Question: How does the transition to the characteristics of the spiritual world happen?

Answer: The transfer of the properties happens through the extension of the Light by way of the desire. From the upper (Keter), through Hochma, Bina, Zeir Anpin, and Malchut.

Question: Hochma and Malchut are both a desire to receive; what is the difference between them?

Answer: Hochma is a desire to receive that is created by Keter in the necessary order, as within a child and a beast, while Malchut is a desire of a person who can manage it.

Question: Is it possible to say that this is an independent desire?

Answer: No, the desire is not independent, its reactions are independent.

Question: How can a student help a teacher?

Answer: This can happen only according to the degree of his devotion to an idea, to the study, to unity, and to helping the teacher in his work with the general group.

When I found my teacher in 1980, after a few lessonsI had no doubt that I needed to move closer to him and do everything possible to help him. In his time, conditions were different, there was no Internet, books about Kabbalah were scarce, a real rarity. Since then, 37 years have passed; today there are many books translated into many languages.

Helping the teacher is a very serious incentive for advancement; for this, the student needs to try to resemble the teacher. This is because the “lower face” must aspire to resemble the “upper face,” in the same way that we educate children.

Always try to take an example from the higher and from his attitude toward the world, to the lessons, to dissemination. In this manner, you will advance. This is basically the best incentive for advancement.

Question: Why is there such a great amount of inanimate matter in the universe if there is only one humanity?

Answer: It is because nature is made of four levels: inanimate, vegetative, animate, and speaking. Still nature is the biggest part and by its great quantity, it creates a new quality, the level of the vegetative.

The vegetative level of nature covers all of the Earth’s surface, but in its great amount, it expresses only one attribute, the animate.

On the other hand, although there are far fewer animals than plants, their great diversity leads to a state in which they become equal to one human being.

This is how everything is arranged. Therefore, there has to be a great amount of still matter that is balanced by a certain amount of the vegetative level of nature.

Question: Ever since I was young, I wanted to understand how I can bring benefit to other people and what the meaning of my life is. This search has led me into the dark entanglement of other peoples’ egoism.

For some reason, they were always happy to take advantage of my search and my kindness for their own benefit. Where have my good intentions led me?

Answer: You have been searching without a method! You simply wanted to do good to other egoistic people who took advantage of that.

Question: How can I learn to give correctly?

Answer: That is a whole science. You must be tougher and more cunning. You shouldn’t let anyone use you. A person should be very resourceful in order to cope with his ego, with the snake, and to work with it.

You shouldn’t be a fool or at least not naïve. It is good that you have such attributes. But now you already know that you must change yourself.
