Without Overlooking the Creator
Question: If we intend to bestow to our friends, but overlook bestowing to the Creator, is such an intention considered pure and correct?
Answer: This is an incorrect intention because we must achieve the desire to bestow to the Creator. We can realize this desire only through bestowing to the friends, and then what we bestow to them, the Creator feels.
Question: How can we also include the required direction to the Creator in this action?
Answer: First we must attain the desire to bestow to the Creator, and then, for the sake of this, we will be able to bestow to our friends as well.
