Question: How is it possible to explain to a person, who all his life has been centered on only himself, why he should be concerned for others? What kind of pleasure will he have when he worries about someone else, and will he be healthier as a result of that?

Answer: You answered your own question: It will make him healthier. He won’t buy health in any other way. He should try!

Why shouldn’t he try to practice? Does he have anything to lose? He will only gain by his acting in as if  he has concern for others. It doesn’t matter that he doesn’t believe in it. Let him play! Let’s agree to become children for a month.

Question: How is it possible to rise above the ego with the help of playing?

Answer: Under the influence of the environment. The environment needs to play, needs to show people how much it influences them. A person needs to subdue himself for the environment, to feel it as something higher than himself. He needs to constantly hear that the connection between him and his friends in his small society is the most important thing he has in his life. Together with that, they all cling to this connection as if to a balloon, which lifts them above and gives them the feeling of the upper life.

Question: How would you describe the healthcare system in the future integral society?

Answer: I think that in the future integral society, medicine per se won’t exist.

The origin of all diseases is the breach of our social relationships. Once they are restored and corrected, a person automatically will become healthy. The moment that his time comes, he will lie down to sleep and not wake up in absolute serenity, without feeling any problem about this. Everything will be very smooth.

We need to understand that there is nothing destructive in our world except the ego. All other actions, influences, characteristics, negative events, everything that seems to us or that we witness, all of that are the manifestations of our the incongruity between our ego and the integral nature, which can be measured only relative to the integral link between us and nothing else.

If I now want to eat two lunches instead of one, I am not considered an egoist. Or if I want to sleep a couple hours more, this also is not the ego.

An egoist is someone who rejects his correct connection with others, and with this, rejects everyone from a correct connection with himself, thereby violating the natural map of interrelationships.

Question: How do groups of people who suffer from different illnesses and engage in the integral method differ from groups of alcoholics anonymous, or people who want to stop smoking, or who are trying to lose weight?

Answer: The integral groups work in order to connect. They work on the one most important thing for us: To attain the upper nature, the uppermost point of creation. Alcoholics anonymous, on the other hand, work only in order to kick the habit.

People who engage in the integral method don’t gather in order to be healthy but so they can feel healthy and feel a new life internally in their health. This is how you should attract them since you will not be able to attract people by simply telling them that they will be healthy. To this, they will say: “I am healthy anyway.”

Here, you attract them by saying: “You will begin to feel a totally different, integral life.” When a person transcends himself, he begins to connect with others, and then he feels life outside his body since he actually begins to exist outside his corporeal shell. He cooperates with others more and thus, suddenly, begins to feel that there is something else besides his own life.

Question: In the integral society, each person’s individual pleasure develops into the general pleasure of the whole society. What is “social pleasure?”

Answer: Now, the general mutual connection is being revealed in the world. Studies talk about the fact that we are actually parts of one body and that its general functioning depends on everyone, and each one of its parts is responsible not only for itself, but also for the harm it causes to the entire body if it doesn’t function properly.

So, every individual, every separate part of humanity should understand this, and only integral education helps a person understand this correctly by explaining how the general mutual connection system works.

First, we must establish a society in which all its members feel united and, to the extent that the unity is revealed, the society will be able to create new integral connections among its members.

So, we cannot just establish a new health care system now, since people don’t understand what the integral society is. They still live by egoistic principles.

To the extent that they change and change the relationships between them, they will begin to feel what health care system they need. They will see that it is a totally different system.

They will begin to feel that they totally depend on the environment—on the still, the vegetative, the animate and the speaking—and will aspire accordingly for everything to be harmonious since breaking the harmony is the main source of every illness.

We must understand the part of integral health in the integral education that depends only on the right unity that prevents many problems. Thus, all the nervous and psychosomatic problems in people will disappear. We will discover that even heart disease and other illnesses which are seemingly independent of our nervous system are also caused by lack of unity.

So, only if we assimilate integral education will we understand what we must change; then, there will be a need for a new health care system.

Answer: It is known that in whatever state a person is, everything depends on his emotional state, on his way of thinking. All the information, whether bad or good, can cause a worsening or improvement of one’s state. This means that a person is a spiritual creature in the sense that he feels himself according to the spirit within him.

Therefore, our main job is to get the right external nourishment from the environment around us and to understand that we must search for that nourishment within us and outside of us. Then, we will be always at the peak of health.

Question: The founder of homeopathy, Hahnemann, wrote the book the The Organon of the Healing Art, and its story is very similar to what happened with The Book of Zohar. After Hahnemann’s death, the last and most updated version was kept in the attic of his home for a long time. Only years later, one of his great-grandchildren found and published it. Hahnemann added to this version the basics of the soul or of spirituality. He is the father of homeopathy, and no one has spoken about it before him. How can you define this concept, which seems to have a mystic meaning?

Answer: Homeopathy operates on us by forces that we don’t feel. Although they are transmitted by material carriers, it is impossible to discern them and to measure them. If you take a homeopathic medicine, you will not find anything in it except for the carrier, like sugar for example. So, we can understand why people regard such influences as mystic.

But there is nothing mystic about it. The point is that we don’t have the tools by which we can determine what the energy in the carrier is. If I take an ordinary chemical medicine, I can determine what it is made of in any laboratory. With a homeopathic medicine, any carrier can be the material—for example, a piece of wood. Although there is nothing “chemical” about it, if I suck it or even touch it, I will receive its inner energy, and it will influence me.

This is where the seemingly “mystic” process lies. I receive energy through the contact with its carrier. This effect can be transmitted by touch, by nerves, and the best way is through the nerve ends below the tongue.

We make up a huge system, a giant computer. Each of the organs operates on a certain frequency, and homeopathic medicine influences all these organs.

On the whole, however, when we speak about the whole body whose individual organs cooperate with one another, and each cell knows everything that happens in every other cell, then we must imagine all this as one system that is mutually connected, operating on frequencies and waves, and completely interacting within itself.

Question: Can ten or more people who think positive about someone who is ill have an effect on him?

Answer: Yes, but where will you find ten such people whose influence would be strong enough to really manifest and be measurable?

I knew an American professor who received government funding for conducting similar studies in different places around the world. He carried out about sixty studies of the influence of masses who share similar ideas over different parts of the globe. However, honestly, I wasn’t interested in his results. I don’t believe that it is possible to come up with any real conclusions here. He may have had some statistical data, but nothing more than that. How can we measure the impact of such phenomena, how  it manifests, as the evil or the good eye?

It is impossible to discover any connection since an ordinary person cannot discover such an influence and cannot work with it; he cannot accumulate it, measure it, or compare it. It is possible only if one is on the level of a group whose members work together on gradually developing a common sensory “organ” which can feel new attributes and new common characteristics. The connection that is created between them can influence any of them. Then, this group becomes a detector.

Question: What do you think about a family? Is a family with its natural ties considered a group, or is it not enough?

Answer: If a member of the family is ill, the other members also may feel bad, of course. This is common knowledge, and doctors know and understand this. Moreover, they also say that cancer is spread on an energetic level.

If we look around us, we can see that pets, for example, suffer from the same maladies as their owners. If the owner is depressed, then their cat or dog also will suffer from the same malady, although animals normally do not suffer from depression. This means that illness is transmitted on an energetic level.

As a rule, integral interaction among people happens in a group of ten, on condition that they internally try to solve their problems together. Their goal is to reach balance, and no matter how different they are and how differently they regard the task they face, they have to support each other and come to a common resolution without any conflicts.

Eventually, their decision might be completely foreign to each one of them, but they still will consider it correct. Everybody will accept it since during the decision-making period, many group members dramatically change their original points of view.

There are two defining factors here: First, one changes his point of view under the influence of others by trying to completely control oneself. One simply flows with the stream and gets under the influence of others’ beliefs. All of a sudden, one finds out that one thinks the same way as others although he had a contrary opinion previously.

It can also be done in an opposite way: One sees that others think differently, but one cannot give up one’s personal opinion. Still, one follows the majority. So, he “ties” his point of view to the general approach and goes along with them. He doesn’t give up his opinion, but acknowledges that it’s better to act together with others than unwisely insist on his personal point of view because only together can they come to a new decision. So, one gives up his personal approach for the sake of the general idea.

At the same time, one still continues to experience internal conflict, but it becomes much more balanced. One realizes that he keeps thinking his own way, and in order to maintain connections with others, he becomes ready to rise to their level and think as they do.

In other words, there are two levels in us: “I” and “we.” In this case, if “I” accepts others’ attitude without internal conflict and yet preserves “I’s” own opinion, it remains internally calm. It doesn’t cause inner imbalance in “I.” On the contrary, “I” feels that it managed to rise above itself and this idea makes “I” very comfortable.

Question: I know that you dealt with homeopathy. I know some of your patients who were really cured. Why did you choose homeopathy from all the other methods?

Answer: Homeopathy didn’t stand in my way of doing what is really important. Besides, it’s a method by which you can help people, even after one session.

Question: It’s interesting that when we speak about the placebo effect, most people attribute homeopathy to this category. They say that it’s about pills that don’t really contain any active substances.

Answer: Indeed, there are no chemical substances in them since it’s above the Avogadro constant. In homeopathic medicine, there is the power of the matter of which it is comprised. This means that it’s a real power that stands behind the matter and which, in the meantime, we can’t define.

Here there are many such fields which we can’t define. When a person stares at my back, for example, I feel his stare. But what is the power that is focused on me? Where does it stem from, from his eyes? There are many such phenomena in the world.

If we use homeopathy correctly, it’s very influential. In fact, in our days when the body is polluted by chemicals, it’s a much different situation than it was at the beginning of homeopathy. In the past, people used to get three to five potencies and that was enough to have an effect on a person. Today, however, potencies that are a thousand times greater don’t have any effect on a person.

Homeopathy is a very complex science. I think that it is more complex than all the other medical sciences since it’s also individual. Of course it isn’t allopathic (a phenomenon that is attributed to the overpowering effect of one organism over another by the extraction of chemical substances). It depends on a person’s habitat, the environment he lives in, on his race, and his nationality. In fact, all this should be studied with regards to his soul.

Question: In order to choose a specific homeopathic medication for a person, a practitioner should rely not only on a certain symptom, like earaches for example, but also on the patients psychology in general?

Answer: Yes, his inner spiritual component is taken into account, as it shows what a person has contracted and how it can be neutralized. Primitive homeopathy of the allopathic type cures the patient on the basis of external symptoms, but the real cure is fulfilled only on the basis of a person’s inner world.

Question: Half a century ago in Pennsylvania, there was a small village in which people actually didn’t get sick. Doctors found this very intriguing and studied this phenomenon for twenty years. During this time everything changed: People started to get sick, the hospitals were filled, and then more doctors were needed.

The researchers reached a very interesting conclusion. It turned out that the small village was founded by Italian settlers who lived under the same roof and helped one another for four or five generations, respecting family ties. The moment they began to live separately, they started to get sick.

But now it’s the time of a generation that doesn’t know what it means to live in a big family. So the very notion of family has been so distorted, that, now, we can’t even imagine what it means to dine together with the whole family.
