Question: The human body is an integral system of nature’s creation where each cell works to give and care for the entire organism. How is the interconnection between the human body and its soul expressed as an integral system of nature?

Answer: There is no connection and no need to invent this connection. It simply does not exist! Not to confuse you, but even the body does not exist. We should leave this alone.

We have the perception of a reflection of our soul to start understanding what we are dealing with. But we do not deal with the body at all! If there is a problem with the body, go to a doctor. But the soul is by itself.
