Truth Cannot Hinder

626Impure and pure are in one’s feelings. A person may be sick, but if he does not feel the illness, he does not go to the doctor to be cured. It follows that in his feelings, he is well, although, in truth, he is not. It depends with respect to whom it should be true (Rabash, Assorted Notes, 138, “A Near Road and a Faraway Road”)

Question: If everything depends on who the truth is regarding, then it follows that not everyone needs the truth. What is meant here by the concept of truth?

Answer: I cannot define what the truth is right now. But indeed, not everyone needs the truth. Most people do not need truth but good health, a good life, health, etc. And whether it is true or not does not matter. So we still have to figure it out.

Question: It is clear that a person always wants comfort. But does everyone need the truth to develop the soul, or can it hinder someone from developing the soul?

Answer: Truth cannot hinder. Truth is the main driving force in one’s genuine movement toward a goal.

Question: In our ten, exactly what you are talking about is happening: someone wants things to be good while others want correction. I always talk about hate, about evil, about revelation. My prayer is constantly about this. But some do not want to hear it. How should I work correctly?

Answer: The ten is right, it is better to talk about good things.

Question: So if I am in such a state, should I not talk about it, but just join the opinion of the ten?

Answer: Not only you do not talk about such states, you remake yourself.
