Answer: Kabbalah is a science that speaks about everything in the world because it studies matter that undergoes all kinds of changes in itself until it reaches complete similarity to the Creator, complete inclusion in the Creator, into the upper Light, the property of bestowal and love.

Matter that has reached the state of complete correction, ends its transformation. In the near future, this should be achieved by absolutely all of humanity, and after it, by all the lower forms: animate, vegetative, and inanimate.

Question: In what way do you as a Kabbalist adapt yourself to the students and the group? How do you interconnect and annul yourself?

Answer: And how do we adapt ourselves to newborns and children as they grow up and become more and more adult? They do not adapt to us, but we always adapt to them. They say that a small child is the head of the family because the family exists for him.

Why do I need a group: for them to serve me or for me to serve them? I must raise the students to the next level.

Remark: Soccer is the religion of humanity. Boys run and chase the ball in Iran, in Israel, in France, in Turkey, and in Germany. There is some kind of unity around the football.

My Comment: People need it. Better soccer than war.

I am in favor of people playing instead of engaging in wars and quarrels. But we will have to add a different relationship to this, to make this game non-egoistic so that people will start to communicate because there is still too much competitive spirit in soccer.

It seems to me that if the players themselves, after mutual defeat or victory, organized a good festive dinner all together, in an embrace, this would be a good example to the world of how it should develop.

As they say, friendship won. I hope that somehow, someday, we will get to it, and then people will see that there is a basis for good in these games.

Question: How did the Kabbalists discover that everything comes from the upper force?

Answer: The first person with heightened sensitivity appeared 5,778 years ago; he discovered that everything comes from the upper force, and explained it. His name was Adam.

He described what he discovered in the book The Secret Angel (Raziel HaMalach). It was a small booklet of 70-80 pages, but at that time, it was considered a respectable publication.

As all Kabbalistic works, initially this book was hidden from the public and was only revealed 3,500 years ago. Practically all forces of nature were described in it but in a very difficult, essentially encrypted form.

From that time and onward, the entire methodology became revealed and each person has the opportunity to delve into it, study, and learn it.

Question: Are scientists not talking about it yet?

Answer: Scientists are increasingly incapable of understanding the world we live in. Even though our world is constantly revealing itself more and more, it is nonetheless not the type of revelation that can be comprehended by the human instruments of study. Instead, it requires a much higher order of understanding.

A paradoxical picture appears: we only uncover small, fragmented pieces of the whole of creation and build our entire science on these fragments. However, in recent times, such phenomena are being revealed that we cannot explain.

Einstein, Hugh Everett, and other scientists offered some understanding, but nonetheless, the world in which we live is becoming evermore incomprehensible.

We have no answers to the majority of questions arising today because these questions demand a completely different approach, which we do not yet possess. We cannot exist above time, space, and infinite speed, and we cannot live in a matrix other than the one in which we exist.

That is why science, that is, the potential of our knowledge, is at a dead end, but not nature itself—it is revealed in the form of dark clouds, black holes, and so on. Yet who can explain all of this? The same also applies to the micro-world.

This speaks to the fact that our cognitive tools are very limited. Science gives us what it can, being the product of our capabilities, and nothing more.

Question: Meditation is also an inner contemplation. How is it different from Kabbalistic contemplation?

Answer: There is no meditation in Kabbalah. Sometimes, meditation is called prayer, that is, a request, an aspiration from the lowest to the highest degree. Such a request compels the higher level to help the lower. This is called prayer. There is no other meditation.

I have heard a lot about meditation. Some people even tried to teach me meditation. But all this ended quickly because I study and teach only classical Kabbalah.

People’s inventions, no matter whether or not they believe it exists, is not proof for me. Therefore, I do not understand how one can meditate. In other words, how does one develop imagination to the point that it starts to affect him? He is included in a certain cycle where he excites himself and allegedly transfers to other imaginary spaces. Kabbalah does not tolerate this because Kabbalah is a science.

Question: I know some people who through spiritual practices and rejection of desires live for the sake of the divine and easily enter the spiritual realm. However, none of them are engaged in Kabbalah. Why do you insist that revealing the Creator is only possible with the help of Kabbalah?

Answer: I do not insist on anything and do not argue with anyone. I have my own understanding. If someone wants to master it, they can learn from the materials that we put on the Internet. Also, I do not want to debate what method is better to study or how to go about it.

Why should I dissuade someone about whether or not he is right? To the extent that a person strives for the truth, he finds his own method, aspires further, and advances. What’s most important is not to stop. Therefore, whatever you do, I advise you only one thing: continue to go deeper, expand, and do not be afraid of anything.

The Torah/Kabbalah does not welcome the rejection of egoism because it is our matter. The more we use it, the more we have the opportunity to ascend.

Unlike religions or most spiritual practices, Kabbalah uses egoism joyfully, as a gift from the Creator. After all, it is egoism that separates the human being and the whole creation from the Creator. And if we want to destroy the ego or annul the desire itself, what would remain of us?

Question: Do Kabbalistic books affect a person if one reads them alone? Or do you need to read them with a group?

Answer: Read as you like, only it is desirable that these are real Kabbalistic books, for your level, and that you find yourself correctly in these books.

Question: What are the criteria for the correct study of the books?

Answer: Study the literature that is recommended to you in the Kabbalah courses in your community.

Question: Also, how do you work with books?

Answer: I have studied primary Kabbalistic sources in detail many times. There are even articles and letters that I have read a few hundred times, and every time I have found something new in them. Therefore, in Kabbalah, there are no sources that I would not have known and would not have worked through repeatedly, in the original language.

I read, underline, write out, compare, and look for specific similar material to somehow reveal it. This is the usual work of any researcher.

There are several variations of the work on primary sources. I often translate them, and if not, I start to abridge them, i.e., rewrite them in the original language, making the necessary adjustments.

The text that comes out is what I want to see now in my current state. Maybe next time, I will make a completely different summary from it.

Working on the texts, I can break them into paragraphs, give each paragraph a title, ask questions, give answers, etc. If required, I work through the text so that I am in it, and it is in me.

Concepts that are opposite in our perception exist in the world of Infinity in simple unity and connection. (Baal HaSulam, Talmud Eser Sefirot, Part 1 “Histaklut Pnimit”)

Question: What does it mean that opposite things are unified? Can you give an example from nature?

Answer: Einstein gave examples of dimensions emerging above time and space. For example, a grandfather and his distant descendant meet hundreds of years later. They both exist simultaneously, but with respect to our attainment it is experienced as past, present, and future.

Question: Does this mean that dinosaurs might be wandering around us and we just don’t see them?

Answer: Dinosaurs are not wandering somewhere; they are wandering within you (in the same way as before, by the way). There is nothing outside of us. We project everything that we perceive so that it seems outside of us and call it “our world.” We feel it only within ourselves. We do not perceive what is outside of us. It is as if some electrodes are connected to us and we imagine that we are somewhere talking with each other and seeing others as if on a screen.

The question thus arises: does this all just seem to exist or does it really exist? We cannot say, because we do not feel anything outside ourselves. Therefore, a person cannot claim objectively that something exists—he always perceives subjectively.

Everything that we reveal and study is purely subjective, including Kabbalah. We never attain the absolute picture. It will be revealed only after the general correction, when all of us unite and our small private sensors (Reshimot) will be united into one common sensor, our small private desires into one common desire that will result in absolute perception, eternal white Light. Then we will be able to talk about what really exists. This state is called Gmar Tikkun—Final Correction.

This is all in relation to us; there are no problems regarding the Creator since His properties include everything. We will be able to achieve this same state when our desire becomes fully integrated, including all the opposites in itself. This is considered loving your neighbor as yourself.

In other words, when I accept everything that exists in another person—all his unpleasant properties, states, thoughts—as my own, as the most precious, with love, then I will include the desires of all the people in the world and will be able to be objective, as all the opposites inside me will be united.

Question: Is it possible to say that both love and hatred will exist in me at the same time?

Answer: Of course. One will not annihilate the other because they will only support each other, so that between them I can feel the acuity of attainment. This is how it works.

Question: What is the difference between Kabbalah and corporeal sciences?

Answer: Corporeal sciences reveal the interaction between different parts of nature at the lowest, material level.

Kabbalah, however, let us use the force from the next, spiritual degree so that we could rise to it and free ourselves from all connections with the corporeal forces, stop obeying them, and enter the attainment of the universe’s next level.

Question: On one hand, Kabbalah is a science, but on the other hand, it is constantly concealed?

Answer: It is not concealed! It simply slips through our fingers because we do not have spiritual sensations. When you reach those sensations, which Kabbalah uses, it will be in your hands.

Question: Will it ever receive the status of science?

Answer: No. Only among Kabbalists! Kabbalah is called a hidden wisdom because others do not have this tool.

For example, everyone can study and use physics without changing one’s nature. The Kabbalistic method, however, submits to those who agree to change themselves to its level.

Question: The uniqueness of Kabbalah that people have a special attitude toward it, there are a lot of opponents, so is it necessary that we constantly prove something?

Answer: Nothing can be done here because people do not understand what it is about. It will continue this way until most of the people will manage to master Kabbalah and declare that they are in the attainment and realization of it.
