Question: How can I learn to speak from my heart?

Answer: A person should not always speak from his heart. But he should say things that help his friends on the spiritual path.

There are neither truth nor lies in our lives. Everything is divided only in two parts: something that leads to the spiritual goal and something that does not. This is because the truth today will become a lie tomorrow and vice versa.

The goal of our existence is the connection and merging of all parts of creation. If something is directed toward this goal, it is truth; if not, it is a lie.
