What Does the Creator Want to Tell Us?

222Question: If such a request, a prayer, to the Creator, truly arises, what will happen? Will He respond?

Answer: The Creator is already responding; we just don’t understand His answers.

He tells us that if we follow the right path, that is, if we abandon our egoistic goals, then we will elevate ourselves to the next level of development.

There we will be completely different. First of all, we will no longer be immersed in ourselves, in our egoism. We will strive to create a reality where everyone is equal. And beyond that, the most important thing for us will be to feel the necessity of holding on to each other, of staying together. This is what the Creator wants to bring us to.

Question: Are you talking about all of humanity? About relationships between people, between countries, between everything? Is this our next degree?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Why don’t we want to move toward it? It sounds very appealing, considering the state of our reality.

Answer: “Do I have to think about others? I can’t, and I don’t want to.” That is what every person feels.

Question: And the Creator will give us this ability if we turn to Him?

Answer: Yes.

Question: But do I have to truly desire this next stage?

Answer: I have to reach the realization that I must desire it.

Comment: It seems like this desire can only come from something very bad.

My Response: Gradually, that is exactly what we are descending into.

Question: So we will be brought to something very bad, to the point where we finally ask: “Give us the ability to be together”?

Answer: Yes.

The “Magic Powder” that Connects Opposites

522.03Question: Mutual responsibility means mutual care and connection. How do you connect opposing, conflicting poles in this?

Answer: Everyone can remain in their own religion, as Baal HaSulam writes, in their own faith, culture, and beliefs. That does not matter. Above all this, like the organs of a single body, we can be opposite to one another, have different opinions, and yet still unite, as our common nature compels us to do.

Question: How will this connection be expressed if we all keep our different opinions?

Answer: It is by the fact that we will strive to ensure that all our actions always lead us toward mutual responsibility and connection.

Comment: If I go in one direction and you in another, it means we are going in different directions! And that is exactly what happens to everyone today.

My Response: Why go in opposite directions? Let us connect our paths!

Question: How can we do that if I want to go one way and you another? I think one way is good, while you believe in a different way.

Answer: That is because you are built one way and I am built differently, meaning we are different by nature, completely opposite even.

But now we are giving each person an education in the spirit of mutual responsibility.

That means that we obligate ourselves, despite our differences, to sit together and find a way to use these differences for our common success, for the benefit of our common goal. And we do this until we reach a state where we see that even your actions, though they may seem to go in the opposite direction of mine, still contribute to our mutual responsibility.

It cannot be otherwise! Nature itself is built in such a way that it consists of opposing forces and actions, yet in the end, they all help achieve balance.

Do wolves and sheep act in the same direction when one eats the other? And yet why does this exist in nature? Are “plus” and “minus” not opposites, where each acts in its own direction? What about pressure and vacuum, attraction and repulsion?

Everything consists of two opposites. There is no force that does not have its counterpart; it could not exist otherwise. We will not be able to achieve mutual responsibility unless all kinds of opposing forces unite within it.

Mutual responsibility is like a sphere, inflated and held together by all these opposing forces.

We need to gather all the forces that exist in the country, in the nation, in society, and in every individual—who himself exists thanks to many opposing forces—so that they all begin to act together. And what will unite them is the common law of mutual responsibility that stands above them all.

I will say one sentence that may tie everything together and lead to agreement: “He who makes peace in the heavens will make peace among us.” Let me explain. We will not find peace, harmony, or reconciliation between us unless it comes from the law of mutual responsibility, the universal, upper law of nature.

This is what is meant by “He who makes peace in the heavens.” That is, the reconciliation that exists at the height of mutual responsibility “will make peace among us.” And then we will see how all these opposing principles, vectors, and desires come together.

Without uniting opposing forces, ideas, and actions, mutual responsibility cannot exist. Otherwise it will turn into just one narrow movement. But if you want, not a small, isolated stream, but a unified space where all branches, factions, directions, and movements within the people, including political parties, come together, then you must elevate the principle of mutual responsibility above them all.

Anyone who opposes mutual responsibility as the upper principle acts as a destroyer. And this is not a matter of right or wrong. No one is redundant, not even if they are a Nazi or an antisemite. We have seen many times how they ultimately help us, like Pharaoh, who “brought the children of Israel closer to the Creator.”

There is no absolute evil or harmful force, we just need to see how all these forces, in the end, integrate with one another. Bringing them together is our true skill.

By uniting our two forces, we become human, Adam, “similar” (Domeh), to the upper nature.

Therefore mutual responsibility is not some narrow ideology within the people. It is a universal method, as Baal HaSulam writes, that must encompass the entire world.

Question: So do we have this magic powder called “mutual responsibility”? Do we take opposing things, sprinkle this magic powder over them, and they unite, just like opposite processes within one body, like inhaling and exhaling?

Answer: People are fundamentally opposite to one another in their entire way of thinking, in their character, habits, in everything. But through global and integral education that teaches that mutual responsibility is a requirement of nature, and that we are subject to this requirement, each person will be able to realize themselves in a form suitable for them, yet all in the direction of mutual responsibility!

And because of this everyone will find the right application for themselves and achieve complete fulfillment.

Why Not Try?

209Question: What is the meaning of reading Kabbalistic sources? A person simply opens a book, reads it, and by doing so he already influences nature, suppose, a volcano?

Answer: Yes, of course, by doing so he already influences the volcano.

Question: There are eight billion people in the world, and how can you prove to them that some book can influence all of humanity?

Answer: First, there is no way out anyway, and a person will accept the method of Kabbalah whether he wants to or not. Suffering will make you believe in anything.

Secondly, why not try? After all, there is logic in the science of Kabbalah; it contains such a harsh, ironclad, and all-crushing truth that a person sees this is really so.

It works very directly and is based on specific data, parameters, combinations of two forces that a person sees around him, and they suddenly explain to him everything that is happening to him so simply and so specifically. As a result, a person becomes convinced of its truth even from his earthly logic, not to mention that this is a science that the whole world respects and appreciates although it is afraid of it. As a saying goes, if one is afraid, then he respects.

Chain Reaction

130The Creator is the absolute, the quality of bestowal and goodness, the quality of love that desires to lead us to a perfect state. This state is already embedded in the foundation of all creation. If, after preliminary development, we independently strive for this state, we approach it through goodness.

From the Creator’s side, nothing is done; He does not change. But by failing to fulfill the program of creation, by not understanding what is happening to us, by acting completely irrationally, by losing ourselves in our small, earthly joys, which in essence do not turn out to be joys, we condemn ourselves to suffering.

Therefore, as we mature irrationally, as our egoism grows and we fail to correct it in time, our opposition to nature naturally intensifies, and we begin to experience more and more problems. These problems arise from within the individual, from within humanity, and from the external world.

Imagine, for example, the consequences of severing connections between countries and continents. These would bring massive changes to humanity, in trade, industry, and interpersonal relations. Not to mention that travel accounts for 20% of the income of many countries. Airlines, travel agencies, and the production of countless goods rely on it. When this begins to decline, people will naturally buy less and spend less, and this will lead to a decline in other industries as well. In other words, it is a chain reaction.

I Don’t Need Someone Else’s Pain

961.2Question: Let’s talk a little about what happened this year. There have been many events, we need to read and explore all of this. I checked what people searched for the most on the Internet: the Olympic Games in Paris, elections in different countries, and the most was Donald Trump’s victory. This greatly interested the world. I’ll share other things that were highly viewed.

There were millions, almost billions, of views for the pygmy hippo Mu Deng born in Thailand. She bathes, she smiles, and people just keep watching, watching, watching.

There was the confrontation between two rappers Kendrick Lamar and Drake. They lived peacefully creating their rap music until suddenly they started fighting, hating each other, insulting one another, pouring it all into their songs. And people are following this fight.

The successes of SpaceX—the space company; it seems people still dream of leaving the Earth.

Dubai chocolate is of great interest. There is a milk chocolate with pistachio filling, which got billions of views.

And then there’s natural disasters and much more.

Meanwhile, wars continued here and in Europe.

People are barely interested in scientific discoveries, Nobel laureates, or history.

I would like to ask you: how would you sum up 2024?

Answer: I do not know. It is time to shut it all down.

Question: You mean all of this?

Answer: All of it, really.

Comment: So you have little optimism about…

My Response: It is not that I have no optimism; I just have nothing to base it on. Everything is going downhill.

Question: Why do entertainers, like these rapper conflicts, interest people much more than anything else?

Answer: What else can they do? Where else can they throw themselves?

Question: So there is less empathy for wars, tragedies, suffering?

Answer: Of course.

Question: People are escaping, right?

Answer: Yes.

Comment: So a person does not go where…

Answer: They already have enough pain of their own. Personal troubles overshadow global ones.

Question: Is it possible that through interests in sports and entertainment people might eventually come to understand deeper things? That they will watch all this and gradually begin to ask: “Why am I watching this?”

Answer: They will. All this will lead them to the question of the meaning of life, of everything.

Question: So there is a positive seed in this, right?

Answer: I do not see people being able to evaluate their lives, their mission, and their purpose from a perspective where they would demand the Creator to reveal the full picture of creation to them. Humanity has lost itself.

This, I would say, is my diagnosis. At this point, millions will jump up and shout: “How can this be? What about this, what about that?” Live and you will see that even including this and that, and everything else, in the end, will all turn into one impassable swamp.

Question: Then tell me, if you could somehow guide humanity toward a single topic, and people would listen to you, what topic would you direct them to?

Answer: That is obvious—the meaning of life. I rely on the Creator; I completely believe in Him.

Question: Are you speaking about humanity or yourself right now?

Answer: About humanity.

I completely believe in Him. I completely align myself with Him. And in my understanding, that is how it looks. Give unto the Creator what is the Creator’s and to man what is his after the Creator takes His due.

Comment: I simply rely on Him, that is all.

My Response: Yes.

Question: But that is the right choice, to rely on the Creator?

Answer: I do not see any other option.

Man Is Someone Who Is Compassionate

For the Whole World to Be Similar to the Light

928Question: You say that the Creator never changes. Let’s say we are trying to think about someone so that the difficult situation facing the person will change. And it is really changing in the direction we think about.

If the Creator does not change, then how does reality change? For example, a person went to take tests knowing that he had some kind of illness, but it turned out that everything was fine.

Answer: The fact is that human qualities change in which he sees himself and the world around him as different.

There is nothing outside of us! Everything about us can change instantly. Moreover, changes occur either inside or supposedly outside. A Kli is multifaceted.

We simply have not yet encountered serious spiritual actions in our world, nor have we come close to spirituality to see how much it changes our world.

Now nature will slowly accustom us to this with all kinds of cataclysms, sudden changes in us and outside of us, so we will be convinced that there is nothing absolute in the world, everything is relative and depends only on our inner state, because our inner attitude to ourselves and to others actually paints a picture of the world for us. The whole picture of the world is like in a movie; I can order it with my inner change.

In a matter of seconds you can change absolutely everything, like ordering a movie on television, or logging on to the Internet and choosing a picture. It all depends on you because apart from you there is only a flashlight, and you paint the whole picture only with your qualities. It is all in you.

Question: But if I have a certain path, how can I draw another path for myself?

Answer: The path does not matter! It all depends on your attitude toward the path; it paints you a picture of the world. In fact, when you look at the world, you see your attitude toward it, toward the Creator, toward people. It is an attitude, it is not the world itself.

Everything we study: sounds, colors, all kinds of notes, words, images, parts of the world, times, any temporal, spatial, sensory axes along which we act, and the relationships between ourselves and others, all this is inside us. I can change it, own it arbitrarily, build a picture of the world, rearrange this mosaic as I like: countries, sides, perceptions, sensations. Everything is inside me. I can do all this arbitrarily however I wish. If I own it all, there is no problem.

Question: Is this what you do?

Answer: No, I do not do this, I do not need it. You have to be an important person to do that. But why? I am just talking about this possibility. We all need to put together a good picture of the world when the whole world would be like the light, the absolute. It is possible. But we need to put this mosaic together ourselves.

We Can only Dream of Peace and Quiet

276.03Comment: You say that a person should develop in many ways. But as a rule, there is some association or community that builds a framework and walks within that framework all the time.

My Response: That is natural. These include religions, all kinds of spiritual practices, and everyday cultures of humanity. In this way, people create a reliable environment for themselves within which they exist in confidence, and it supports them.

But for a Kabbalist, it is like death. He needs to constantly develop, change, transform his environment, and feel highly unconfident so he would have a need to hold on to the Creator and the group. He has a need to find his support in bestowal and love for the others rather than in the notion “my house is my fortress.”

Question: Does it mean that “we only dream of peace”?

Answer: You bet! And you should not dream of it; it is bad. “We only dream of peace” when I am forced to come out of the state of rest, and not that I am pulled out of it. I exit this state on my own into the raging inner world where I feel completely lost every time, and it is precisely because of this that I am ready to cling even to love for the neighbor.

Question: Does it mean that the step your students are taking is one of the many steps ahead?

Answer: Yes, of course. And the entire humanity will go this way. We are only beginning to shake. Ahead of us are even bigger social and natural disasters. We will have no choice but to look for a true and serious decision.

There will be no escape. It is like an exploded volcano. Imagine that it is really erupting, approaching you, enclosing you, the day becomes night, and this will be for the next couple of years. The temperature drops to the negative 40 to 50 degrees. What can you do here? You can oppose these forces of nature only with the spiritual force. Only! You have nothing else.

The World Where “There Is None Else Besides Him”

A Science That Encompasses All of Existence

214The Book of Zohar has been regarded as a special book for thousands of years, one that is universally respected. I see in practice that a person who begins to acquaint themselves with Kabbalah approaches it with great respect.

They see that the science of Kabbalah speaks about absolutely everything and covers all of existence—our psychology, social relationships, theory, practice, history, geography—everything one can imagine in our world. It explains all the roots of the world, all the sources of what happens, and all its purposes.

Furthermore, Kabbalah explains the cycles of souls, our state beyond the material world, and how we can practically achieve this today. It addresses what our freewill consists of, if it exists at all. It shows how we can change our perception of reality, how we can alter this reality and ascend to a level equal to the Creator, to control the Creator.

This means we can change our life, ourselves, humanity, all of nature, and even the Creator—no matter how strange this may sound. All of this is given to us. The science of Kabbalah speaks to a person about absolutely everything. It is above all that exists because it grants us new qualities and new possibilities.

The question is whether we can become a little smarter and consider in advance, before any disasters strike, that it might be worth paying some attention to building a more reliable foundation for our lives on Earth.

After all, many predict that in twenty years, there will either be an ice age or, on the contrary, a rise in global temperatures. Not to mention the possibility of “frying” ourselves in some nuclear war.

Kabbalah provides the means to restrain all of this, to manage it, to achieve harmony, where everyone will have everything they need, and everyone will suddenly come to peace. We will stop dividing borders, oil, and everything else, and will simply reach a completely new common denominator in our relationships. Isn’t that a good thing?

For this, a person simply needs to open a book and study a little or join us through the Internet or through any of our programs, lessons, lectures, or television.

Where Is the Express Train of our Life Headed?

214Comment: Scientists say that digitalization is accelerating, but the problem is that we do not know exactly where this express train is headed. We understand many processes will go faster and this will change our lives. We know nothing except the speed at which we are moving.

My Response: We have always developed this way. Has humanity ever ordered a program for its development? The Bolsheviks wanted to build communism. What came of it? Socialists with socialism, and Capitalists with capitalism. What came of it?

Humanity has never made any plans of its own and then implemented them when they voted and went to implement them and then had everything work out. It has never happened in my life or throughout history. And now we are doing the same thing. Only time is accelerating, nothing else.

Comment: If a person had the whole arsenal of tools and knew the way, would there always be some kind of error at the end?

My Response: What error? On the contrary, everything works out! The error is exactly the opposite.

Question: Why doesn’t this lead to even more destruction?

Answer: There are protective forces of nature that trip us, the foolish, and redirect the express train of history just in time. They put us on a different track so we do not plunge into the abyss altogether.

Question: So are we initially going down the wrong path?

Answer: We are still following the path nature leads us on. The fact that we agree with it or not speaks only about the comfort of this journey. You are riding in a cushioned carriage or riding on buffers between cars or riding on the roof.

Comment: At some point will fate turn you in a certain direction?

My Response: It will not turn you anywhere. It leads you where you need to go.

Comment: Researchers say many fear losing their jobs in this chaotic world when, with the development of technology, their professions will no longer be in demand.

My Response: This will happen anyway.

Comment: This fear generates dangerous trends in society, and they cannot be suppressed by force. Some experts say that people should not just be retrained and given another profession to replace the outdated one; they should be integrated into a system of continuous education throughout their lives.

My Response: That is right. This is what the science of Kabbalah has been saying for many years. We need to educate people and create huge enterprises to re-educate the masses. There will be classes in applied arts, music, dance, all kinds of games, psychology, everything.

Most importantly, they will all follow one principle: connection among people, a positive connection. That is all and nothing more is needed.

Comment: Scientists say that everyone’s inner willingness to change depends on whether we can offer people some kind of perspective.

My Response: This is the perspective. When we are connected among ourselves, in this connection, we will begin to feel new phenomena of our life, new stages of our life, a whole new life, a life that will lift us above time, above our physiological states. We will enter a completely different arena.

Comment: They also say that we need to show some perspective, but we do not know what it is.

My Response: Eternity, perfection, goodness, great achievements, attainments, and entry to a new space—all this must be given to people. They need to be shown this: what man was created for, what he should achieve, what he should begin to feel, why this is before him, and how he can achieve it—precisely through the correct connection between people.

In the connection of people, in “Love your neighbor as yourself,” when you begin to exist in good, correct contact with others, within this contact, you find the entrance to the next world.

Comment: So the world is simply collapsing from all sides.

My Response: Nothing is collapsing! On the contrary, we are entering the next degree. We are not destroying anything.

Question: Alexander Asmolov, Director of Humanitarian Policy at a major Russian university, says: “Our problem is that we teach people to adapt. Not to change with the world, but only to adapt to the current conditions. This hinders our readiness to face challenges that have not yet occurred.”

How can we help a person to change rather than adapt?

Answer: We have nothing to adapt to. Our world is becoming such that by constantly adapting to it, we are coming to a dead end. Then we fall with the world. But we need to separate, we need to start rising. It depends only on our good connection with each other. That is all.

Therefore, the correct result of our engagement with society, with this generation, should be that they will be able to unite among themselves and begin to feel the next level of the universe in this connection.

Comment: Scientists also say that our psyche is capable of working in constantly changing conditions, that each person has unique opportunities for reflection, critical understanding of the world, and changing stereotypes. They say the most important is that we have a tolerance for uncertainty. So It seems that people are internally ready for this new state. What will trigger it?

My Response: The way out is to reveal the science of Kabbalah to the world. Nothing else, because there is no other method that is even close to it. That is first. Second, people must reach a point where they are willing to listen.

Comment: What can we wish for a person who has his entire inner structure ready, has potential, and only needs to take a step forward?

Answer: He should clearly pursue the question: “What is the meaning of my life?”

The meaning of life is in understanding its purpose. And the goal is not within life itself. The meaning of life is above this body. This is what we need to attain.

Does the System Control Us or Do We Control the System?

929Question: Scientists have come to the conclusion that the human immune system uses chaos theory for the efficient functioning of the body.

Chaos theory says that the cause of chaos is sensitivity to initial conditions and parameters, and any small change at the initial level eventually leads to large changes and dynamics in the entire system.

They give as an example the “butterfly effect”—a butterfly flapped its wings on one side of the world and a hurricane occurred on the other.

Scientists say that in the immune system such a “butterfly” turns out to be a certain protein that triggers the activation of individual genes and thereby changes the state of the cells.

The immune system, in order to respond to the behavior of this protein, which is also very sensitive and changes its behavior, acts differently each time. That is, not formally, but in, as it seems, a very chaotic  order. That is, it is constantly updated, and various processes occur.

It does not stagnate; thus vulnerability does not accumulate, and it is able to repel various attacks.

Does society also move according to this chaos theory, in the dynamics of chaos? What is the correct way for a person in society and for society itself to move toward development, and not toward destruction, diseases, and so on?

Answer: First, we must understand that we study nature based on our own properties. And we ourselves are chaotic; there is absolute chaos in us, in the way we understand, know, and feel. That is, we do not know ourselves at all, and therefore we consider ourselves unpredictable and chaotic, and we consider the surrounding world to be the same.

But in reality, nothing random happens in it. Everything is built on strict, clear laws of nature, but we do not see them all together; we do not understand and do not see their interdependence.

There is nothing random in nature and there is no chaos. So if some butterfly somewhere flaps its wings, it means that it is absolutely certain that it should flap them. All this is strictly defined, established, and recorded in nature both billions of years ago and for billions of years ahead. Otherwise, nothing happens in nature.

Comment: The system is so complex, and it is updated every time.

My Response: This happens in front of our eyes because we do not see deeper processes! We do not see the system that governs all this!

Where is this entire computer, this entire huge program that manages all of nature? We do not see it.

Question: Once upon a time, the Indians who lived on the plateau over which airplanes flew simply did not see them. How can a person break through to this reality where something is happening?

Answer: One must focus their vision on something specific. They need to have a pre-existing concept in their mind, templates such as “airplane” or “ship.” Without these, they truly will not see it. We operate within a system that can very precisely identify something—or fail to—depending on whether it is encoded in our genes, attributes, or memory.

It is like a computer. Essentially, we are computers. For instance, a computer scans texts or images for specific features, and if those features are not in its database, it will not recognize them. Similarly, we have blind spots where we do not see that we lack the framework to perceive.

Comment: The scientist Mensky, who deals with quantum physics, says that between neurons in the brain, “rails” are laid down along which a person moves and cannot turn aside. It turns out that his whole life passes as if with blinders on his eyes. That is, he walks along one track and cannot turn away.

My Response: Naturally. We see this in ourselves and in those around us.

Question: At the same time, Mensky believes that at one moment there are an infinite number of alternatives to various situations. How can a person switch, to be in such dynamics every time? How can one stay in the dynamics of the system? And what will help him constantly switch?

Answer: No, that is not the right approach. Simply switching back and forth does not produce the desired effect.

One must understand that we are driven by the upper force, the unified force of nature, which is itself called “nature.” We can influence this unified force only by gathering in homogenous groups with a shared goal, collective efforts, and mutual support. Through such unified action, we can influence nature with our desires and trigger specific outcomes, positive ones, not harmful ones.

In this way, we can genuinely affect this vast supercomputer in which we exist. Even then, our actions will primarily accelerate our development toward the same goal, but along a kinder, smoother path.

If we align ourselves with each other and desire the same goal that nature has determined for our development, we can hasten our progress with collective effort. However, these efforts must be collaborative.

Question: In one of your Twitter posts you wrote that the upper system operates on us, and we recognize this influence as negative only due to our difference in properties. How can we perceive this positively, as a good influence, in all our actions?

Answer: To do so, we must understand nature’s goal, why it influences us, and how it does so. We must be prepared in advance to correctly accept these influences.

If I understand who is sending these influences, why they are sent, and where they are meant to lead me, then, in principle, I can remain in a comfortable state at all times and be ready to contribute more and more of my own effort to nature’s influence upon me.

Try to understand what nature expects of you and implement this in your life. Then you will see how quickly, smoothly, and positively you can move forward.

Question: How can a person recognize what nature requires from him?

Answer: Nature requires something that we do not like to hear: “Love thy neighbor as thyself.”

Comment: People ask: “Why do something good for the neighbor? It is easier to just remove them and destroy them, and then I do not have to do anything good for anyone.”

My Response: But by doing this, I am removing my own progress in life. That is, I do not move myself toward a better goal.

The ultimate goal of our development is for all of us to unite as one single whole, through our desires, thoughts, intentions, plans, everything. We collectively form one enormous interconnected system. However, in our current perceptions and understanding, this system appears fragmented. We feel distant from one another, unaligned, indifferent, unwilling to listen to or help each other.

Nature’s vision for our future is the opposite: for all of us to unite and connect all our desires and intentions into a single, mutual system of support.

If I strive toward this, even in small ways, I am already aligning myself with the goal that nature has set for me. As a result, I will not need harsh corrections or even painful nudges from nature to push me forward.

Question: So with my actions, do I cause the same reaction in another?

Answer: Yes, I show him that I am doing this because in this way I want the best for both myself and him.

Question: Can we reorient people with such an approach?

Answer: Try. Show others that by doing good for them, you increase goodness in the world and want the entire world to be this way.
