.

You see yourselves what the meaning of preparation is: We all are preparing for the state of the completion of correction, of full adherence of everyone together with the Light. All of our lives, all of our spiritual elevation, is called “preparation,” and therefore, it needs to precede all of our activities. Before the lesson, I need to get up at least a quarter of an hour before in order to read something. I need to do something with myself. I need to hear something on the way to the lesson.

Read Psalms or some excerpts from our literature, something not connected to anything, which gets you tuned up in the right way. A violinist or cellist tunes his instrument no matter what melody he will play later. So, we also need to tune up our “instruments,” and then, in a lesson we will play.

I can’t imagine that I would come to the lesson without tuning myself for it. It is not important for me to know what I will do with you. Believe me, I sat down now, I looked at the subject of the lesson, and started it. This makes no difference to me, but I must tune myself up before then!

Before the nighttime lesson, Rabash would take a walk in the street for half an hour. I would get up an hour and a half before the lesson even though I only needed to walk fifty meters or less. I needed to take a hot shower, cheer up, read something from his materials that wouldn’t divert my attention from the lesson but, on the contrary, would tune me up properly.

Sometimes it happens that you read some material, and after that, it is difficult for you to regroup and come. You arrive and suddenly, a completely different subject has been prepared for you. This is a responsibility, for in front of me there are tens of thousands of students sitting around the world!

This is how each one of us must feel because we are working on a common Kli, vessel. I am not tuned to anything in particular. I am tuned to that connection that you can give me at any moment, and if you cannot, then even the lesson is lacking.

Sometimes, your state, your connection, opens me up so much that the speech really flows freely and fluently, and this doesn’t depend on the number of people. Rather, this depends on the quality of the connection. Sometimes you succeed, and then wonderful material appears. Therefore, it is necessary to take all this into account and be good children.

Question: How can we disseminate so as to eliminate fear?

Answer: When we go out to disseminate the integral method to the public, we never talk about anything negative. It’s forbidden for us to frighten them in any manner or way; for they will only scatter in all directions from hearing “bad” words. We always talk about good, about happiness, and love, about how we want to attain it.

There is no need to direct people towards seeing what is bad, arguing to convince them that it will be even worse. It’s wrong to do this, this is not a healthy approach, not from love. On the contrary, we want to elevate them, give them more than what there is now. Is it good for you? It will be even better. Is it bad for you? Even so, it will be better! We need to think only about how to approach them with everything good so that they will happily meet us.

Certainly we must know from the start which problems they have so that we can start a conversation, but only in the beginning and then pass immediately to what is better.

Certainly a person could say: “I don’t need anything, everything is okay with me, leave me alone.” We need to learn how to talk with him in this kind of condition without causing negative feelings. We must learn how to be positive all the time; we should only be in the right line. If this is developed in a person, then it will show the left line.

Question: How can we prevent the propagation of personal fear when disseminating?

Answer: If you are going to disseminate for the group and the Creator, then personal fear disappears. The group is behind me. The Creator is found together with us. In front of me is the world or some individual, it doesn’t matter. Who is he? He is also the Creator. It turns out that in front of me and behind me is the Creator.

The world doesn’t exist; the world is my own reflection within me. There is no group and there is no Creator. This means all of it, even the reflection within me. I need to bring all of it to this to the fact that there is none else besides Him.

If I act like this, I won’t have any fear. In working with people, I know that I am now standing before the Creator who is playing with me in this way. On the other hand, I turn to Him, and, at the same time, I adhere to the Creator found behind me. This is because everything was created so that I would connect the entire world through me in all of its diversity with the only power that controls the entire universe, with the power of bestowal and love. And then I will discover Him; He will be revealed to me.

Question: How can I work with other people if they are all egoists? After all, I will fall under the influence of their ego and will ultimately damage myself instead of correcting them.

Answer: There cannot be something like this because I am found on a higher level than those to whom I disseminate. They have a very small ego and I have an ego that is ten times larger than theirs. They don’t know anything about the structure of the world, whereas I know. They don’t understand what manages them, what their nature is, what is happening in the world, what the reason for the crisis is, whereas I understand. I am higher; I can explain everything to them, and I can never fall under their influence.

I have not seen, for example, that a 40-year-old teacher will fall under the influence of 10-year-old children because these are different levels. If you are found on the same level in which the rest of humanity is found, you don’t have any reason to go to them, you will immediately fall under their influence and without a doubt they will damage you, will transform you into being inferior to what you are now because your contact with them takes place on the same level. I am speaking about this from my own practical experience and from what I know about life. Try to practice this and you will see.

But first you need to change yourself, to become another! First you need to arrange the connection with the group; you must have support and understanding why you are going forward.

It cannot be that our people would fall under the influence of an ordinary person who sits at home and suffers. How can he attract me to him? What can he offer to me from his life? Do I want to live like him? If I am ready, if I am found on a level higher than he is, then he cannot influence me in any way because he is small relative to me! I want to help him. At the start I look at him from above to below, not with contempt, but rather as a small child who requires help.

Question: I want to compliment the people of Scandinavia. They stand out in their ability to listen to one another in the group. If someone begins to speak, everyone listens to him, perceiving what he says and picking up each comment one by one. Then they move on to the next speaker. They have a remarkable ability to understand one another!

Answer: Every nation has its own positive and negative attributes. In fact they are not positive or negative. If we connect into one system, we are like a puzzle and we suddenly feel that each one finds his place without having to change. There is no need to pressure yourself! There is absolutely no need to cut off certain “tails” or sharp ends off yourselves.

We have to make efforts that are aimed only at connection and uniting among us. Then we will see that all the evil in me and all the evil or the good in others suddenly comes together complementing one another and making a wonderful picture. The correction is not in the fact that we have to correct each of us or to correct nations or civilizations but only in our connection between us, just the way we are.

In fact, the ego is not what exists in each of us but is what doesn’t allow us to connect.

Suppose we are not egoists but when we try to connect between us we begin to feel opposite forces that make us feel repulsed by one another. These forces which operate in contrast to our connection are called ego.

But if we don’t try to connect and don’t include these attracting forces in us, we don’t have a spiritual ego and what is revealed among us is the ordinary corporeal ego. All my corporeal desires for food, sex, a family, money, respect, and knowledge are all parts of my corporeal ego with little correlation to other people in particular.

The real ego that requires correction is the anti-social ego. Only when we yearn for one another are the forces that are against the connection revealed.

An ordinary person has no ego, he wants to be richer than others or stronger than others, so what? There is no need to correct such desires; they help us advance; they have to remain constant. We only have to correct the spiritual ego in order to establish our connection above it.

Question: Our group has split into two parts: Those who engage in integral education and those who don’t want to engage in it and think that we should just sit together and unite; what is the problem?

Answer: I wouldn’t force those who don’t want to engage in integral education to go out and disseminate; let them engage in other types of work in the group; after all, there are plenty of other things with which they can engage. Gradually they will understand that without integral education, without going out to the 99% of humanity, they will not feel the need for the Creator.

When you go out to disseminate you begin to feel: “How can I explain this to people? How can I convey this feeling to them? How can I summon the understanding in them? I cannot do anything by myself. Where can I find the power to convince them?” So you feel that you need the Creator’s help.

It is for your sake that you were given the integral work with the public, so you will feel that you need Him. This work is not meant for them but for you.

Those who don’t engage in integral education will not feel the need for the Creator. Why do they exist? They will remain in the group; however, they will see how enthusiastic you are and realize that they have to do something.

You will really unite and feel the need to succeed in your work with the 99%. They will not feel that. What will push them to unite and for what? The public will demand the force of unity from you. You will tremble and feel scared, unpleasant, and unclear, and so you will undoubtedly need the Creator and will benefit compared to those who don’t engage in integral education.

Question: Today, in any city in the world, we see products on the shelves from all the large corporations that are actively conquering markets. Why can’t we also actively enter the general global market and disseminate the idea, which, in fact, would pull crowds after it?

Answer: If we were to sell what the ego needs, then it would be very simple for us. We could turn to people and show them that, let’s say, with the help of a unique wonder pen, it would be possible to write without mistakes, and they would run to us. And if the regular display of the pen wouldn’t produce any impact, then we would advertise it.

But with the help of the integral method we cannot fulfill the ego. On the contrary, we tell people about the anti-egoistic actions that they need to carry out on themselves. Therefore we cannot go out to them directly and sell this as something desirable.

In what circumstance does our product become desirable? This will happen when problems appear for people. We can come to them only as doctors. After all, if they feel that it’s bad for them, they will run to the doctors and ask for a remedy.

Now the time has arrived in the history of evolution that we have been expecting for thousands of years: Humanity has reached a state in which it’s beginning to feel its nature as evil and nothing can be done about it. Suppose that some kind of terrifying “organism” lives in a person, for example, some kind of cancer or radioactive disease, and he cannot get rid of it; the disease eats him from within. The same thing is happening with our ego.

When we begin to understand that the ego is devouring us, doesn’t develop us, forces us to divorce, not bring descendants into the world, and forces children to abandon their parents, to need drugs, and brings us to a terrible state where we clearly see that the ego is our enemy, our evil, our original nature, that there is nowhere to escape from it; then we look for a way out. Or we will continue to slowly kill ourselves through drugs with sweet ecstasy, withdrawing from life in a narcotic delirium. After all, humanity, governments, and the people are ready for this. Look at what is happening and will happen again with the popularity of drugs, especially if it would be carried out as a mass campaign with the right advertising, then it would be possible to achieve anything.

Or we can rein in our nature and transform the evil to good.

With this, we should go out to people because they don’t understand it themselves and cannot find a “golden key” in nature, a unique and wonderful means that is ready to change their evil nature that is exterminating them, society, the family, and the environment. This means will help us to create relationships between us, which will transform our lives into a Garden of Eden, not in the sense that everything on the face of the earth will be for us (this is not the problem) but that humanity will truly feel itself as being in “paradise.”

In the “Garden of Eden,” (heaven)  means, at the level of the higher power, in a state of eternity, perfection, absolute attainment. It’s very difficult to express this in words since there is nothing analogous to this in our world.

Question: Is it possible while disseminating, instead of a message and the promise of solving problems, to send a message or promise of extra happiness for people who don’t admit that they have problems, who are looking for new pleasures? The message: Come to us for happiness….

Answer: Certainly. Therefore we go out to the people from the start, before the “stick” that is pushing them towards happiness reaches them. The entire problem is in this, we come to a person when he doesn’t feel this stick, it is as if it doesn’t exist, and we need to move him from a neutral state or a state of small happiness to a better state. This is our entire mission.

It is written that knowing the worlds, that is, the Creator, is known to the degree of devotion to Him in the heart of the person to get closer to Him, the characteristic of love and bestowal, and this yearning can stop at any moment. Therefore, the Creator cannot illuminate a person like this through the upper Light because if the state of the person changes, the Light will transform into an even greater darkness, into Klipa, into corrupted desires that can throw him many incarnations backward.

And only if there is complete certainty (the calculation is done by the system and is not by us), that a person will be given the power of bestowal and will use it in the right form, will he be given this.

Therefore, the Creator increases the excitement that is the beginning of the connection with Him. However, this is very unpleasant, for it is built upon rejection. You see, the Creator shows a person where he must make an effort in order to complete the picture of adherence with Him. It is as if they agitate the person and say to him, “These and the corrections you must make,” and the person feels acute pain, rejection, powerlessness, and disappointment in this place.

This happens according to “The Creator is your shadow.” If the person hears and understands this, he will not fall due to the frustration, resentment, and neglect that he seems to feel and he will not stop his work because of the suffering, for in this, he sees that the Creator yearns for him.

The Creator shows what else the person needs to do in order for the contact between them to be realized. The person sees this not as rejection, but as a hint that if he corrects this, the Creator will embrace him, and when the Creator allows a person to feel negative emotions, he sees this not as his own pain, even though he is in pain, but as the pain of the Creator—how much the Creator suffers because the person has not yet corrected himself and cannot adhere to Him. This is called the “sorrow of the Shechina.”

Everything can be solved with a very simple direction: towards unity. Unification is the unique and correct solution to all the problems from the first correction to the last correction, and if something is not okay, not appropriate, it is up to us to sit in a circle and discuss it immediately, to clarify it in a group of ten where each one adds to the words of the other. No one struggles with anyone. Each is nullified toward the other and only adds to his words.

Mutual fulfillment is called bestowal, love. It is clear that this is not the physical coupling in our world, even though this also happens as a consequence of spiritual coupling. The most important thing is that we discover an opportunity to fulfill each other, meaning, to realize our desire, and in thus we discover wholeness.

The great Kabbalist the Ari wrote: “Behold, that before the emanations were emanated and the creatures were created, the Upper Simple Light had filled the whole existence….Then the Ein Sof then restricted Himself, in His middle point….And there remained an empty space, an empty air (Avir), a vacuum…Then, from the Light of Ein Sof, a single line hung down from above, lowered into that space. And through that line, He emanated, created, formed, and made all the worlds,” including our world in the center of the empty void.

Take the state of the “vacant place” as a first state (I) in which only the Light of Nefesh is found, the smallest Light. After that was the first Tzimtzum (restriction) and the shattering of the Masach, state II. And now there must be a completion of correction (Gmar Tikkun), the third state.

With the completion of correction (Gmar Tikkun), we reach a state called NRNHY, meaning the formation of a great amount of Light 620 times greater than the first state of the Light of Nefesh.

620 is an arbitrary concept, not like a billion; rather, it is a completely qualitative characteristic because through our correction, we perceive the highest Light that created all matter.

For the Light produced all the matter in our world through a small spark of enormous energy. Can you imagine what kind of intensity there must have been at the time of the “Big Bang” that created all matter, all energy, all information, the entire program of development, and all that we still don’t know?

All this appears from the spark of Light that reached through a thin channel to our world and exploded in it. Why did this happen? This is because the characteristic of the Light, this life-giving energy, is opposite to the characteristic of the matter that was produced by the explosion. And the energy of the Light was included within matter and matter began to evolve.

In other words, this was a micro-Light, a small particle of Light, actually a spiritual photon that encounters the nascent matter; the Light evolves according to the four levels of evolution of the Direct Light (Ohr Yashar), and in the last phase it manifests the opposite phenomenon of matter within it. We learn this from the four phases of the Direct Light in the world of infinity.

Why do we need all this? So we can perceive this Light existing in the world of infinity around us and around all the worlds. And we need to go out beyond their limits, to rise above the entire creation, beyond all matter. Therefore, if we want to leave our state, we need to pass through the entire way beginning from the root (Shoresh) state to the highest point, all 125 levels of ascent above our substance, above our nature.

All this is realized only within the group and only according to the principle of the group in which this is realized, the right side, the left side, and a yearning forward. Along with this, the ego evolves all the time, but only through our inclusion within the group. If I feel rejection and don’t approach the group and don’t work against this rejection, I will not be able to feel the true ego within me. The normal worldly egoistic Klipa (shell) we don’t take into account at all.

This is relevant to both women and men. We must overcome our gnashing of teeth about this obstacle (inclusion within the group), beginning with a simple hug, songs, and shared work. But the main thing is the inner inclusion, how much I am ready to connect with my friends, to be among them.

There are many articles on this subject. The interesting thing is that if you read those articles over the course of many years on different levels of attainment, the text remains the same, yet every time you will understand it in a completely different form.

All of us are found in mutual integration as in a puzzle. This is a system of multidimensional linkages that ultimately form a sphere. For each one is included in all the desires and characteristics of the others. It’s unbelievable, but the Light does all this because we are already found within these characteristics and desires. The Light only reveals them, shining on them like a spotlight, and we see them as something new.

The system remains the same as it was created in the world of infinity, except it is contracted in regard to us. And it’s clear that when we want to enter into it, we awaken the illumination and it illuminates more and more for us. And since we already exist within it, we begin to feel ourselves more and more as being connected and dependent upon each other.
