Answers To Your Questions, Part 118

laitman_629_3Question: I am from Azerbaijan. I have been feeling something for two years now that I would like to talk about. I have always loved everyone and I also love everyone now. You cannot imagine how much I love everyone in the world.

Even while writing to you, I feel you and am happy that you exist. There were times when I thought that everyone should love me, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I have encountered people and began not to like them, and thus I have eventually stopped loving myself.

Crying about that, I asked God: why I am alive in the first place? Then one day I wished that God would help me come out of this black pit… and then it all began… shortly after I began to understand that there is no need to change people.

People who I didn’t like are attributes that are inside me which don’t let me love them. I want to be useful to all society and to repay society. I am not living in this world by chance. How can I climb the spiritual levels step by step?

Answer: It is only in the right environment that you can properly study and understand the wisdom of Kabbalah. Perhaps there is such a group in your country.

The Wisdom Of Kabbalah And Religions

laitman_567_01Question: How is the wisdom of Kabbalah related to Judaism? Which of the religions today is closest to the wisdom of Kabbalah?

Answer: Modern Judaism appeared about 2,000 years ago when the Jews fell from the level of “love thy friend as thyself” to the level of unfounded hate.

The people lost the feeling of the upper world, which means that the wisdom of Kabbalah was lost. Until then the people lived entirely in two dimensions, in feeling the two worlds!

Before the destruction of the Second Temple, until 2,000 years ago, the Jewish people lived in the feeling of the upper world. A totally different world was revealed to them! But they fell into unfounded hatred and the feeling of the upper world disappeared, instead Judaism as we know it today replaced it, i.e., keeping simple customs, which exists to this day.

Other than Judaism there are nearly 3,800 religions, faiths, and methods today that are called “spiritual.” None of them has anything to do with the wisdom of Kabbalah because they are all based on a person’s ego.

We can clearly see that they are intended to dividing people between themselves, while the wisdom of Kabbalah aims to connect people and raise man above his egoistic nature.

The wisdom of Kabbalah isn’t a religion. A Kabbalist doesn’t believe in anything. According to the wisdom of Kabbalah, faith is the attribute of bestowal. If a person acquires the attribute of bestowal, he reveals the upper world to the extent that he possesses this attribute.

Faith that a person has in our world is being told something and believing what he has been told. This is not faith in the Creator, but faith in a person who has told him about the Creator. The wisdom of Kabbalah negates this approach.

The wisdom of Kabbalah is a science! It reveals the upper world according to the law “a judge only has what his eyes can see.” This means that a person has to discover the upper world and only what you reveal do you have the right to speak about.

Answers To Your Questions, Part 116

Laitman_049_01Question: I have been interested in different spiritual beliefs and spiritual methods for over twenty years. At some point, I came across your books about the wisdom of Kabbalah and what they said matched what was going on in my life to such an extent that I wanted to read the sources, and in order to do so have learned enough words in Hebrew so that I can read the relevant literature.

Thus, I read Talmud Eser Sefirot and “The Tree of Life” in Hebrew. Of course I didn’t understand most of what it says, but I do have impressions of it that I remember. Lately, however, I began to notice many things and it was very similar to what I have read in Kabbalah books. I remember the Kabbalistic description of the world of Atzilut, which is an outcome of the Direct Light, and Atik through which Light from the world of Ein Sof (Infinity) passes to the world of Atzilut. I would like to ask you whether this is a Kabbalistic experience of what is described as the world of Atzilut?

Answer: Nothing of what you describe resembles what really happens when the upper world is revealed in the mutual attribute of connection and bestowal of Kabbalists. You need a true environment and a teacher.

Uncovering The Secret

laitman_260Question: Can you give at least one example of how you can adhere to the Creator in our world?

Answer: A person has to feel it by himself on himself. This is the reason that the wisdom of Kabbalah is called the secret wisdom; it is impossible to convey it in an abstract, theoretical, verbal manner. You can only teach a person to reveal it inside him and then he will be able to understand what this wisdom is.

There are no secrets in the wisdom of Kabbalah. The secret is only the fact that it is concealed from our current senses and is revealed by each one according to his level of correction. It is very simple! In our world, for example, we don’t give a small child sharp instruments, things that could be dangerous for him, we make sure he doesn’t get hurt, or doesn’t drop anything on himself.

The wisdom of Kabbalah is about even sharper and more dangerous objects and forces. Therefore an intentional “blackout” was created so that we wouldn’t be able to touch them. Imagine you exist in a dark cloud and only if you work properly will this cloud gradually begin to fade, once in one place and then in another etc., but only according to the distance and the direction you can operate without harming yourself and others.

How Can We Delight The Creator?

laitman_940Question: How can we delight the Creator if He is an emotionless law of nature? What does it mean to delight the Creator, and how can I determine whether it is achieved?

Answer: We attribute our qualities to the Creator, and this is how we imagine Him. We have another opportunity. This description is called the language of the Torah.

Kabbalists describe Him as forces that they feel, and this description is called the language of Kabbalah.

The Creator is perceived by us as the sum of all of the best relationships between people, as absolute love. I begin to feel what it means to delight the Creator by delighting the people around me in the group. I emphasize the point of the group because only there does the feeling of the upper state appear.

Climbing The Steps Of Spiritual Development

laitman_243_05Question: How can I know if I have transcended to another spiritual level?

Answer: When a person ascends to the next spiritual level, he feels absolutely everything that happens to him. It is a very accurate feeling, without any visions or illusions.

Answer: Absolutely everyone! The only thing necessary is a desire for it. Anyone can attain the upper world. Anyone who agrees to dedicate a certain amount of time and effort will have no problem attaining it. Hatred Is The Beginning Of Love

laitman_286Question: I realize that I hate the Creator. First, I thought that I loved Him, but this turned out to be a bluff. I didn’t feel my love, but I certainly feel hatred toward Him.

I am burning inside; I just don’t want to feel it. I am choked by His greatness. I know that He is the one and only, and that He is good and beneficent. However, hatred is within me. I don’t know how to love, and I don’t know what love is.

Answer: It is just miraculous that this was revealed to you, for this is love for the Creator, and you feel how you hate Him within your ego. The correction begins from this moment. What a joy!

Good luck!
