Answer: The most important thing in our work is to separate ourselves from the Creator and use all kinds of connections with Him.

Question: The vision of oneself together with the Creator and all spiritual sensations get erased over time. Why do such exits happen?

Answer: It happens when a person has not yet learned how to work more precisely with their desires and intentions.

Question: How can one balance annulment with pride in serving the Creator and the group? What should you do when you want to annul yourself, but at the same time you recognize the importance of the goal and the value of your intention?

Answer: Agree to feel these great states with the intention “for the sake of the goal,” but under no circumstance should you desire to receive them for yourself.

Question: We are taught to see our friend as great, yet he annuls himself. This feeling is irritating. I don’t want him to lower himself because he is in fact worthy of us elevating him.

Answer: His annulment does not affect the way you perceive him.

Comment: But I see the contradiction: he lowers himself, but he is not really like that.

Question: Why is it important to maintain love in connection rather than simply enjoying the light of life?

Answer: Enjoying the light of life is an egoistic pleasure. But if you are speaking about spiritual closeness with the Creator, you must put a ladder in front of you and at each step clearly define how you will ascend it.

Spiritual love between friends is the connection between you sustained by the Creator. You are connected with Him and with the ten, and by helping each other, you will constantly ascend this ladder toward the Creator.

Question: How can we imitate the qualities of bestowal, persistence, and consistency in spiritual work through love for one another?

Answer: Through effort. Consult with each other, make a single or a few united decisions, and follow them. Then you will see what works and what does not.

Question: I feel it is fairly easy to cancel corporeal pleasures. But when tastes in spiritual work come, what should we do with them: fight them or raise a prayer for the Creator to take them away?

Answer: Not in any case! We must rise above pleasures but not kill or erase them. On the contrary, the Creator wants us to enjoy. The last stage of all corrections is absolute pleasure when the light completely covers all the Kelim.

Therefore, we must definitely seek greater pleasure. The only problem is that these great pleasures should be connected with the Creator and our Kli, and we do not replace the Creator with pleasure.

Answer: No, there are no higher levels. The level of Moses represents the ultimate annulment before everyone.

Question: Rabash said the same about Baal HaSulam, that the Shechina spoke through his throat.
