“’On the surface, Facebook provides an invaluable resource for fulfilling the basic human need for social connection,’ says U-M social psychologist Ethan Kross, lead author of the article and a faculty associate at the U-M Institute for Social Research (ISR). ‘But rather than enhance well-being, we found that Facebook use predicts the opposite result – it undermines it.’ …

“The study found that the more people used Facebook during one time period, the worse they subsequently felt. The authors also asked people to rate their level of life satisfaction at the start and end of the study. They found that the more participants used Facebook over the two-week study period, the more their life satisfaction levels declined over time.

“Importantly, the researchers found no evidence that interacting directly with other people via phone or face-to-face negatively influenced well-being. Instead, they found that direct interactions with other people led people to feel better over time.”

My Comment: The whole process of our development aims at bringing us to full disillusionment and an understanding of the need for unity: It is impossible to communicate in the old and the new way in order to direct us to the new kind of connection and interaction—spiritual (bestowal and love).

“Yes, according to analyst Meredith Whitney.

“‘We are on the precipice of a seismic downsizing on Wall Street, the likes of which have never occurred before,’ said Whitney in a recent research note to clients, acquired by the New York Post.

“Whitney says the financial sector is set to see layoffs of up to 100,000 or as much as 15% of the work force in the next 18 months, as banks contract and muddle through a sluggish economy.

My Comments: When it becomes clear that employees no longer bring profit, they are laid off. This suggests that the crisis enters its decisive phase—the collapse of the financial sector—and no one can stop it. I am not gloating, but I warned about this 5-6 years ago in this blog. I advise you to look up the further forecasts in this blog.

Hamilton of the University of California, San Diego, says the U.S. government’s off-balance-sheet liabilities are six times the size of the official debt or $70.1 trillion. …

“But the $12 trillion federal debt is only the tip of the iceberg because the figure is not inclusive of a number of off-balance-sheet commitments and liabilities.

“But the officially reported debt is only one respect in which current policy has left a burden for future taxpayers. In addition the government has made a number of implicit and explicit commitments that are not included in the net debt figures just reported, but which could potentially require much larger adjustments in future spending or taxes than those associated with paying interest on the official debt itself. The biggest items in this category come from Social Security and Medicare which, if current policy is maintained, will require enormous sacrifices from future taxpayers.”

My Comment: Generally, it is not so important because no one will pay anything to anyone and is not going to pay, as they say, a war will delete anything, or vice versa, a transition to new relationships through the method of integral education will lead us to an agreement “to start everything anew. ”

“They found that as the members sang in unison, their pulses began to speed up and slow down at the same rate. …

“The researchers also found that choral singing had the overall effect of slowing the heart rate.

This, they said, was another effect of the controlled breathing….

“The researchers now want to investigate whether singing could have an impact on our health.

“There have been studies on yoga breathing, which is very close to this, and also on guided breathing and they have seen long-terms effects on blood pressure… and they have seen that you can bring down your blood pressure.

“We speculate that it is possible singing could also be beneficial.”

My Comment: When people interact with each other, they begin to connect with each other through their organs, like one body, and in this case, we can treat patients by including them among the healthy.

Opinion (Peter Koenig, former World Bank economist): “It is an artificially imposed, holistic crisis. Holistic meaning that it is a step towards full spectrum dominance of the US hegemony and its co-opted European allies. It is one of several tentacles spanning the globe, probably the most powerful, of the monster of globalization – towards a One World Order (New World Order) – a term already coined and used by then British PM Gordon Brown at the London G20 Summit in 2009. Ideally, the new world order would eventually be led by an elite served by a class of serfs. The middle class would basically disappear.

“Other tentacles, like NATO and eternal warfare against invented ‘terrorism’; Genetically Modified Organisms – GMO food; the petroleum cartel; pharmaceutical and other non-transparent industries – would help limit or reduce the world population, so that the elite could enjoy the Earth’s finite and non-renewable resources with a comfortable life much longer than if these resources would have to be shared with 7 or 8 billion people.

My Comment: There are many versions about the nature of the crisis, and even if we had known the “most correct” one, we would need to add to it the version of the Creator: His program of creation, His plan and purpose. So, without knowing the hidden calculations of the “great” of this world who are ruled by the Creator, we know directly from Him what will be!

My Comment: Science leads us to the realization of the beginning in nature: the cause, plan of development, and goal. However, scientists do not have a complete picture of the universe, including our world as part of it; for this there is the science of the actions of the Creator—Kabbalah. But the God of religions does not exist, there is nature: the laws, properties, and interactions that can be revealed and attained to the extent of similarity with these properties.

My Comment: Spiritual love—(not that which is egoistic or natural, like the love of a mother for her child or love for someone of the opposite sex, which fulfills the ego), love that is created in us “artificially” with the help of the upper Light (the Surrounding Light – Ohr Makif) according to a particular method (the method of integral education), that in spite of our ego, one loves the other—in love like this, the feeling of a higher power is discovered because a person begins to see the world through other people, in their desires and characteristics. In this way the person “leaves” his body (the senses) until the creation is comprehended as an eternal field of power and emotion.

My Comment: We will see this all over Europe, if they don’t come to their senses. As Mark Twain said about Tom Sawyer that “he would be President, yet, if he escaped hanging.” So, the world has two options for the future.

“By manipulating the amount of estrogen produced in the brain, the UB researchers were able to make the males respond to stress more like females and the females respond more like males.

“When estrogen signaling in the brains of females was blocked, stress exhibited detrimental effects on them,” explains Yan. “When estrogen signaling was activated in males, the detrimental effects of stress were blocked.

“’We still found the protective effect of estrogen in female rats whose ovaries were removed,” says Yan. ‘It suggests that it might be estrogen produced in the brain that protects against the detrimental effects of stress.’ …

“’If we could find compounds similar to estrogen that could be administered without causing hormonal side effects, they could prove to be a very effective treatment for stress-related problems in males,’ she says.”

My Comment: When people near each other internally, they begin to communicate with each other (with a “spiritual transfer”) and they transfer their bodily defenses as well. This is the great power and wonder of the integral system, which absorbs all the positive from each of the participants and provides each and everyone with these combined positive qualities.
