Question: What does true bestowal mean? Is it when my desire to receive becomes giving?

Answer: It means that I work on our connection in such a way that I receive everything for the sake of bestowal, channel the light of the Creator through myself, and pass it on to others.

As a result, I too am filled, but my goal is to fill everyone else.
