More specifically, we attain mental health when we manage our desires with the power of thought and achieve balance between the two. This can only occurin a supportive environment that will protect each person from confusion and harmful competition. Africans, for example, are generally happy because their society doesn’t pressure them to achieve more and more. Let’s imagine that we are all connected together and that the whole world is peaceful and, in this way, build the healing power of the mind through the group.
