World—Reality Or Illusion? Part 10

laitman_531.03Language Is a Sense of Communication

Baal HaSulam writes that a Kabbalist must use absolutely accurate definitions. Where can we find them?

Here, the law of root and branch arises in all worlds, in all states, in each and every one of us. It is from there that I can take clear, accurate definitions from nature’s point of view. You also will take your definitions from there and we will compare them with each other. From this comparison, we can correctly understand each other rather than speak with the same words but with a different meaning.

In our world, each one ascribes different meanings to the same words because each of us differs from the other. How can we combine everyone’s complex internal states in order to begin to understand each other and overlap each other so that these concepts will combine and give us a clear idea as to what extent we are talking and feeling the same thing? This is a problem with language.

Language is a sense of communication with each other when you and I feel the same thing. If we do not, then we clearly feel the difference in our sensations.
