As parents and educators it is worthwhile to identify what a child is attracted to and to cultivate his natural inclinations. Natural inclinations are not inherently good or bad but their expression can be negative or positive. We need to speak with our children about what they experience and their related thoughts. Good education explains the egoistic nature of humanity and how to promote good to others. As parents, we have to remember that the best way to calm our children is to correct ourselves.
