Faith above reason is the spiritual stage that we need to build on top of our current stage which is called “reason.”

At the higher level, it is not me ruling with my desires, sensations, and reason; only the Creator rules. This is the highest level for me in which “There is none but the Creator, the good that doeth good.” It is called the level of faith. I can relate to it provided that I “believe,” that is, I acquire the property of bestowal or Bina.

I rise above myself and say: “I have eyes, but do not see. I have ears, but do not hear”; that is, I accept the authority of the Creator. And, as far as I can decide for myself that only the Creator acts in all of reality, my spiritual level of faith is higher than reason.

Therefore, all of our work, from this moment to the end of correction, is to achieve a greater and greater degree of faith above reason. There are a total of 125 steps to climb so that each time our power of bestowal, which is called faith, outweighs the power of reception, which is called reason.

After all, we do not understand the Creator and do not feel Him. Each time, we must comprehend Him from scratch, coming from a state of the complete unknown and insensibility to a state of reason and sensation, that is, from an unconscious state into a state of consciousness.

And, therefore, I must fully accept the governance of the Creator, it reigning over my whole world. This is called faith. I hold, as far as I can, in the knowledge and the feeling that the Creator is the only ruler in the world.

It must be remembered that egoism is given to us from above; the revelation of egoism comes from the Creator. And therefore it is necessary to work with it methodically every time, more and more, and not wait for  selfishness to disappear. On the contrary, the further we advance, the more egoism, stupidity, cruelty, and arrogance will be revealed and we must work with all of it.

You need to get used to it and you must not quit, despair, or turn off your computer; you must simply continue and continue, even on all fours if you have to, but crawl to the goal.

And my friends will help me; I am them and they are me. Everything is arranged so that we can always go forward if we try to complement each other. When I want to help my comrades and they want to help me then, even if none of us has strength, we will find strength within our union.

This is not a force within each of us; there can be no force inside of any of us! There are ten people and not one of them has any strength. But since we want to connect, we suddenly reveal the power between us. This power is the Creator that is between us. We use His power and not our own.

And therefore, if each one of us is exhausted, if we are all full zeros, this is the best condition and you cannot turn off the screen and leave the group! Because it is in this state that we begin to reveal the power that is between us, that is, the Creator. Inside of ourselves, of course, there are no forces, but we will reveal a higher power.

Therefore, it is precisely because of despair, powerlessness, hopelessness, misunderstanding, supporting each other, and making efforts, despite the fatigue, that we are approaching the revelation of the Creator. This work is called,  trekking through the desert, from which we derive the power of bestowal. Passing through the desert, we ascend from Malchut to Bina.

All the work is about raising oneself from the level of knowledge to faith above reason. And for this we will have to day-by-day, or rather, night-after-night, fall into the knowledge that is called “night” for us, and rise to the height of faith above knowledge that is called “day.” Indeed, faith is the light of the Creator.

All Kabbalists wrote about this transition from knowledge to faith above knowledge. At all times, they wrote only about this: how to go from the stage of man to the stage of the Creator, or in other words, from the animate stage to the speaking one.

It is difficult for a person to realize this transition. It must be understood that the Creator did not create anything but the egoism within which we are located, and this is called “inside knowledge.” And from this level, we must, through our efforts, request, and prayer to the Creator, rise to the level of faith above reason.

This is what we need to follow: how much are we in knowledge and how much higher is faith in knowledge, how much is the frequency of these transitions from knowledge to faith accelerated. Kabbalists say that in five minutes, 400 such changes of states took place: knowledge — faith is higher than knowledge. It is these changes that form a spiritual perception of reality in us because the Creator created one against the other: below knowledge, inside it, and above it.

As a baby, being born in this world, until he understands his parents, he feels them purely physically and gets used to what they are doing to him as good. So we gradually reveal faith above knowledge, the absolute goodness of the Creator, who organized all the path we have traveled, our entire history, past, and future. Thus, a person gradually sets himself opposite the Creator.

The main thing is to imagine in any state that it came from a higher power, beside which there is nothing. Only the Creator organizes my whole life, my thoughts, my desires, and even my attitude to Him now, no matter how it seems to me that I define it myself. So we correctly process all the states within the knowledge given by the Creator in order to rise above them with our efforts and prayer to faith above reason.

Only this is worth talking about and worrying about, and with this we will fix all problems. There is no greater crime than remaining within knowledge. The Creator throws us there, “kills,” but only so that we rise above knowledge.

This is what we must try to do every moment. It doesn’t matter that we don’t yet feel how the Creator organizes our life, but it is these efforts of ours that are very dear to the Creator, like a parent is pleased with the baby’s smile much more than the smile of a grownup child.

Therefore, while we are in a state of a newborn who is just beginning to respond to the Creator, relate to Him, ask, we already bring the Creator more pleasure than we will bring in the future. So it is arranged in the spiritual where there is a reverse order of lights and Kelim.
