From Hatred to Love Is Not Science Fiction

252Question: Is it really possible to just go from hatred to love? One moment you hate, clearly hate, and suddenly after some time passes, say next year, we shift to love. Can that happen, or is it fantasy?

Answer: We can do that. We are in such extreme states, states that are opposite to this feeling, that we are capable of doing it.

Comment: That is very strange. You said that since we are in opposite states, we can do it.

My Response: Yes, because we see where we end up, where all our efforts and achievements vanish, everything slips through our fingers, and we cannot achieve anything. We are like blind, foolish puppies. That is how we live. It is terrible! I have no words for it!

But if we ask nature to change us, we will experience a transformation of forces, feelings, and qualities beyond anything we could expect. Because the Creator is love.

Don’t Blame the Mirror

131Question: How do I find out what nature has in store for me and where it is leading me?

Answer: Nature is leading you to realize the possibilities you have to change the future, and reach it. This depends on each person’s participation in that future.

Question: What possibilities do I have? I don’t think I have any special ones. But tell me, what are they?

Answer: You do!

Question: What?

Answer: Of course, I do not have such a site where you would go in, pay, and get a guarantee.

Question: Yes, but in principle, what must I do?

Answer: You need to want to find out about your influence on your future. You must build it, create it. It is what you make of it. They tell you the laws of nature, and from them, as from some construction set, you must assemble your future.

Question: What is the main law of nature?

Answer: The main law of nature is the correspondence of a person with the law of nature. I am not over complicating things. The law of nature is the law of universal bestowal and love, universal unification, universal mutual complementation until the ideal picture of the system of the world is revealed before us.

Question: Is it only toward this that I as a person must go?

Answer: Yes. And nothing more.

Question: That is, I should not struggle with anything?

Answer: Struggle only with the aim of fulfilling this law.

Question: With whom does this struggle take place?

Answer: The struggle is with oneself, of course. Only that. So do not blame the mirror. This is how we must work, and then what we make is what we will receive.

Question: That is, if everyone directs himself toward himself—everyone, but toward himself, not toward another—then will we turn this picture of the future upside down?

Answer: As much as we wish. As much as we want, so much we will do.

Then the World Will Stop Pressing You

963.5We wait for positive changes to happen on the outside. They won’t! We have to come to the conclusion that changes for the better can occur only if we change from within ourselves. That is when we will begin to depict our world the way we want to see it! That is what we have to do.

Question: Does our nature depict the world now? Does our egoism depict the world?

Answer: Yes

Comment: You are supposed to be enjoying yourself, but I am not. This is my state right now.

My Response: Egoism has finished its development. It shows you the entire world you exist in. That is all it can give you. Ultimately it will press down on you and crush you to the point that you cannot exist in this world. You will feel so bad, nauseous, fearful, uncomfortable, in other words, in any possible way.

This is solely so you understand that there are no more changes to be made on the outside. We have gone through all stages of our egoistic development; we have reached a state where the next step is simply to slaughter one another. This is it, there is nothing else.

Question: What should I say to my egoism now that I have understood that my egoism has depicted the entire picture for me?

Answer: You should say that egoism is right, that it has done its job; it brought you to the state where you are in complete disappointment and have to understand that you must not exist in such a paradigm. Must not!

What should you do? You have to correct yourself and then the world will be corrected too. This is a totally different methodology.

Comment: I should not correct the world, but correct myself…

My Response: You should correct the world by correcting yourself.

Comment: Yes, this is not easy!

My Response: It’s not easy, but this is a good moment in history when we indeed have to change the source of our development, the system, the methodology of our development. Our development will depend not on breaking nature that surrounds us, but on how we will be changing ourselves. As a result, the world will be changing.

Question: You keep saying: “Change yourself.” What exactly do you imply by “changing yourself?”

Answer: This is simple: change my evil attitude to everything that surrounds me from an exploitive and egoistic attitude to a kind and altruistic one.

Comment: A warm, kind attitude.

My Response: Yes. Then I will begin to see the world differently. I will start to see through it a different system of governance.

Question: And what will I receive pleasure from? After all, it is a person who receives pleasure.

Answer: I will be bonding with this world, will be attaining its eternity, infinity, perfection, something that I do not see now because I look with my limited egoistic eyes.

This is what lies ahead of us.

We Will Ask for Another Kind of Love

261I will tell you that something else is coming: a time when the love of our world disappears, when there is no reciprocity, and no attraction. This is already happening! We can already see it developing in the new generation. And then we will realize that we have nothing left to live for, nothing to fill ourselves with!

Question: Will we ask for a different kind of love?

Answer: Yes, we will request fulfillment. Man does not live by bread alone. And then we will feel that we need the true source of all fulfillments.

This will be a moment of profound disillusionment, yet also a profound revelation regarding a new source. And then a cry of supplication will rise from all of humanity: “How will we be able to fill ourselves?! How will we be able to exist?! Where is this source?!”

Question: So now we can see how we are being cut off from all sources of pleasure? Is a passage, a tunnel, being constructed for us that leads to the true source?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Will the Creator be that source?

Answer: There is no other source.

Question: But will a person actually say: “This is the Creator”?

Answer: Yes, this is the Creator of my life, of all my aspirations; He is everything that I want. I want only Him.

In fact, He is the one we striving for all along, with egoism, but it does not matter; it is always only toward Him.

Let us wait.

Comment: Let us wait, hope, and believe.

My Response: Yes, it will happen soon.

You Will Receive Everything You Lack

276.01Question: I wanted to ask you, for example, about food. Eating a meal prepared by mom or grandma with love, in general, something prepared with love is good, right?

Answer: This you will have to embody, express, and bring this to the fore within yourself based on your own inner tensions, desires, and aspirations. Then you will be able to visualize it all within yourself.

They all exist, Mom, Grandma, and absolutely everything else you could possibly want. It all exists in the space around you. But take it and bring it closer to yourself. Grandma will no longer appear with a plate that she will set before you and say: “My dear grandson, eat.”

This will no longer happen. But you can achieve another kind of connection with these forms of fulfillment. We will be led to this.

Everyone will have a kind of fulfillment that will simply envelop them completely. And they will lack nothing. They will thank the Creator for everything, fab everything! This will happen.

Question: Toward what are we approaching with the creation of such…?

Answer: A person must gradually emerge from their material environment and enter a virtual environment, and then a spiritual one. This is bound to happen.

Question: And there he will feel all this warmth?

Answer: Yes. Everything. Absolutely everything! Warmth, taste, care, sympathy—everything that he lacks in this life right now, today. That is, what he felt when he was a tiny child with his mother.

Comment: And simple food will be perceived as…

My Response: It does not matter, even without food. Fulfillment does not depend on food. This is just a vessel; there is nothing in it.

Question: You are somehow perceiving the relationship, actually?

Answer: Of course. Yes.

Question: So this relationship toward me from grandma or mom, who gave me food, I will absorb this, feel this? Will this come from the world?

Answer: You will feel this from the higher force, which, it turns out, was this mother and grandmother, and everything else.

Do you understand? It seemed to you that this was mom or grandma. The Creator presented Himself to you in this form. And now you will perceive this in such a form that it is Him. And you will not think about relatives, close ones, people, and so on; you will perceive everything from Him.

Question: So the revelation of the Creator will give all these flavors and feelings?

Answer: There is no one except Him; everything is only from there.

How Can We Move from Hell to Paradise?

745.01Everyone is an egoist. People are raised that way and the conditioning continues. The greater your egoism, the greater the perceived opportunity to get ahead of others. We do not understand that true success ultimately means being in the right relationship with others.

We have reached a state where the world is exhausted and burned out from egoism. It can no longer continue moving forward on an egoistic path. All our grand dreams and ambitions are fading away.

Only one question remains: how can we continue to exist? This is possible only if we begin to value the connection between us. Within that connection, we will discover goals, spaces, and a completely different world.

Question: What is the most important advice you can give about how to preserve a friendship to the very end?

Answer: One must understand that whatever bad I see in others, is all within me. There is nothing bad around me, only within myself.

Therefore, one must try to correct oneself until one sees a beautiful world in everything around them. Then you will find yourself in the spiritual world, in paradise. Change yourself within, transform the hell inside you into paradise, and you will see that you are already in paradise.

But if you do not change the hell within yourself, then it seems to you that you are living in hell.

Question: And if you see hell in another person?

Answer: Then it is within you. Change yourself, and you will see that you live in a wonderful world.

Rise to the Level of Human

707Question: If one entity devours another in nature, yet nature is in harmony, is it possible that our devouring one another is also an absolutely harmonious state?

Answer: Yes, but only on the animate level. The inanimate, vegetative, and animate levels of nature are structured on the principle of mutual consumption amidst a struggle against each other. This struggle constitutes evolution.

On these levels the use of one by another is not considered shameful or blameworthy. One animal, when it eats another, does not feel any pangs of conscience. Suppose a human acts against another human,  he may rationalize in order to justify himself, to somehow explain to himself the purpose and reasons for his actions. But animals do not have this; they have a simple calculation: I must eat the weaker in order to continue my own existence.

All this, on the animate level, is considered the norm. But now we are rising to the level of Human. And here a problem arises. We must begin to move forward, not by devouring one another, but precisely through connection with one another, by rising above our egoism and not indulging it.

I hope that people will begin to understand this because otherwise we will not survive. Of course, we will continue to exist, but in very bad states.

Therefore, we face a monumental task: to spread the message as widely as possible that we must come to a collective resolution regarding how to advance toward the goal of creation. And the goal of creation is to bring human society to a harmonious state, to mutual fulfillment, to the right connection between us.

And then the rest of nature (inanimate, vegetative, and animate) will also come to harmony. Then we will be able to restore our ecology, an issue that causes deep concerns for everyone. If we come to a balance among us, everything will be wonderful.

Since we are on the very highest level of development compared to the other levels of nature, we will compel them to come into balance too. The time of the human level is coming.

Don’t Expect Mercy from the Universe

707Comment: I thought that the law of mercy emanates from above, and that everything is held by this law. I thought this was the main law of life.

Answer: Why would it be so? I look at inanimate, vegetative, and animate nature and see no observance of such laws there. No, but humans, with their imagination, have scribbled countless books and theories about it. But generally speaking, no.

I think the worst human trait is inventing a future or surrounding reality for oneself based on one’s own desires.

Question: So this is a kind of violence? A person commits violence against nature?

Answer: Yes, and then he makes demands from nature: “Give me this!”

Comment: In other words, “You are merciful, and I want everyone around me to be merciful.”

My Response: Yes. If we reasoned soberly with nature, we would not make demands of nature, but we would demand of ourselves the correct attitude to ourselves, to others, to nature, to everything. And then, perhaps, we would get a hint about how the universe exists and in what way we can rise above it.

Question: So rather than demanding that the universe be merciful to me, I should demand that I be merciful to others?

Answer: Yes.

Question: “Merciful,” did I use the word correctly here?

Answer: It can be used like that, yes.

Question: Then what should be put into this word if we indeed come to being merciful? That I must be merciful to others, what should I invest in that?

Answer: I must do for others all the good and kind things that I would wish for myself. And under no circumstances should I imagine think that I will receive some kind of reward for it. Absolutely not!

Comment: This second part is very difficult: receiving nothing in return.

My Response: In this, in fact, lies the whole point of the first part.

Question: Then will I come into balance with the universe if I begin to move in this way, as you say?

Answer: If so, then yes. And then there will be no destruction, no self-destruction.

“I Do Not Interfere in Your Poverty, and You Do Not Interfere in My Wealth”

631.1Question: The principle that existed in Sodom was: “What is mine is mine, what is yours is yours; I do not help you, and you do not help me.” Is there any logic in this?

Answer: The logic is absolute! It has many adherents. Let’s assume we receive everything from the Creator. If the Creator gave to you, but did not give to me, then even if I die, I must receive from the Creator whatever He chooses to give to me.

Question: The Creator gives wealth to one person, to another He gave poverty, and so it should be? I do not interfere in your poverty, and you do not interfere in my wealth?

Answer: Yes.

Comment: There is logic in this.

Answer:

Question: So where is the flaw?

Answer: The flaw is that people do not accept this in the proper way. That is, they do not accept the absolute rule of the Creator, and it therefore collapses.

We must rise above this strictness of the Creator. It can not only be “what is yours is yours and what is mine is mine.” This is given to us from above, and we must introduce a correction into it so that everything belongs to us.

What the Creator gave us: “what is yours is yours and what is mine is mine” exists at the outset and we retain it internally, yet we cover it from above with love.

Question: Is this what we call “ours”? That is, we build bridges from one to another?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Is this the main work? And then it endures, it will not be overturned?

Answer: And then we become, as it were, partners with the Creator. He created evil, and we build bridges of love over this evil.

Question: And the evil that He created, is that “what is mine is mine, what is yours is yours”? Is this what you call evil?

Answer: Of course. It is egoism.

Question: How does this differ from the fact that during the revolution they also said: “This is ours.” What was missing there? We say that “what is mine is mine, what is yours is yours” must turn into “ours.”

Answer: There was no such ideal—“ours.” If we must do everything, then everything is in our hands. Then it means there is no Creator; this follows by definition.

I think that nothing good will come out of all these theories. I am sure that the world will still come to the realization that these questions must be solved by the Kabbalistic method. That is, to place the Creator—the single, integral One—at the head of the entire process of the development of humanity and cling to Him, and do everything only for the sake of one single proposition, one phrase: “Brotherhood!”

Question: And will people want to cling to that? Is that what they will not want to lose?

Answer: If they choose to let go of it, they will plunge themselves into such a bitter reckoning that there will soon be no one with whom to clarify.

Has Humanity Being Become Happier?

626Question: Software engineer Steve Wozniak, who together with Steve Jobs created the Apple empire, when answering the question, “Has a human being become happier after the invention of the personal computer?” said: “This is a very complex question. At one time I thought that if we made people’s lives easier, it would bring them happiness. They would work less. However, they began to work even more. Now a family must be supported by two working people, not one. I think that if we compare ourselves with primitive people by the level of happiness, it will be approximately the same.

At one time Steve Jobs and I dreamed of creating a gadget that would make blind people able to see. But now when I enter the subway and see that everyone is sitting with their faces buried in their phones, I understand that we have made all sighted people blind.”

Do you agree that we are a blind humanity?

Answer: We still have to realize that all innovations in electronics are intended only to limit us in sensations, in the perception of the world, in the sensation of life.

I look at a small screen that fits into the palm of my hand, and for me nothing else exists. Through it I supposedly connect with the world. But whom do I actually connect with? With some office, some intermediary that “pushes” everything it wishes onto me. A person has not become free, but more dependent. We are becoming bigger and bigger slaves.

Moreover, with the help of electronics and everything else, many normal professions have disappeared. A profession is not only something that gives people the opportunity to earn money. The most important thing in a profession is that a person feels that they are suitable for coexistence with others. A profession is a method of communication between people. I am a tailor, you are a shoemaker, a doctor, a lawyer, and so on.

It does not matter who or how, but we communicate; we need one another.

And if we will not need one another and will only stare into mobile phones, then it is the same as giving an injection or a pill. People will fall asleep, and all kinds of movies will be spun in their heads, or they will be removed from life altogether.

Question: What scenario is laid down by the upper force?

Answer: This scenario is very simple; it is called “recognition of evil.”

We will be obliged to recognize the evil of our egoistic development and to understand that it leads us into a dead end, and that we must get rid of it, break out of it in a leap, rush away from it anywhere, headlong. I hope that someday we will do this.

For now we are trying to explain this to people. But how much they listen, that is a question. Still, here and there the first shots are already beginning to break through.

Question: That is, will we advance further and further in technologies in order to understand that they will lead us nowhere?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Is that why they are developing?

Answer: No, development must be internal. External development is not necessary at all.

But if we do not develop internally, then external electronic development reveals emptiness, and nevertheless brings us back to the beginning.
