Question: We need to scrutinize our states when we do not understand what to do. Where should we begin these scrutinies?
Answer: Begin with the desire to feel the Creator: how He influences me, how I can influence Him, and how we can come closer to each other.
In essence, there is only one question. But when you start breaking it down into many sub-questions, it turns out that we actually have an entire system that can do this. And that is exactly what we do.

Question: Is the most important thing always to seek alignment of intentions? Does an ascent happen only when contact with the Creator occurs?
In the process of spiritual work, sometimes you catch this contact, but then it disappears, you catch it again, and it disappears. Sooner or later, should this lead to a permanent adhesion with Him, or will these disconnections always happen?
Answer: The disconnections must happen in order to disturb you so that you do not become certain that you will always have contact with the Creator so that you will naturally move beyond the perception of only this world and begin to feel the upper world. Therefore, our entire task is to rise above ourselves and enter the feeling of the Creator.
A person always receives the opportunity to ascend one degree higher than before. We must be prepared for this: I want to feel it in my heart and my mind so that I can truly experience contact with the Creator.
Question: Does awe increase as you get closer to this?
Answer: Usually yes.

Question: How should we regard the past convention, as a foundation for the future work of the ten or as returning to some pleasant moments? I am afraid that one might get stuck in this.
Answer: Of course, one can get stuck, that is obvious.
The most important thing is the constant and increasingly precise determination of the ultimate goal. That comes first.
Secondly, we must always determine to what extent the ten I am in is pushing through the distance between me and the Creator. At the very least, this.

Question: What are the distinctive effects of The Book of Zohar and The Study of the Ten Sefirot on us?
Answer: The Study of the Ten Sefirot (TES) is an original textbook studied worldwide that explains all the states the soul undergoes. The Book of Zohar is divided into chapters, so we cannot study it from the first to the last page in a continuous manner.
We will study both. Strive for these books to become your true sources so that you live guided only by them. And then you will see how what is written in them becomes clothed in you, in matter, and in time.

Question: Kabbalists write that if we have performed all the actions of turning to the Creator, we should gain confidence that the prayer is accepted. But how can we acquire this confidence?
Answer: It depends on what kind of light descends upon a person from the Creator. To demand, ask, and feel the necessity for it is what you must do. And gradually this light will come to you as the feeling that the Creator is in constant good connection with you.
Question: How can one transition from a state of gratitude to prayer and asking?
Answer: If we wish to draw closer to the Creator, we must ask Him precisely in those states in which we are striving toward Him.

Does a Certain Image of the Creator Form in Us During This Process?
An image is a personal impression. When I talk about my uncle, I do not start by mentioning that he has big ears or puffy eyes. Indeed, in a way, that also forms part of how I picture him, but what I primarily sense is his inner character, his personality.
In the same way, we can slowly begin to speak about our connection with the Creator, not as a physical personality, but in terms of our inner impressions of Him. We do not describe how He looks, but rather how we experience Him.
