Reveal Holy Love

530Question: It is said that love is something that relates to holiness. How can we build such a relationship in the ten so that love really relates to holiness?

Answer: This will happen when you treat your friends in the ten as you treat yourself. Imagine yourself in their shoes and treat them the way you would like them to treat you.

Question: We want to build a common Kli. How can I correctly imagine our mutual inclusion with friends so that holy love is revealed between us?

Answer: The general Kli consists of such private relationships.

Question: What is love that is manifested by the property of holiness? I’m not talking about just some kind of good attitude toward my friends, love of our world, but about the property of holiness in love?

Answer: The property of holiness is when a person perceives another person, every part of him, as himself.

Question: Is this some kind of transfer of one’s “I” into friends or another reality?

Answer: This is simply the law of love. Nothing else is said here.

Create Conditions for Everyone

527Question: You said that friends who do not want to study should not be touched because this will be worse for both them and us. Lately you have said we must be more patient with such friends, but at the same time forces arise in the ten that tear us apart from the inside and weaken us. How can we protect ourselves from this?

Answer: You must create conditions in the ten that make it convenient for everyone to study and pray so there is a common desire to reach the ten and move forward.

Question: We will not drag them by force if they do not want to study. What then? How can there be suitable conditions for everyone?

Answer: A lesson is a lesson. In class you need to be serious and united with others.

What Do You Want from the Creator?

275Question: What is the basis of prayer?

Answer: The basis of prayer is your request: What do you want from the Creator? You should think it over carefully, talk to each other, and decide what is important for you to ask the Creator for. Then you will form a really serious prayer.

Question: Should the basis of prayer be from the group or can it be individual for each person?

Answer: Individual prayer is rarely accepted. The Creator clearly answers the prayer that comes from everyone in the group and only from the heart.

How Can You Feel the Correction of a Desire?

942Question: What should we pay attention to so that we understand that our desire to receive is truly being corrected and purified?

Question: Will the landmarks be only in feelings, in states, or could there be some rational calculations here?

Who Should We Worry about in the Ten?

527.03Question: Do we need to be concerned about the advancement of friends who do not want it?

Answer: There is no need to, you won’t drag them against their will.

Question: What if we are in the same boat?

Answer: It doesn’t matter. A person must work on achieving what he wants himself. We can only help him if he wants to.

The people in our group give their consent a priori to advance with us, so we care about them but not about others.

Question: Should we oblige them to show up at least twice a week?

Answer: No, leave them alone. This will only make it worse for you.

Rapproachment above Rejection

232.05Question: Is it enough for me to set a good example for the friend without expecting any reaction or should I still check his response?

Answer: You do not expect any reaction from your friend that would oblige you to continue setting positive examples.

You wait for your friend’s reaction to adjust your own, to change your attitude to an even more advanced one. That is, the direction is always positive toward getting closer to each other and greater mutual penetration into the quality of bestowal that would fill the space between you.

Question: What is the next degree in this situation?

Answer: The next degree in this situation means that despite rejection, you understand that you must move forward with reason, feelings, thoughts, and intentions. You keep yourself in a state of rejection and build a connection above it.

In such mutual internal tension, you move forward. If you think there should be some kind of love or romance here, this is certainly not Kabbalah. In Kabbalah, there are only two opposite states, one above the other. Then, you begin to ascend from our world to the next level.

Question: There is confusion between corporeal and spiritual shame. How does the bread of shame feel in spirituality?

Answer: When you reach the sense of shame for your actions, you will feel what the taste of shame is.

Time To Grow Up

600.02Question: How can we develop our collective deficiency for the light in our ten while maintaining an atmosphere of joy?

Answer: Why does this prevent you from being joyful?

Question: If there is a state of joy from unity in the group, it seems that everything is already good.

Answer: Are you in adhesion with the Creator?

Question: No, rather in a good connection between us.

Answer: So what is this, kindergarten?

Question: If it is still kindergarten, then what is lacking in this effort?

Answer: There is a lack of desire to connect with your friends in such a way as to create a place for the revelation of the Creator.

Spiritual Love

527.02Question: You said that I cannot achieve spiritual love if I do not feel rejected by others, right?

Answer: Of course, what will you build your love on? If you simply feel love for someone, then this is corporeal, carnal love or some earthly attraction.

Let us say you like a friend, a child, a woman, food, etc., i.e., all categories of our main interests. But this is not what we are talking about. You can build love only based on rejection from a friend.

Question:  Let us say a friend for whom I initially have no feelings is sitting in front of me. I begin to strive for love, for unification with him, and in response to this, the Creator sends me rejection from him, right?

Answer: Yes if you really strive for a connection with him.

Question: Is my test that if I truly strive for connection with him, the Creator will certainly send me rejection from him?

Answer: Not right away. You will have to work with a friend, as is usually done in our world. Then, you will definitely begin to feel some kind of rejection. These are already spiritual sensations that are not typical of our world. You will even think: “Why did I suddenly hate him so much? I suddenly stopped liking this and that in him?” That is how spiritual qualities manifest themselves in him and you. Therefore, mutual rejection arises.

But if mutual attraction continues between you, and you embrace with pleasure, dine with pleasure, and communicate, then this is earthly companionship.

In Kabbalah, any connection is built only on rejection and hatred. Love is built by effort.

Question: What is the work of a friend regarding me at the moment when I strive toward him? Must he try to show me the same?

Answer: This is already difficult. Your friend may show that he is striving for you, or on the contrary, he demonstrates complete disdain. The Creator gives you all sorts of exercises.
