My Thoughts On Twitter 2/6/19

Dr Michael Laitman Twitter

In the spiritual root everything exists in complete unity, with no division or discord. We must rise above the discord to the original root, to the world of unity, preserving the discord, and thus reveal the Creator.
Hatred elicits strife, whereas love covers all sins (Parables 10:12).

“Man — of all ages and cultures — is confronted with the solution of one and the same question: the question of how to overcome separateness, how to achieve union, how to transcend one’s own individual life and find at-onement”
(Erich Fromm, The Art of Loving).

Attaining the right conclusions depends on arguments and differences of opinion. The more contradictions and the stronger the criticism, the more knowledge there is and the greater is the opportunity to resolve problems.
But on the condition that it pursues one goal, common to all (above egoism)—the good of society!

The basis of existence is unity, inclusion of all differences into the source of unity. The main part depends on man, the basis of creation. Hence “Love your neighbor as yourself” is the law of unity of the world, life, existence, and correction of the whole universe (Blessings 4).

Blitz Of Kabbalah Tips – 7/15/18

281.01Question: How is it possible to feel something outside of yourself if we fix only the reactions of the Kli to what enters it?

Answer: You are absolutely right. We just say “outside of myself.” Everything that is outside of our egoism is called outside of myself.

Question: If I am the desire to enjoy, is the Creator the source of wealth, wisdom, and power that constitutes my pleasure?

Answer: Everything we perceive as most pleasant for us is in the Creator and proceeds from Him. Therefore, the Creator is perceived by us as the source of pleasure.

Question: When a person says that he has no pleasure, is he like the Creator then?

Answer: No. In principle, the world was created for pleasure, but only for the correct pleasures in which you are like the Creator. When you convey pleasure to others through yourself, all of the pleasure remains in you, even though you are thinking about how to fulfill others.

Question: Is it possible to say that the secret of the wisdom of Kabbalah is summed up by saying that my soul is found in others?

Answer: Certainly. The soul is one for all. None of us has a soul. It is only the integration of each one with the others that gives birth to a feeling of the common soul.

Question: How is it possible to understand pleasures and gifts correctly? How can one thank the Creator for them correctly?

Answer: You need to understand that in this way you have the opportunity to give to a friend. It is also up to him to understand what you are doing with it. It is in such a way that each one can practice copying the Creator and in fact become this copy.

Question: How does the mechanism of reasoning and avoiding mistakes in the next situation work in the wisdom of Kabbalah?

Answer: It is only if you can “go outside of yourself” that you will not make mistakes.

Question: Is it possible to say that a Tzimtzum (Restriction) happens when I don’t want to feel anything except a connection with the Creator and am ready to replace everything in exchange for this connection?

Answer: Yes, exactly so!

Question: In what way is a Kabbalist different from good simple people who are concerned about others?

Answer: A Kabbalist differs in that he wishes spiritual elevation and an exit to the upper world for people. This is what is considered as “good.” Therefore, understandably, this concept doesn’t match what is defined as good by people in this world.

Question: How must one understand the word “spirituality”?

Answer: Spirituality is bestowal and love. Don’t confuse it with anything in our world; our world lacks spirituality, there is not any bestowal or love in it. There is self-love, but this is not considered to be love because this is the natural state of our beastly body.

Our Future Is Robots

273.02In the News (Reuters):  Robots will make robots at a new ABB (ABBN.S) factory in China, which the Swiss engineering group said on Saturday it plans to build for $150 million in Shanghai as it defends its place as the country’s largest maker of industrial robots. …

“China is expanding its robot workforce, as wages for human workers there rise and the country seeks to compete with lower-cost countries via greater automation. In 2017, one of every three robots sold in the world went to China, which purchased nearly 138,000 units, ABB said.

“ABB’s new 75,000-square-foot factory will use software meant to allow people and robots to work safely in close proximity, the company said, adding its YuMi robots — designed to work side-by-side with people — will also be deployed on many of the small parts assembly tasks needed to manufacture an ABB robot.”

Question: People, journalists, and scientists are worried about our future being ruled by robots! What will our future look like with robots?

Answer: Our future is moving toward the state where a person will not have any work other than spiritual work. We will only deal with things robots cannot do—the correct internal, spiritual unification between us.

Robots will take care of everything else. In general, our world is gradually reaching the point where we all will shift into spirituality. Only robots will remain in the material matter. Afterward, they too will disappear.

In principle, our world will gradually manifest itself as a world of forces, spirit, and a web of forces, not physical mater.  Matter does not really exist. We can see this already in quantum physics.

So there is no reason to worry about the fact that robots will replace us. On the contrary, we will strive to make sure that everything we do is transferred to robots and we will do what robots cannot: spiritual work, uniting between us, and exiting to the next level of existence, to the spiritual world.

New Life 1085 – The Connection Between Love And Hate

New Life 1085 – The Connection Between Love And Hate
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Yael Leshed-Harel

Hatred and love develop on top of each other like two lines from which a middle line is built. When we build the middle line, our inner software is changed. It becomes smarter and makes it possible for us to love something that we previously didn’t like. On the psychological level, concessions lead to habit and later to love. In the evolutionary process, the ego grows and our demands change in quality and quantity. The desire to receive pleasure is a kind of animal or monster insofar as it loves everything that provides it with pleasure and hates what doesn’t. Between hatred and love we begin to feel the original power of nature that created everything through these two egoistic forces. In the wisdom of Kabbalah corrections are made on another level; the person corrects the ego with the help of the upper Light. “Love covers all transgressions” (Proverbs 10:12) means that love doesn’t replace hatred but rises above it, in parallel to it. Our egoism is constantly growing, increasing in hatred so that above it we can build a greater love. The power of love can be obtained on condition that you want to crown it upon all of reality.
