The Experience of Past States
Question: It is said that we should not receive any support from yesterday. But we cannot forget and erase everything indiscriminately. We have the experience of past states. How do we properly use it in our work?
Answer: Continue, what was yesterday, you continue today.
Question: What if we realize that some experience weighs us down, and we do not know how to make it better and the tension remains?
Answer: You need to learn to erase it and start the next day anew because you do not want to carry all the various burdens that have remained in your heart from yesterday or from past times with you.
