We must fill every moment with our efforts. These efforts don’t have to be difficult like effort in our world; rather they must be happy and light. Otherwise, I am not working for the sake of the Creator, as it is written: (Isaiah 43:22) “Thou hast not called upon Me, O Jacob.”

If you feel that you are hauling a heavy suitcase, this is a sign that you took the wrong burden. After all, the burden of the Creator is very light. You need to check if you are working in the right way.

It shouldn’t be that difficult for you. Only a Klipa that you accept as the truth is very difficult and heavy. It becomes especially heavy and difficult so that you won’t haul it.

But if you clarify the right attitude to your state, then everything becomes terribly easy. Instead of a heavy suitcase, you are taking a single flower and moving it around from place to place. Everything depends upon how you look at your situation.
