Answer: We study in the Hebrew language, which is simultaneously translated into other languages.

If you study the way we teach, you will not need anything additional. This will be enough for spiritual advancement. Furthermore, we must have a connection between us. We must increase this connection and elevate and expand it, and nothing more than that.

Abstruse knowledge doesn’t help but only hinders the revelation of the heart because Kabbalistic knowledge is emotional.

Answer: Magic is the manipulation of the human subconscious. Both magic and various psychotherapies have a place because the inner psychological world of a person is very extensive, comprehensive, and fragile. It is not clear, so people use them. In principle, a human being is a very weak creature.

If it is possible to influence a person psychologically, in a good way, and we understand precisely how the treatment works, it is possible to allow such assistance to comfort the person, to remove stress from him.

Question: Can you explain why goodness and justice are silent while evil and falsehood always stand up for themselves and seem to be victorious?

Answer: Goodness and justice don’t exist. They are the flip side of egoism. Altruism comes to us only under the influence of the Upper Light, not in any other way.

What basis does someone have to claim his opinion is right? Is the approach altruistic?  We all know “the road to Hell is paved with good intentions.”

People are confident in their infallibility and are ready to go on the offense for the sake of their self-righteousness.

Egoism often moves people to revolution, but a revolution devours its children. Except for individual Kabbalists, humanity doesn’t use the altruistic force that Kabbalists receive from the Upper Light, the upper force.

Question: On the plane of our world, is there no truth in the relations between us?

Answer: Truth is not in the hands of anyone.

We must try to achieve a state in which we can explain clearly and understandably to people that we have a method that will be able to influence human society and bring it into balance. This is the main thing. It doesn’t annihilate the opponent because there is no opponent, rather there is simply an imbalance of forces. These forces must be balanced so that they will work with each other reciprocally, exactly as happens in nature.

Question: The wisdom of Kabbalah has existed for more than 5,000 years. If we ask seven billion people today whether the wisdom of Kabbalah is a method for building the right connections, they are all likely say that it is mysticism. Why have Kabbalists concealed this fact for ages?

Answer: Kabbalists concealed Kabbalah and its purpose for a long time because humanity receives only what it needs in every phase of its evolution. Similarly, Albert Einstein was afraid to reveal the knowledge of nuclear energy to the world because he feared people would build a nuclear bomb. Perhaps if he hadn’t accelerated the process, it would have happened 30 to 40 years later.

The good and bad forces and circumstances are revealed only according to humanity’s level of development at any given moment.

The fact is that Kabbalah is not just a science that first reveals simple laws, then mechanical laws, then the laws of atomic energy, and now starts to reveal more complex biological and genetic laws until the actual creation of man. On the one hand, the wisdom of Kabbalah is a science, but on the other hand, only a person on the level of that science can attain it. People don’t have to be the smartest physicists like Einstein, Newton, or other scientist. They have to develop from one generation, conveying information to each other, and, at the same time, they raise themselves and wait for the moment when Kabbalah should be revealed to humanity, when humanity will need it.

Therefore, although the wisdom of Kabbalah was revealed 5,777 years ago to the first man who was a Kabbalist, a scientist, it has been concealed until our times. Only Kabbalists, a small circle of people, engaged in it, just like only a narrow circle of experts engaged in nuclear energy until they decided that there was no alternative and the time has come to use it.

For millennia only a small number of people were occupied with the wisdom of Kabbalah. They wrote books and passed on the wisdom from one generation to the next. These books were written in a special language not because their authors wanted to conceal the meaning of what they wrote, but because it was impossible to reveal something to people that they had no need for, no urge to discover, and no internal preparation for. Even in the old sources it says that starting from the 20^th century the wisdom of Kabbalah will be revealed to the whole world, and indeed this has happened. Therefore, it is no wonder that today the wisdom of Kabbalah seems to appear as if from nowhere.

Question: In which language should we read the Torah or The Book of Zohar? Do we have to learn the language of Kabbalah?

Answer: The language that we use in our lessons is very limited.

Therefore, if you listen to Hebrew in the background while listening in your mother tongue, you will gradually begin to naturally understand it. We have quite a few students who speak Hebrew very well as a result of studying the wisdom of Kabbalah.

There are words and expressions from ancient and more modern sources in Kabbalistic Hebrew which cannot be conveyed in translation. Therefore, it is better to accept the Kabbalistic terms just the way they are in Hebrew. Then you will not be confused with our world and with corporeal terminology. You will immediately apply them to objects or actions of the upper world.

Question: The wisdom of Kabbalah says that there is no sin, there is experience. But we always talk about redemption, about the forgiveness of sins before Yom Kippur. If sin is a lack of faith in the Creator, then is the wisdom of Kabbalah also a religion and not a science?

Answer: The wisdom of Kabbalah doesn’t say anything about a person excusing himself.

All forgiveness of sin on Yom Kippur is related to the person himself. A person must judge himself about not being kind enough to others, about not working enough to bring everyone closer together.

This sums up a person’s judgment of himself; nobody is judging him. There is nobody before whom to give any accountability. A person judges himself and changes his behavior accordingly.

Question: What kind of a future is expected for us in 2017?

Answer: A Bright Future! Humanity will finally understand that the wisdom of Kabbalah is a method for the existence of the world and its development. It tells about the goal of the forces that manage it, about ways to go to a level of managing and understanding them, and where they are leading us.

We need to see the light and become a bit more mature with an expanded method of understanding the world. I hope that the year 2017 will give us this opportunity and people will see that this is the destiny for all of us.

We need to move to a new dimension and begin to feel what astrophysicists talk about today: we are living in a world that is much more complex than what we assume.

We need to understand it, become much more diversified, and not focused every moment on getting minimal pleasure, but to rise a bit higher above our nature. This is what the wisdom of Kabbalah makes possible for us. But to do this, we must find interest and patience for it. I hope this year will help us to do that.

And we who study the wisdom of Kabbalah need to go out to the public with a more understandable, closer, softer, friendlier explanation so that people will understand us. We need to bring them the method for attaining a good and eternal life. After all, the wisdom of Kabbalah reveals a completely different scope of existence.

We are waiting for you, not only we, but all of humanity. Come, help, and see that the next year will be completely different, better.

Question: What must we strive for in 2017?

Answer: Unity, to an understanding of one another. But this is only possible after at least an elementary familiarity with the wisdom of Kabbalah. I wish this for all of us. Good luck and a good year!

Comment: Political analysts believe that if President Trump creates an alliance between the US, China, and Russia, it will be a breakthrough that will pave a new path of development.

Answer: In general, there is no reason to fight today because all that was before, happily is ending.

In the past, a person wanted to be stronger and aspired to conquer more, but not now. There is no such desire anymore. There are free markets all over the world, goods flow freely from one country to another; there is no reason for war.

Comment: Wars usually had a religious character in the past.

Answer: Religious wars may still break out, but they will be wars beyond nations. Neither President Trump nor Russia want to conquer the whole world, but fundamentalist Islam wants to conquer the world—the old fashioned way, because it is still at the level of the 15^th century. Islam is considered a young religion because it emerged about 5 to 6 centuries after Christianity.

Of course it would be nice to create a union between the US, Russia, and China. But human egoism won’t let that happen.

So representatives of these countries should study the wisdom of Kabbalah, which explains how to make the world a better place. They will not be able to become friends without the method of Kabbalah.

According to global trends, Nazism is growing, not decreasing. So today there is no room for nationalist policies but only for international policies. We either advance toward connection with everyone openly or toward division and war, even religious war, which it would seem had long passed. 

I hope the development of Kabbalah will handle all that.

Question: Why does a person, unlike animals, since time immemorial need to believe in something?

Answer: Uncertainty about the next day worries man. In animals this question doesn’t arise because they have no concern about what will happen in the future. A beast obeys its instincts. Man does not have this instinct, but he has many worries, fears, and doubts about the future.

This uncertainty causes a person to need to believe in something big, so that he can at least hope for its mercy, its compassion, and its good treatment. Because a person cannot control his future, he thinks that if there is someone who can, he should be in good relations with him. This is the reason that the question about the forces of nature came up, which eventually lead to the emergence of religions.

Religion arose at the dawn of humanity. We may say that the need for faith emerged the moment the monkey evolved into man, since at that point he began to question his future. Man began to ask himself what tomorrow will bring and he sought to explain everything that happened to him.

Man is distinguished from animals in this anxiety about the future: What will happen with my life, what is its purpose? Although this question comes up subconsciously and is not formatted, this is actually what distinguishes man from a beast. Man needs faith whereas a beast has no need for it.

Question: The wisdom of Kabbalah is a method that teaches us how to build the right connections between people. Didn’t we need the right connections a hundred years ago or even a thousand years ago?

Answer: No, because humanity did not think that there was a need for it and did not want to hear about it. In the past people were not mutually and integrally connected around the globe, whereas today the countries in Africa, Asia, North and South America, Europe, and Australia are all connected.

We see how Britain’s exit (who was already the least connected) from the European community has made everyone anxious as to where it may lead. It is much more difficult and complicated to break ties than to build them. It is like a divorce in a family that is connected by blood ties.

Question: Why was there no need to build the right connections in the family and in a nation in the past and thus balance the negative force by the positive force?

Answer: In the past the ego was not developed enough so there was no need for the integral method, whereas today the ego has become global and so it needs to be connected in a system. This system is the wisdom of Kabbalah.
