Question: Should a meeting of friends be held once a week?

Answer: Yes, that is what Rabash established.

Question: And why did he write about the importance of raising the greatness of friends at such meetings, about the importance of prayer, but he did not write anything about reading primary sources?

Answer: The reading of primary sources takes place in the morning, afternoon, and evening lessons. And a meeting of friends is held once a week. It is what directs us to take stock of what we have achieved, what we are going to achieve, and what our plans are.

Question: What lesson should we learn from the example of decomposing wheat in the work of the ten?

Answer: This example suggests that everything in a person changes except for one unchangeable parameter, which is his center, his basis. Therefore, we can change anything in ourselves, from very bad to very good, from death to a wonderful life.

All changes in these parameters depend on us, and what remains unchangeable in us is our primordial Reshimot (spiritual genes).

Question: Do we also need to change our form, decompose, and rot leaving only the original Reshimo in us?

Answer: Of course, this is what we do in connection with ourselves and with all of humanity.

Question: What does it mean to “buy a friend“?

Answer: Buying a friend means doing everything they desire in order to create the closest possible connection between you.

Question: So am I sacrificing, for example, my time, my attention, and so on?

Answer: As much as possible, of course. This is how you buy yourself a friend. Because if you have several such friends, together you can achieve a connection with the Creator.

Since we do not feel the Creator, it is possible to understand Him and communicate with Him only after you become closer to your friends, communicate with them, and unite with them.

Question: If I am practicing acquiring the quality of bestowal toward my friend, then essentially, there is no difference whether I am bestowing to my friend or bestowing to the Creator, right?

Answer: There is practically no difference, because you perceive both your friend and the Creator outside of yourself. Therefore it does not matter whether you are bestowing to one person, to all of humanity, or to the Creator. Moreover, you do not expect any compensation in return. This is called unconditional love, love without conditions.

Answer: Not quite. We need to understand and encourage each other as much as possible. This is how we will advance.

Question: If I feel unable to do something for the group and ask them to give me importance and strength, how should they react?

Answer: The group should react normally. After all, not just you, but all the friends ask the Creator to receive various anti-egoistic forces and want to correct themselves. So all is good.

Question: Sometimes a group refuses to give strength to a friend and argues that he wants to fill his egoism. That is, he wants to do something for the group while also receiving some kind of reward.

The story of Moses and Pharaoh is about the people who accompany them. In inner work, they symbolize different desires, forces, and aspirations that help us advance to even greater bestowal.

We must gather all these desires and intentions and increase them as if extending them to the Creator. Gradually we will become convinced of how much the Creator helps us develop them.

Answer: It is up to us to keep the direction of bestowal at every moment.

Question: We have a strong desire in the ten to get out of Egypt, and prayer flows all day; we have the intention to give, the desire to unite, and the desire to merge all together. What else is needed to get out?

Answer: There is not enough connection between you. It is like you are standing in a square with thousands of people shouting, shouting to the Creator.

If you had joined forces at the same time, He would have immediately heard you and answered. You are still not connected. Therefore, alone, He cannot hear everyone.

Question: To unite, do we need to get out of egoism first?

Answer: Sure, one who is still in egoism cannot connect with anyone. And to get out of the quagmire of egoism, you need to lean on each other and grab hold of the Creator together.

Comment: Rabash writes that after a gathering of friends they should have a feeling of perfection. What if I do not have that feeling? I cannot control my feelings.

My Response: This means you did not complete the work, you asked incorrectly, made the wrong effort.

Question: So this is an indication of my feelings?

Answer: It happens that this is very difficult to implement. Getting close to friends can be very difficult  for a person when he is in certain states.

But in general, if he makes an effort, and especially not alone but in a group, and if the whole group makes an effort to gather together in its center, in one core, as if hugging tightly, which does not mean that they really should hug, they just need to strive to ensure that everyone’s heart is connected with others, then a person begins to understand how this works.
