In the News (U.S. News): “The U.N. cultural agency has declared the old city in the biblical West Bank town of Hebron as a Palestinian world heritage site—a decision that has outraged Israeli officials who say the move negates the deep Jewish ties to the ancient shrine.”

My Comment: So they say and let them talk. We shouldn’t express our discontent or do anything about it. Everyone knows what the Jewish origin is, but for them it is important to annul it. Thus, they make several decisions and write new books in which they tell everything differently and rewrite history.

Question: Do you believe that our logical explanations and the proof we have will never be enough for the UN, UNESCO, or the world?

Answer: Never! We shouldn’t even make any such efforts. We don’t understand how and why this happens and how to prevent it. We have to practically show the whole world who we really are by fulfilling the plan of the creation through us. This is what we have to do. Then the hatred and all the bad accounts with us will disappear. People will come and ask to help us lead the world to connection, friendship, love, and the revelation of the Creator in the general state of unity.

The Creator is the greatest physical, moral, and psychological force of nature. It is energy that surrounds us, operates on us, and impacts us. But we don’t reveal Him; on the contrary, we actually conceal Him.

Imagine that the world is in the middle, the Jews are around it, and the Creator is on a higher level than the Jews. And we don’t allow the whole world a way out to Him. What should the world do? By operating in the opposite direction from the direction we should, by concealing the Creator from the world, we naturally invoke such a reaction from them.

This is the reason UNESCO vote the way they do, the way they want to, and everyone in the world agrees with them and with their campaign against us here in Israel. If we continue to behave this way, everyone will turn their backs on us.

It is preferable to sit quietly and understand how it is possible to gather power like this that can correctly convince the world of our justice.

Question: Can we truly win?

Answer: Yes, if we succeed in convincing ourselves and the world that we are right. In the meantime, we cannot do this today.

Question: How is it possible to do this?

Answer: It would be only if we prove to the entire world that we have the ability to give the world a method to get rid of evil. That is all. The world doesn’t need anything else.

Question: What are you calling “evil?”

Answer: Evil is the tremendous human egoism. If we can show the entire world that we have a method for getting rid of it, and as a result of this we get rid of all the problems, conflicts, hatred, and rejection, then the world will begin to agree with us.

But, we need to show this by means of personal example! We are a “broken” nation, the most separated, and egoistic. If we look at ourselves, for example, how effective our method is with us, within a small group of the population in a small nation, then nature will arrange things such that the world will have no choice but to pay attention, hear, and agree with us. Only in this way can we be saved from all the problems!

Question: Will the world see that there is a corner of the Garden of Eden [paradise] in which they are living in friendship and love, and will also want to live like this?

Answer: The world will be compelled to see this because they are looking at us all the time. It is only that, in the meantime, they are not seeing anything good. If we show them that we have a method for the correction of all of humanity, then everyone will see.

Comment: And then there will be no need to close the Temple Mount.

Answer: There will be no need to close anything. Everything will get along by itself.

Question: What is possible to do so that we will believe this?

Answer: It is not necessary to believe. It is simply necessary to do because there is nothing bad in this. It is written in our sources. It is simply necessary to agree with it.

Comment: President Trump could not abolish the health insurance law. People say that this is a start of his chain of failures.

My Comment: As they say, one person in the battlefield is not a warrior. If all the former presidential forces are against Trump, I do not know if he will be able to cope with them.

Although he is driven by great intentions, he is afraid to even mention that he would like to establish good relations with Russia, or seriously cut off the massive support of NATO because so much money is spent on it! Let Europe take care of themselves, but they do not want to spend money on NATO. Why should Americans always keep their “umbrella” there?

The problem is that Trump does not get any support. Americans are mired in their internal political squabble, and nothing more. Nobody takes into account what is good for the US and for the world. They are only interested in what is good for their limited political interests. That is why, of course, his position is unfortunate and the future is unclear.

Torah, Deuteronomy 28:37: And you will become an [object of] astonishment, an example, and a topic of discussion, among all the peoples to whom the Lord will lead you.

The soul consists of three parts and therefore it senses its own defeat as “an [object of] astonishment, an example, and a topic of discussion,” depending on the power of each part.

To become a “horror” among all the nations means to become so opposite and disgusting to them that they are afraid to touch you, to think about you, and even to recall your name, not to mention, to approach you.

After all, instead of the positive force, you emit enormous negative energy that brings horror, inner doubts, rejection, and fear to them.

I have met people who would say about me, “You are not supposed to touch him, he is a Jew.” They were expressing their fear, rejection, and lack of understanding.

To become a “topic of discussion” among all the nations is the opposite state in comparison to what existed among the Nazis. When a person tries to overcome his fear, he receives a desire to suppress, annihilate, and gain power over those who ignite such feelings within him.

This is the way we are governed from above in order to bring the people of Israel to the correct state, to become “the light for other nations,” and to manifest the method of connection.

Question: There was a very tense situation last week in Israel, especially in Jerusalem in connection with the Temple Mount. Do you see this situation moving toward a positive resolution or will it end catastrophically?

Answer: Naturally, in the end, all will be well, but by which route are we going to come to this happy ending: by the route of suffering or without it? It all depends on the nation of Israel. Unfortunately, judging by the behavior of the entire nation in Israel and abroad, there are no signs that the process is going along the positive route.

We are trying to broadly disseminate the methodology of correction and calling on the nation of Israel to use this resource to bring correction to the entire world. But if the nation does not awaken to this call, then the correction will not go according to the way of the light but rather by the way of suffering. And unfortunately that is what is happening now. That is why we see the unrest on the Temple Mount and police involvement.

Day after day, a very complex ideological war is being waged and the entire world is ready to accept the infamous lie that neither the Temple Mount nor the caves with the graves of our patriarchs in Hebron belong to the Jewish people. If not, then who do they belong to? But the truth is not important to anyone—what is important is what benefits egoism in any given moment.

It seems as though the nation of Israel does not want to accept the truth and acknowledge its responsibility to work toward bestowal and to teach it to the entire world, bringing the entire world to correction. It resists its mission, thinking that the truth lies in following the Torah and the commandments in a material form or maybe in not following anything at all. Accordingly, all this results in our condition becoming increasingly worse from day to day.

And it will continue to get worse and worse until we finally understand that we must correct ourselves first and then the entire world, as the head and the body. Because Israel is called “the head is mine” (Li Rosh) and all the rest of the nations of the world are the body of the collective soul, then all will eventually unite in one corrected humanity, working for bestowal in collective unity.

In the worst case scenario, terrible misfortune awaits us. Baal HaSulam warned us that we may be exiled from this land again if we are not able to turn it into the genuine “Land of Israel” (rather than bringing with us the same state of exile in which we existed among the nations of the world). Even now, we continue to peddle their culture and their relationship to life.

Based on this, it seems that we do not have the right to exist on this land because we are no different than anyone else. In fact, quite the opposite: it is as if we “desecrate” this holy place with our existence.

We do not have the right to rise to the spiritual “Temple Mount” because that can only happen when we are all united and in adhesion with the Creator. And this is why we see that the nations of the world do not permit us to enter the material Temple Mount because the material world is a projection of the spiritual world.

Until the time when we correct ourselves—even to a minimal degree—to resemble the Temple Mount and the temple, which represent our unity, we will continue to see in the external, material world all kinds of conflict and problems.

And the entire world will agree with the Arabs that neither the Torah nor the Temple Mount nor Jerusalem and not even Tel Aviv and the entire land of Israel belong to us.

It is not in vain that they call themselves Palestinians and not Arabs; they want to present themselves as an ostensibly ancient nation that was always on this land. And the entire world will believe them. And we have no one to blame for this because we ourselves created the condition in which Arabs rise and we fall. We create this situation with our own hands.

Torah, Deuteronomy 28:36: The Lord will lead you and your king whom you will have established over you, to a nation unknown to you or your fathers; and there, you will serve other deities [made] of wood and stone.

“King,” first and foremost, is those people who must lead all of humanity. If they do wrong, then naturally there is a special demand from them. We see this in the Jews. Periodically they are hit with such sufferings that no other nation has ever experienced.

However, when I see how many people are suffering today in our neighboring countries, I have great fears that all of it must somehow come back to us. If we do not start a serious ideological attack and dissemination of the wisdom of Kabbalah to humanity, then all of this will return to us like a boomerang.

We have come to a state when we must scatter Kabbalistic knowledge like seeds all over the world. After all, in relation to the entire world, we are its ideological part, its vanguard.

Question from Facebook: Today we see the active participation of Jews in the movement against Israel. Why is this happening?

Answer: Because Jews are the greatest opponents of their historical mission. They destroy their historical process, which should be directed toward “love your neighbor as yourself” and showing the whole world how to lead humanity to unity, including love for each other, support, and integration of all into one single society.

The people of Israel must do all of this. This is a method concealed in the people of Israel and is called the science of Kabbalah.

But we see that if we want to explain to the world what Kabbalah it is the Jews who attack us first. It has always been like that: Kabbalists were persecuted, imprisoned, and denounced. We are experiencing the same thing today. This only emphasizes how correct our mission is.

But now it’s time to understand that this is exactly what the salvation of the Jewish people and all of humanity is.

Therefore, it is possible to eradicate anti-Semitism and hatred for Israel only if we eradicate hatred toward Jews. And the Jews’ hatred of the existence of Israel itself as a state shows how much we are in a terrible state of internal destruction, how far we are from our historical mission, from what we have to do in this world.

Let’s hope that gradually the time will come and we will be able to convince the Jews. And life itself will teach them what is most important—the unity between us. This is what the world needs. It does not need anything else; it is full of abundance. The only thing that is missing is a good relationship between people. And the methodology of good relations is precisely in Kabbalah, within the Jewish people.

If we undertake this, we will naturally be very useful to the world and will become “the Light to the nations of the world.”

Question: The Jewish people are called the people of the book. What does it mean?

The book of Torah is the program of creation describing the process that we need to undergo so that a person develops to the degree of the Creator and reveals the upper force in the unlimited form, which is called adhesion with it. All this we need to implement here, while living in this world.

Question: Why did the Kabbalists write books, as if the Torah of Moses is not enough?

Answer: The rest of the Kabbalists after Moses added their commentaries to the Torah because each soul has its own special perception. Besides, every succeeding generation after the generation of the desert became increasingly worse; its egoism was increasingly revealed and developed, and therefore they could add revelations. After all, the larger the egoism, the more you can delve into the upper world.

We have entered a special period called “Between the Straits,” from the 17^th of Tammuz when the first Tablets were broken, till the 9^th of Av when the Temple was destroyed. Looking back at history, we can understand many things about this time. We can see how difficult it is to accept the method of unification and to implement it. This is to what the days “Between the Straits” testify.

We received the Torah, the method of correction, symbolized by Moses who rose to the mountain for forty days and brought the method of unification from the degree of Bina (Bestowal), but the people were unable to accept it. Even though everything has been prepared and given from above, we are unable to receive it.

And in reality, this is not our fault. It is simply because our desires still have not sufficiently integrated with good and evil to enable us to correct one through the other. The integration occurs precisely by way of the breakage. Only an explosion can help to break the boundaries between two opposites that reject one another and force them to integrate.

This integration must be completely chaotic and disorderly, under the pressure of an explosive force because there cannot be any order in the integration of good and evil. Order can be established only after they have been integrated. Within that integration, with the help of the upper Light, everything can be discerned and sorted out, and then the proper connection and construction can be attained.

There is a complex process allowing opposite things to unite in harmony and mutual complement. This is precisely what happens in the process of the reception of the Torah.

It is impossible to do this faster with the egoistic desire that just came out of Egypt and has only a weak inclination to be corrected. It understands that it needs to be corrected, but does not realize the extent to which it is opposite to the corrected state because there is no mutual integration yet.

As long as we are under the power of Pharaoh, egoism, we do not feel that we are its slaves. Our exodus happens by virtue of an external force that pulls us out of there, showing us that this is worthwhile. However, the desires are not corrected by it.

We see this happening to us: Every day we decide to finally come out of our egoism and start thinking about the group so that our concern won’t be for ourselves on a personal level, but so it will be for everyone. However, we do not succeed.

We make greater and greater efforts, but small breakages keep taking place. This is happening to us as we are a consequence of many destructions and corrections that have already taken place in our root.

The Torah tells us about the preparation for correction. The entire path lasting six thousand years that humanity transverses was just preparation. Correction is attained only at the very end, on the day of absolute Light. All of these states have also been realized in matter: the destruction of the First and Second Temples and the horrible wars within the nation of Israel. All of this was the material incarnation of the spiritual degrees.

After the complete integration, which was achieved at the cost of many wars, shards of the broken will to enjoy and will to bestow become completely integrated with one another and fall even lower, to the very bottom. After four exiles and three redemptions, each of which was necessary, we are reaching the end of the last exile and the beginning of the final redemption.

Looking at this process, it is obvious that the Torah cannot be received all at once. And this is indicated by the day of the 17^th of Tammuz, the breaking of the first Tablets. Only after the breaking and mutual integration of spiritual desires with material ones has occurred is it possible to ascend to acquire a different form.

The first Torah was “incorrect.” It was necessary only in order for the Tablets to be broken and to reach correction. The second Torah was corrected, able to fix the integration of bestowing desires with the receiving ones, which is what happens with the help of the second Tablets. This is a unique process, testifying to how opposite our qualities are to the qualities of the upper force.

We should have a balanced attitude to these days, seeing them not just as days of mourning and breakage, but as something inevitable that we have to go through. The whole world will have to go through this destruction in one form or another. However, if we know why we are doing this and for what purpose, we will be able to go through everything by the path of Achishena (hastening), as humans.

Torah, Deuteronomy 26:18 – 26:19: And the Lord has selected you this day to be His treasured people, as He spoke to you, and so that you shall observe all His commandments, and to make you supreme, above all the nations that He made, [so that you will have] praise, a [distinguished] name and glory; and so that you will be a holy people to the Lord, your God, as He spoke.

“To make you supreme, above all the nations,” means to elevate within yourself the quality that is called Yehudi (from the word “Yihud” – adhesion, connection with the Creator) above all your other desires that are called the nations.

We see this in history. The people of Israel never, even in the best years when they had strength, engaged in any conquests.

Only in ancient times, did King David have to protect Israel from enemies. Then, the so-called “Kibush David” was carried out—the conquest of the territories from the Nile to the Euphrates—in order to keep all the tribes that inhabited them under control because otherwise these tribes were constantly raiding Israel.

Therefore, when the Torah speaks about the people who are chosen, praised, and great, it is referring to the work to annul yourself. Then, you elevate the part of Israel within yourself that is directed to the Creator above all the rest of your egoistic parts. This is only about the inner state of a person.

In addition, it is about serving the world in order to be, as it is written in the Torah, the Light or, in other words, an example for all the nations of the world.

The same applies to the Temple. It is written, “My house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples” (Isaiah 56:7). After all, from ancient times, not only Jews went there, but absolutely everyone. A person could go there from any place, from anywhere, in order to pray, to ask something, or to participate in the classes. This is how many non-Jewish scholars appeared among us.
