Answer: If a person feels the ten, he feels that he is connected with everyone as one single body, one single desire, one aspiration. Question: What does it take to understand integrality? Does this require some kind of integral technology?

Answer: Yes. This integral technology is found in Kabbalah. It is called connecting in the ten.

Connecting into the ten teaches us how we can create a mini group that is similar to the entire humanity, the entire universe. And within this connection, separately between ten men or ten women, like in the laboratory, we can examine all the laws and functions of general nature, both animalistic—egoistic and spiritual—altruistic.

The more I include myself in the ten, depicting that the Creator is there, the more I tune my soul like a musical string relative to other strings. The group should set themselves up like a violin so that everyone is like one person with one heart. And then the Creator will be revealed in us.

The Creator dresses in the violin and plays it if it is correctly tuned relative to Him and all its strings are ready. We ourselves do not play this violin, the Creator plays the whole ten together.

The lights flow into our Kelim and flow out and give rise to many harmonics, that is, glow at all levels, because the Sefirot are divided into main, particular, and subordinate, smaller ones. We feel all this as a conversation between the Creator and us, in this form He is revealed in all our sensations arising as a result of the correct connection between friends.

Everyone in the ten must tune their string so that the Creator dresses in our violin. And it depends only on the relations between friends, how much they become more important to me, and I understand that without them I will not achieve anything.

If the friends suddenly disappear, then I will lose all connection with the spiritual. A complete disconnection will happen. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly strengthen the connection in the ten and take care of all the friends as the dearest thing in life.

There is nothing but this. For me, friends are even more important than the Creator, although He is the source and the purpose. But friends are more important because losing them, I will lose everything and already will not be able to find them. I cannot just go from one ten to another ten, it is only possible at the initial stage.

But in fact, this is such a connection that it is impossible to change. It is a huge tragedy when a person is kicked out of the ten or leaves the ten because of some kind of conflict, not having found understanding among his friends or having failed to understand them.

Question: Who does the commandment of “love thy friend as thyself” refer to? Does it refer to all those around me or to the friends in the ten?

Answer: First and foremost it refers to you personally. When you work in the ten, you try to love others, which means that you try to love your friends in the ten as yourself, and the attempts to try to attain this attribute bring all of you to a state called the soul.

In other words, when ten people each reveal the spiritual attribute to connect as if they are one common body, which is not common, of course, because there is the ego between them, but they try to connect above the ego, their attempts to unite create an immense potential power.

So on the one hand, the ego is revealed between them, and on the other hand, powerful unity is revealed. These two attributes coexist one above the other, which means that it is about creating an object called a Partzuf, in which there is a great ego and above it there is the immense spiritual force of the Creator that connects it.

Balancing our relations with the Light means that we have to constantly relate to it the same way it relates to us. The attributes of the light are bestowal, love, and mutual connection.

So, we have to feel how we can constantly create balance with it. If we want to advance correctly in the Creator’s world, this has to be our mission.

We can gradually get closer to keeping this condition only if we are in a group. Then we will begin to create and acquire the right attitude to the light in the connection between us and understand which attributes there should be between us and what the mutual connection between these attributes is.

We need to learn how the mutual relations in different parameters, different attributes, yearnings, and desires will complement one another and will eventually all resemble the light that shines on us all the time.

The light of each ten, each Kabbalistic group, shines differently, because each one is seemingly a small part of the one big body of Adam, the one general soul.

So, when we are together in a small group, we can begin to resemble the light as a result of the relations between us. Mutual cooperation will determine our attitude to the light.

Then we will begin to feel the light and to cooperate with it in mutuality, and our relations with it will be the most important thing for us, whereas all the other things in our world will be totally unimportant to us.

We still seemingly detach ourselves from our world and use it only in order to exist, while everything else, including our energy, our study, and our feelings will be dedicated only to the connection between us, to resembling the upper light more and more each time. Then the upper light will fill us, warm us, and give us a feeling of eternity and wholeness.

We will begin to feel how the Creator, the light, is revealed in us, and then we will feel that we are in the upper world while living in our world.

Question: What is the center of the ten? Each time we touch this concept, but then we lose it. Does it happen when we connect with our points in the heart and annul ourselves?

Answer: The center of the ten is the point from which each of us annuls himself with regard to the other friends. When the whole ten annul themselves with regard to each other, we attain the center. Then the revelation of a wonderful attribute takes place, the attribute of spirituality, and the entrance to the upper world opens up before us.

This is actually a wonder, a miracle, the transition to another dimension that is between us. If each of us fully annuls oneself for the sake of togetherness, the point of togetherness suddenly becomes the gate, the passageway, to the upper world. This is what we have to do, and then everything will be revealed before us.

The Creator is the absolute, which does not change and reveals itself to us as a force of absolute good. Our perceptions and our desires are changing,  that is why we say that the Creator is changing.

But in reality, changes occur only in us. Therefore, in order to reveal the Creator, we need to bring ourselves to the state of similarity to Him in order to match His properties.

But how can we become similar to the Creator if we are all egoists? We remain egoists, but we must unite between us above our egoism with bonds of mutual bestowal, unity, and love despite our natural rejection. We are like an untuned musical instrument that needs to be tuned in order to play correctly.

It is written about the violin of King David that it was hanging on the wall and at some point, that is, in a special state, it began to play by itself. The group should achieve such connection between the friends, which will be in a form similar to the Creator. Although everyone remains egoistic, they overcome their egoism and unite with others in such a way that the form of our connection corresponds to the form of the Creator, perfect, one.

And then the Creator reveals Himself in us. He is not somewhere outside the group but only within it. To the extent that ten friends tune themselves for the right connection, for mutual bestowal, the Creator reveals Himself and starts to play our violin. This is the revelation of the Creator to the created beings.

Therefore, it is necessary to relate to the work in tens practically, effectively, striving to achieve such a form and spirit of connection that is similar to the Creator. Of course, we are moving toward this gradually, through 125 steps, calibrating ourselves more and more accurately.

Thus, we achieve the complete revelation of the Creator in our common Kli, in the HaVaYaH, when “He Is One and His Name, One.” That is, the HaVaYaH, our ten, is correctly connected by all the ten Sefirot, by all their smallest inner sub-Sefirot so much so that they achieve complete unity, corresponding to the nature of the Creator: absolute bestowal.

Question: If I try to see the Creator behind everything, does that mean that I am in contact with Him and that I am influenced by the upper force?

Answer: It means that you are striving toward the Creator but not that you feel Him. Your views may be wrong. The only way to see the Creator is through a certain instrument, which you have to assemble together with the friends. It is the ten, ten people with whom you connect as a single whole in your desires, your intentions, and your thoughts in order to attain the Creator.

At the same time, all ten people must totally annul their egoism in order to be one whole. Then, you will begin to feel the Creator in the central point of this connection. It is as if you create a lens that brings together all ten rays, concentrates them in its center, and then you see the Creator through the collective focus that you have created, and not any other way.

So, if you want to pray to the Creator, you must do it in the ten. If you want to feel the Creator, you must be aimed at Him and yearn for Him in the ten. Everything is in and through the ten. The Creator does not feel anything less than a ten. Ten people who are connected between them by their yearning for the Creator is an instrument through which you can begin to reveal the Creator.

It is important that the prayer comes from all of the ten and does not remain my personal prayer. If my prayer reaches the hearts of my friends, then it will certainly reach the Creator.

If the prayer does not pass through every heart from the bottom up, from Malchut to Yesod, and from it to Hod, and further through Netzach, Tifferet, Gevura, Hessed, Daat, Bina, Hochma to Keter, then it will not reach the Creator. After all, the Creator is Keter.

Therefore, we need to work on our connection so that everyone can reach the Creator.

After all, this is possible only by turning to the hearts of the friends and wanting to penetrate into every heart. As pieces of kebab are strung onto skewers, so my prayer pierces every heart, gathering them together, and we bring all of these hearts to the Creator to correct and fill them.

It seems to me that the friends are outside, separate from me. But, in fact, there is nothing on the outside; they are all my internal properties only organized in such a way that I see them as external with respect to one of my qualities, which I consider to be my “I.”

Therefore, I need to connect with these supposedly external properties so that they all become mine. Thus, I will gather together all of the inanimate, vegetative, animate, and human desires into one desire, and I will reveal that everything is inside of me.

Therefore, in the ten, there must be one, loyal connection. I cannot turn to the Creator if I have not connected to nine friends, that is, to nine particles of desire through which I can turn to the Creator or receive from Him. Without them, I am not even able to direct myself to the Creator; it is impossible to go from Malchut to Keter without going through all the hearts of my friends.

Question: The essence of the wisdom of Kabbalah is the unity of desires, intentions, thoughts, and souls. What is the main tool that gives the effect of spiritual glue between them? What connects them?

Answer: They are connected by our desire, when we in the ten want to be together so much that we feel a mutual yearning, interaction, and mutual thoughts, that is, the manifestation of a completely new feeling of reciprocity that no one had before.

It is also not yet spiritual, but it is already the manifestation of a single field that the Creator blesses. And then we will connect more and more closely until in mind, in heart, and in intention, we begin to feel how we want to help each other, to manifest within each other, and to connect with each other.

Then, by establishing this network of connection, we will feel that the Creator is there, as if we caught Him in this network like a huge dolphin.
