Question: Why is fear given to a person?
Answer: So that he will correct something—his attitude toward life and death.
Question: What should it transform into? If it is given from above, what should this fear flow into?
Answer: It should flow into absolute submission to the will of the almighty, the Creator, and in understanding that he still has something to do in those moments, and there may still be a great many of them until he truly completes his earthly path.
Question: So in principle, a person must do something one way or another? What must he do?
Answer: He must calm down. What else is there to do? Nothing else.
Comment: I do not even know what to add here.
My Response: There is no need to add anything. That is what a person must do. Is he really planning to do something in this world? How will the world continue without him? What will he leave behind for the world?
Question: That phrase: “calm down.” Once you said that the Creator is at rest, and a person must come to the same rest.
My Response: Yes.
Question: Then can you give us a definition of rest?
Answer: Rest is when the next moment does not bother you. Absolutely does not trouble you! You have no worries; not that you live in it. If you live in it, then it does not trouble you because you live in it. But simply, It does not bother you. That is what you need to reach.
Question: Then am I living in this moment? Or you do not want that to be pronounced?
Answer: This moment does not exist either. You should not think that you exist at all.
Question: So I just float along a river, and that is what I do?
Answer: That is also an attitude toward life and not a good one. “Raise the oars” and “float along”—that is not good either.
Question: This point is not very clear to me.
My Response: It is not clear to anyone. This is precisely the point where we attain absolute rest.
Another way to put it is that I rely on the Creator’s governance. He governs everything, including me, every moment of my existence, and in fact the entire universe and everyone in it. So I have nothing to worry about. Do I want to interfere in His correction, in His governance, in His control over all this? No.
If not, then sit quietly and go on with your life.
It is that there will be no difference between your existence now and after you decide in what way you should exist.
Question: Is that the point of rest?
Answer: Yes, it speaks of agreement. It speaks of the fact that you agree with the Creator. And this is not simple. After all, we always want to grab Him by the hand, check what He is planning, and argue that perhaps it should be done a little differently.
Question: And here we do not need to grab anyone? Just like that, and that is all?
Answer: Let it go.

When Will Fear Disappear?
Question: In our ten, we all equally feel that we are in one intention, in one prayer. At the same time, a feeling as if of another reality arises and it becomes clear that what remains is only gratitude for what fills and sustains us.
Answer: So hold on together to one thought, to one action, to one connection between you! Very soon, you will see where this will lead you.

Question: With prayer there is always gratitude, but you feel that it is impossible to express it. How can you express this gratitude? How can you draw it out of yourself?
Answer: You simply need to sing together with others, congratulate them, and talk to them; try to do it from the heart and you will succeed.
I think that our lesson at the convention, with today’s addresses from each group or individual friends to other groups is very good and indicative. If we continue in this way, we will definitely succeed quickly. It might even happen now because we are already so connected that we are beginning to understand one another.
All of this already exists within us; we only need to reveal it more, to express our attitude toward other groups so strongly that it will be felt by them, and they will make the same movement in return.
I wish for all our groups to begin to feel that only their mutual work, only their mutual actions will soon bring us to a common opinion, a common desire, a common intention, and a single action—toward the Creator.

Comment: The culture of Japan is very different from the cultures of other nations. The land of the rising sun is considered a repository of secrets, spiritual health, and a happy life.
Please comment on some Japanese wisdom.
The first one: “Having thought, make up your mind, having made up your mind, don’t think.”
My Response: Yes, it is good. As a rule, if a person decides, then this is an act that comes out of the innermost part of his desires. Therefore, if you have already decided, implement it. Otherwise, it will be a regression.
Comment: “Water takes the form of a vessel into which it was poured. And a person gets good or evil from his friends.”
My Response: Yes, a human is a vessel. If he bows himself before society, friends, and comrades, then they fill him up. It takes its own form, but the content is theirs. And thus, it can move forward.
Question: Is this how a person can find himself by standing up to others? But he thinks otherwise.…
Answer: No! In fact, he preserves himself because he is nothing more than a vessel. And the filling from a good society will move him forward.
Comment: “It’s easier to find 10,000 soldiers than one general.”
My Response: It really is. Our world is full of soldiers who rejoice in obedience, because, as they say, “The less you know, the better you sleep”; life is easier. And being a general, of course, is difficult, and there are few of them. There are very few outstanding people in nature and in society.
Question: When they talk about a general, do they mean responsibility and care?
Answer: Of course! This is a serious leader. And besides, he is responsible not only for himself. A real general is responsible not only for the soldiers, but also for the people behind the soldiers, whom the soldiers are called upon to protect. So it is not easy to be a general. These are not today’s generals.
Comment: “When an ear ripens, it bends its head; a man gets richer, it lifts his head.”
My Response: Yes. It really is. If the head is heavy in worries, then of course the person bows his head and bends himself. He understands that he is just a small executor of someone’s will in this world. And if the head becomes “empty,” then it lifts higher, the nose lifts the head.
Question: So when a person gets rich, he pays attention to wealth, and everything is an empty head?
Answer: Yes. It is the opposite of kindness, the opposite of wisdom. Wealth contradicts wisdom. It does not happen at the same time as wisdom. Sometimes, at the end of life, people suddenly start to doubt: “Why do I need wealth? I’ll give it away…” But that is not it. What you have ruined in your life by striving for wealth all the time and existing for it is beyond repair.
Question: So there is no such thing as rich and wise?
Answer: No, these are special states that perhaps only a few people in the world had, when wealth did not limit or darken their wisdom. For example, King Solomon, etc. These are characters that we have very little idea about.
This is only when a person could substitute both wealth and wisdom for the Creator.
Comment: “To lend money to a friend is to lose him.”
My Response: Yes, that is, you should be connected with a friend only by friendly ties, and in no case by material ones.
Comment: You seem to be doing a good thing.…
My Response: There is no good thing. So, from this moment onward, you are no longer friends. No way. Because there are other types of communication between you.
Comment: That is, it is better to send him to the bank, let him take it there or somewhere else.…
My Response: It doesn’t matter how. Refuse by any means. So that you are not financially bound by any obligations, no dependencies, no way! Do not hire him, otherwise he is no longer a friend. Do not lend him money, of course. Even family ties, whatever they may be, literally and immediately spoil friendly relations between you.
Comment: Let’s say friends create a company, do their own business…
My Response: This is a very difficult case. This is possible only if they are really above the nature of our world.
Comment: “The neighbor’s flowers are redder.”
My Response: Naturally. Envy is a great force in our world, and it leads us forward. Envy, jealousy. Therefore, I would strongly advise you to develop it. Look at others and be jealous. And so, you will sort of steal ideas, desires, intentions, goals from them, and you will develop.
Comment: The world says the opposite: “The envious one!”
My Response: It depends on what to envy. To be jealous in order for me to develop, so that I become intelligent, understanding, developing. We always set our children as an example for others.: “Look at this boy,” and so on. Of course, absolutely.
Envy is a wonderful feeling if it is managed properly.
Question: But are you talking about white envy, when, being jealous, I develop myself?
Answer: Yes. White envy is what puts me on the right path and develops me.

Question: We come to the convention with a demand to the Creator that He will give us the opportunity to delight His creation. How do we turn to the Creator to demand it?
Answer: If we really had a correct desire, we would not need to demand anything. According to that desire, we would all turn toward the Creator, and He would feel our common desire and fulfill it; that is, He would reveal Himself within it.
Therefore, let us continue. The main thing is to unite all together and with the Creator.

Question: What should our prayer be like so that the tens would find themselves at the point of closeness with the Creator?
Answer: Work on it. Think about it! Try to unite your actions and thoughts toward the Creator so that they bring you together. If we unite into one whole, then that whole will receive everything from the Creator.
Question: What do we lack in order for a true collective prayer to be born among us, not from each person separately, but from the shared soul of the ten?
Answer: Write about it. Write to each other until you find a unified desire that will help lift you and all of you toward the Creator.
