Question: Each of us has weak points: some love to watch TV and some like to surf YouTube even though they understand that they could spend this time usefully for the sake of the Creator reading the sources or doing something for the group.
How do you feel about, for example, writing a memo to yourself that from now on, instead of a watching a TV series, I read sources for the sake of the Creator and put this note in some visible place? Could this work?
Answer: It might work. Why not?
Question: Is this how I can limit myself?
Answer: Yes, certainly.
Question: Is it that simple? Where is the fight?
Answer: There is no need for any fight. What do you do in your free time? Engage in some sports and prepare for lectures and lessons a bit. And everything will go smoothly.
Question: While having fun or searching for new means of earning money, a person may think he is doing something necessary. He justifies himself all the time, and these unnecessary actions become necessary.
Answer: You are pampering yourself. If a Kabbalist has some free time left, he mainly engages in sports.
Question: Can we say that we will not get anywhere if we do not chop our desire to receive into small pieces, and only the part that deals with the Torah, Mitzvot, lessons, and dissemination will remain?
Answer: Yes, until it becomes a habit.

Comment: You give us a certain level of free time. But we have such states when egoism confuses this with what is absolutely necessary. Someone might start neglecting their health or family relationships, rest, or something else.
My Response: Everyone has a head on their shoulders, and everyone, in principle, can understand what they are sacrificing to spend more time on studying or working on dissemination. This should be balanced.
How many hours a day does Kabbalah take for you? Take, for example, an average number: a maximum of two hours. No more is needed. If you systematically devote two hours a day to the study of Kabbalah, you will see how quickly success comes to you.
Moreover, it should be arranged so that it is not an overload for you; otherwise, you will not be able to endure it for long.

Question: It is written that the desire to know spirituality or to deny it is the same thing, why?
Answer: Because both bring you closer to the Creator. I yearn to be closer to Him, to understand Him, and even if this causes some rejection within me, it does not matter.
What really matters is that it affects me and I try to react to it in some way. There are materials from Kabbalists where they criticize the world, its structure, and even the Creator Himself. This also influences their success and pushes them forward.

Question: How can our connection awaken the eternal question about the meaning of life in other people who do not study Kabbalah? Is awakening these questions influenced only by dissemination or also by our internal spiritual work in the tens?
Answer: Our internal work influences it to some extent, but to a very small degree. The main thing, in principle, is teaching.
Gradually, a large group of people will form who can teach, explain, and answer questions. Then this internal society will begin to emit certain qualities, the qualities of the Creator, the qualities of the Universe.
Therefore, keep studying, and the most important thing is to stay connected with each other. Because the simplest, even the highest knowledge will not be of any use if it is not tied to others.
It is the quality of the ten that breaks the boundaries of nature and spreads in all directions.

Question: I no longer derive pleasure from anything, and I even feel that I cannot bring pleasure to anyone else because I no longer remember what it is like. How, then, can I bring contentment to the Creator, and what action should I take for this?
Answer: There are such concepts as commandments. Do whatever you want for the sake of the Creator, and everything will be fine.
Question: But the Creator is an abstract system. How can I do something for it?
Answer: This system is connected to your mind, your nerves, your desires, and your intentions. So perform actions for its sake, then you will quickly see how it responds to you.

There must be many separate people in the world, each of whom carries an elementary piece of common egoism. We are the consequences of our previous changes. As Baal HaSulam writes, there are no new souls in our world that are just beginning their development from the most elementary states.
Each of us carries very important information, and without it, there will be no complete correction, no perfect states of the soul—the creation. Everyone should understand their responsibility for the opportunity to advance the whole creation to the Creator by their own efforts, because without him it is unattainable.
Each person is not just a small particle striving toward the Creator and advancing the collective soul by a tiny millimeter, no! In spirituality, this is a much more complex and comprehensive movement. When a person works on uniting with others, they completely become that single soul created by the Creator.
Spirituality does not divide into parts, does not dissolve, and does not multiply. It gradually reveals itself to a person as an eternal, perfect, and unified state. Everything happens only to the extent that our perceptions are corrected.

Question: What is the meaning of true pleasure in life?
Answer: The meaning of life is to attain the Creator because this is the highest pleasure we can achieve.
We are made in such a way that the light we absorb from the Creator, called His revelation, is the greatest fulfillment; there is no other.
