Question: How can we make the Creator happy if the Creator is a system? It is like trying to make the law of gravity happy.

Answer: Everything depends on our attitude to the Creator because we bring our feelings into this system.

When we work on a computer, we sometimes get angry at it, curse it, and even want to break it.  Why? This happens because we transfer our emotions to those objects that deal with the forces we are interacting with. It is the same with the Creator. The Creator is absolute! The absolute cannot be changed. He is not influenced by our requests and cannot interact with us because He is absolute!

Question: So how can we make the Creator happy?

Answer: We make Him happy in our sensations. Therefore, the Creator is called Bore (come and see). I come and see and discover Him inside me.

Question: Does this mean that we only feel that we make Him happy?

Answer: Yes. The Creator is something that applies to me, in our corrected feelings. We can say that something exists externally to us and still we have to work for the Creator because this is how we feel wholeness. When we attain Him, we begin to understand what is concealed in these words, what it means to bring the Creator contentment and whether this is possible. This is what awaits us in the future.

Question: If the Creator is the connection of everyone to everyone, how can this connection be happy?

Answer: When we connect with each other, a connection that is above us is created between us even though it is woven from our feelings, thoughts, intentions, and relationships between us. Because it isn’t in each of us, it is created between us, in the distance between us, in the connection between two people. This connection is not in a certain person or in me, but between us. The emptiness that is revealed in the mutual relations between us is what displays the Creator’s image to us.

Question: Who created the desire to receive if there is no Creator?

Answer: The Creator.

We have to understand what is meant by the question whether there is a Creator or not. We have to ask with regard to whom He exists. Can you say now that He exists for you? No.

A person can speak about the Creator, but it doesn’t mean that He exists, and so we say that the Creator exists or doesn’t exist only with regard to the person who attains Him or doesn’t attain Him.

Question: During these last few days of the Jewish year it is customary to ask loved ones and the Creator for forgiveness for everything we’ve done. Where does this tradition come from?

Answer: First of all, we need to understand who the Creator is? This is the upper force of nature. We can’t attain this force by itself.

It manifests in the fact that it created the creation that is the desire to enjoy, to receive fulfillment, and it fills it to the extent that this desire becomes similar to the upper force.

If creation, the desire to receive, makes itself similar to the Creator, bestowing, then the Creator fills it, and to this extent creation begins to reveal its maker.

Initially, people are completely opposite to the Creator; they think about their own pleasure and do not want to give anything to anyone.

However, if we know how to change our nature with the help of the wisdom of Kabbalah, we will begin to reveal the Creator, the force of love and bestowal, which gives us fulfillment, health, the sense of past, present, and future, and perfection, and raises us above time, movement, and space into the world of absolute goodness.

And all this is only to the extent of our equivalence with this force of bestowal and love that is called the Creator. So where is this Creator? He is in the connection between people if we unite with each other. All the levels of nature: still, vegetative, animate, and human are connected into one system. The human stands above all others in this hierarchy, and the connection between all the parts of this system depends only on him.

To the extent that a person will be able to establish good connections between everyone and turn this system into an integral, interconnected, balanced, and kind one, based on mutual help and love, the Creator, the upper force, will be revealed in this system.

This entire network in which the creation exists is called a “place” that is filled with the upper force. It is impossible to reveal this force anywhere apart from this place, this vessel, that is woven from our relationships with each other. The stronger our connection, the stronger is this revelation. This is the only way to feel the Creator; there is no other way.

One’s relation to other people defines the relation of the person to the Creator. The kinder we will make our connections with each other, the more we will reveal the upper force that is manifested between us.

There is no point to ask the Creator for forgiveness until a person pays off all his debts to the creatures, to other people. If we establish good relationships between us and provide the Creator with the place for revelation, then this will be our appeal to Him and our plea for forgiveness.

We are not required to make any other repentance before the Creator than what we implement in the relationships with each other. Otherwise it would be just hypocrisy.

Why would I ask the Creator for forgiveness if I could build a corrected place where He could be revealed and I didn’t do so? After all, this is my entire work, and instead of that, I cry and appeal to Him for help. Why does He need to save me if I myself did nothing for it?

Question: Even gay couples can have kids today thanks to IVF and surrogate mothers. How does the Creator allow that?

Answer: There is no room for such questions since the Creator is Light, the upper force, which operates and bestows unto us to the same degree that we need Him. If we don’t need Him, His illumination unto us, unto our egoistic desires, develops us automatically until we are ready to properly and mutually cooperate with Him until we are ready for His revelation.

Therefore, there is no question at all as to whether the Creator wants or doesn’t want, allows, or doesn’t allow anything. We must understand that there is an upper force that has nothing at all to do with us, and there are our egoistic desires.

To the degree that our desires want to resemble the altruistic force, it affects us, but we must always be first. And according to our desire, our minus, we will begin to evoke the bestowal of the upper attribute, which is always second and always plus. This is how it works.

Therefore we should not curse the Creator or reprimand Him for different events in the world. The Creator is an amorphous attribute, which is absolutely serene and cannot be frightened.

We are constantly inside the Creator and by a desire that is focused on Him we can evoke His special bestowal on us. If we focus our minus properly on Him, we will automatically summon His illumination to us through our desire because the Creator doesn’t consider or judge, He doesn’t do anything and does not change.

Therefore we actually change ourselves with all our appeals to the Creator: “Come! Help us!” in order to summon unto ourselves the positive changes of the Upper Light, the upper force.

Question: The world is so complex that the more you try to get to know it, the more difficult it becomes to find answers, and sometimes there aren’t any that the human mind can grasp. It is a wonder how everything was created in such a contradictory manner and nothing exists without its opposite part. Why haven’t all the fields of study in our world and the teachings of the wisdom of great sages and also the eternal wars, diseases, and natural disasters taught mankind to be good? But, on the contrary, a person falls from spirituality? What will the fulfillment of materiality bring our planet to? What do the upper forces want of us? The ancient intelligent civilizations have disappeared. What is the plan? Everything is explained in the sources in a perfect manner, but in practice it all happens in a much worse way. Is there justice in our world or is it all the fruit of a very developed imagination? Does anyone need us? This is a maze of reflections and thoughts—what a heavy burden.

Answer: It is all very simple. The Creator has created everything in a direct manner, but we advance in a crooked way. Now, too, we simply have to unite and thus summon the Light of correction unto ourselves, but we do everything except this…

Question: Does every human being have an individual spiritual gene?

Answer: Absolutely!

Question: If there is suffering in my life, do I have to relate this situation to the Creator (that it is for the best),  and then I won’t feel that the situation is bad? When we approach a problem this way, it seems to disappear, but when you suffer it is very hard to remember that the sufferings come from the Creator. How can I constantly hold on to this intention that “there is none else besides Him,” since it slips away so quickly in times of trouble and instead I feel indifference, anger, rage, etc.?

Answer: Don’t leave the thought that everything comes from Him and do hold on to it all the time! If you can’t, ask Him to help you.

Question:  Do we bring the Creator contentment when we contact Him (when we begin to feel Him)?

Answer: Undoubtedly, and that is the only way.

My Comment: In fact, nothing was created except for consciousness. The material world does not exist. Everything is felt only in our minds. Physicists are doing everything in their power to penetrate the other world. They penetrate its boundary layers, but later both matter and energy will disappear and evade the perception of different instruments and the mind.

Then they will understand that the wisdom of Kabbalah is calling people to discover, explore, and understand the Creator. The Book of Zohar tells us about that (see “The Introduction to The Book of Zohar“)

Question: If there is none else beside Him, who manages the dialogue within me? Is the Creator speaking with Himself when we ask Him for something, are angry at Him, and thank Him? Is He the one who feels what is happening with a person and turns toward Himself? And is the “self” that follows and watches everything also the Creator? So why is it not said that there is none else beside me?

Answer: You are right about that. There is none else beside you and only to the degree that the Creator is discovered by you will you discover that there is none else beside Him.

Question: Does the Creator push the person away? And if He does, why?

Answer: It is to teach the person to “walk,” just like we teach a little child.

New Life 525 – Understanding The Law Of Life

Suppose we arrive in a strange country and without knowing the laws there, we encounter many problems. So are we really in a network that runs the legality of world forces. We don’t know it, and thus we suffer.

The Book of Zohar tells about this law and enables us to enjoy life in our world. We suddenly begin to understand that life is going to be increasingly more difficult because we don’t know this law.

Then we will begin to adapt ourselves to the world and the world seems to become adapted to us in return. The moment we improve our egoistic qualities, the world will seem like a different world, a corrected world.

When we change our approach from receiving to giving, to uniting, to bestowal, and even to love, it opens up the world for us. The sages who discovered this a long time ago couldn’t tell us about it until today because we weren’t ready to digest it. We depict the reality that we experience.

We will not be able to change our life for the better if we continue to operate from within our egoism. Therefore we only destroy the world more and more from one year to the next. We need to change our approach, and in order to bring about a positive change, we first have to learn the law according to which the world is managed.

Every person in this world complains about his life, and of course everyone is right to some degree and perhaps completely. After all, he isn’t the one who puts himself in troubles, his nature, his lack of understanding, and his inability to see the future, in an unpredictable world. So how can we blame a person?

If we look at the fate of every individual and at the way he behaves, we will discover that each of us was born, lives, and dies forcibly. And one’s actions are determined by our set circumstances and attributes, not by our will. So in all things, a person is not free.

And in this case, there is nothing we can demand of him!

But here the true culprit responsible for everything that happens is revealed, the one who has created everything and is also ready to be blamed and judged. Because in the Creator’s trial, with all our accusations and complaints, we will discover His attitude toward us, the reason He created us so small on purpose, and why we are punished by ourselves and by nature. We will learn the purpose of our creation and our fate, why we are born, live, and die in great pain. Eventually we will begin to understand that all our complaints are to our Creator, and it is actually He whom we want to put on trial!

The only wisdom in the world that can help us is the wisdom of Kabbalah. It clarifies the problem of the mutual relations between a person and the Creator and so it is the main wisdom in the world because there is nothing more important for a person than the clarification of these mutual relations, and actually nothing but that really matters. The reason is simply that there is nothing other than that in nature! The Creator does everything, but is a person is ready to forgive and then to thank Him for what He does to him in order to bring him to the complete state?
