If one’s intentions are for the Creator, one must behave the same in states of perfection and imperfection, being in agreement, as if one is in perfection. If one’s behavior differs, it means there are Klipot and one must pray for their elimination (Rabash-3, The Land that…)

If a spiritual descent takes place to extend a spiritual ascent, it is considered an ascent rather than a descent. A descent is also an ascent since all its elements are filled by light. In a small descent, there is little bitterness—and little light is drawn (BS. Letter 25)

Baal HaSulam. Preface to TES, 100: Before the upper light is revealed to a person, the more efforts he makes to reveal it, the more distant it appears to him. But this distancing is a way to summon him to make all the required efforts to reveal the upper light, the Creator.

The more extreme are the disagreements between groups of people, the more assured they are that they are right, and the greater they are in number—the higher they will rise above themselves if they exert to unite above their convictions for the sake of one common goal to attain the degree from which Nature’s upper force governs them.

Example of mutual guarantee:
The ten rides in a wagon down a bumpy road. There is a bucket full of water in the middle of the wagon. Each person is responsible for his wheel, keeping vigil that it won’t cause the water to spill from the bucket.
That is, each one eliminates the COMMON disturbances, preserving the COMMON equilibrium.

#Time is measured only according to the empty desire and its filling. If there is no empty desire and filling, if everything is of equal value, perfect and filled, then time is not felt.

We live under the Governance of the Upper Force, which put us on the path toward unity. All deviations from this path only lead to problems. The group Isra-El has no other choice but to move forward, toward fulfilling the rule of love of others, which it was founded on.

Desire to receive is the product that should take the shape of the Creator. Like an inflatable toy that resembles a wrinkled rag, but when inflated, you see that it is a balloon. In the same way the creature takes the form of the Creator and becomes a man, Adam, meaning “similar” to the Creator.

Our job is to want to leave the inanimate degree, reach the Master of the program, and oblige Him to govern us in a new way. Only through the Creator can we act differently. To change anything inside oneself is only possible by appealing to the Creator and obliging Him to change us. “My sons have defeated Me.”

All problems stem from the fact that we attribute what is happening to chance, rather than to the absolute program of Nature (or the Creator, which is the same). This prompts our actions, which lead to crises in order to push us to reevaluate what is happening and to reveal the Upper evolution.

The whole Mount (Har) Sinai are our doubts (Hirurim), the egoistic desires that hatred comes from (Sina). To the extent that we strive to draw the Light that Reforms from the top of the mountain of hatred, it raises us to the top where we merge with the Creator.

Ascent up Mount Sinai (doubts and reciprocal rejection) is carried out by upper light. But the light is elicited by efforts to unite, in spite of the reciprocal rejection (Sinah). We must only make efforts to get closer in the group, while the light does all the rest:”The Creator will finish for me.”

Doubts (Hirurim) stand in the way of rising to the upper world. They form Mt. (Har) Sinai—the mountain of hatred and doubts that can be conquered only by mutual guarantee—connection in the group, the ten. This is the correction of the broken system of the soul of Adam.

Baal HaSulam, Letter 25: Initially every soul is already in a perfect state. It is encased in an EGO-shell only in order to be freed of the shame of gratuitous reception. By that it is liberated from the EGO, turning reception into bestowal.
And therein lies its reward—in adhesion.

The next stage of societal development is unification in societies above their internal egoism. And then—above societies. All the processes must occur in all societies-countries.

My new article in Russian, co-authored with Lera Khachaturian, has been published: “An Integral Approach To World History.”

Perception of reality in simple light:
Instead of our world, which depicts our distorted perception for us,
we can feel the single Creator, the only thing that exists.
We exist inside Him and everything is immersed in the ocean of white light.
This will be the true reality.

If I see you in front of me, it means you are in me as a specific form of desire with specific qualities. To the degree I correct my attitude to you, it’s as if I return you into myself. You become included in me, I cease seeing you on the outside.
I return the whole world inside myself.

Egoism is rising, trying to separate us. Striving to unite, we keep attaining a higher awareness, and within it—the purpose of creation, which is necessary in order to enter the new world, to rise above all limitations into the Upper dimension—absolutely infinite undisturbed space.

The steering-wheel of the universe:
We determine our degree along the ladder of advancement in the measure of our unity in the ten: the more connection—the higher the degree. The higher you are, the greater the perception of the integral system of all the worlds that you get, and to this extent you influence them.

There is a “movie screen” all around me where I see the world—inside myself and the changes that occur in me on all 4 levels: human, animate, vegetative, and inanimate. These are the 4 levels of desire that are projected onto the external “screen,” as in a movie.

However, it is impossible to reach the Creator without the world. I have to treat the world as the Creator, and the means will turn into the field of adhesion with Him.

The whole world is a playing field of the Creator with me. The Creator changes my qualities, and this is what I see in the world. Therefore, the calculations are not with the world but with the Creator, through intentions.

If I didn’t see the picture of the big world, it would be felt inside me in such minuscule proportions that I could not advance. But everything inside me, multiplied a billion times, is revealed outside of me. Therefore, the world is the outward projection of myself.
The world is an inner state of a person!

The whole world is inside me. There is no world outside of me. I feel myself, and all the changes that occur in me are perceived as the changes in the world around me. I project my feelings and attitudes outward, and see them as the pictures of the world. The world is my inner state.

Combine the double image of the world:
A person must understand that there is a double image of the world in his field of vision, and he must combine it.
Combining himself into one whole with the others, into a single object, he corrects himself and sees the world corrected.

Kabbalah:
The world is I, what I see outside of me, through my egoism. I see the opposite to me.
I am I, perceived in my egoism. I see myself loved.
Correction is to see everyone as yourself. “Love others as yourself.” In this case, I discover a new world—spiritual, above my egoism.

Only global cooperation can eliminate all threats to mankind’s existence. In part, through mandatory compliance with cooperation requirements, which the #UN should prescribe. This is influence from below. Kabbalists, on the other hand, operate from above, by affecting the root…

The Torah is found in those who are ready to annul themselves in it. Man’s only quality is egoism. And the aspiration to change it from the desire “for myself” to the desire “for the Creator” is possible only by the light of Torah, rather than by one’s own forces.

Since the goal of creation is to go from breakage to unity, the main problem of correction lies in attaining “Love for the neighbor,” when the broken parts of the common desire of ADAM unite together in mutual guarantee—in complete correspondence, as one whole.

Since the goal of creation is creation’s full equivalence to the Creator, it is achieved by breakage and unification of the single desire. The breakage happens at the root of the act of creation, and unification of the broken desires occurs through our efforts. The right connection of the broken desires is called Mutual Guarantee.

Shavuot is an event symbolizing reception of the Upper Force in our hands, in our world—its revelation, the opportunity to use it for out benefit, for spiritual ascent. We arm ourselves with this Upper Force, Upper Light, in order to bring the world to perfection.

The Creator is at the top of Mount Sinai, and the people are at its foot, so Mount Sinai, the egoistic desires of the people, divide them from the Creator. By realizing the method of correction, the Torah, the people and all the nations of the world following them will rise up the mountain to the Creator.

Receiving the Upper light, the Torah, results in hatred toward egoistic desires. That is why the achievement of this state is called Mount Sinai—the mountain of hatred.

The light of the Torah is the only means to achieve the quality of bestowal and to this extent receive fulfillment from the Creator. For this, there are 613 corrections in the Torah, which are filled with 613 lights. Both are called the 613 commandments of the Torah. This is how the general desire of man gets corrected and becomes a soul.

Reception of Torah is preceded by the state of Omer, a small state when one accepts what comes from the Creator with no objections, to give the Creator pleasure from himself. In this way one becomes ready to receive the Creator’s light and shines with the Creator’s light himself.

Likutei Halahot. Hoshen Mishpat. The Commandment of Mutual Guarantee:
The Torah and Commandments can be observed only in Mutual Guarantee, where each one is responsible for the others. Hence to receive Torah, it is necessary to unite in the aspiration where each one is responsible for others. By that they become one desire and with the Creator.

If each person worries about himself, then there are many of you. But if you worry about the collective, then you are as one, in one desire to the Creator, as He is to you. This state is readiness to receive Torah, the light of correction from egoism, to reveal the Creator between you.

Sanctity appears in a place from which a person has removed his egoistic desires. Then the upper light, the Creator can shine there.
However, the presence of the Creator, the light, is possible in a place where corrections of ego-reception to bestowal still haven’t occurred to the extent of a person’s desire to attain the quality of bestowal.

– there is now a concept of gaming disorder—a new form of addiction.

Baal HaSulam, Shamati 68: Man’s connection to the Sefirot: A person cannot correct his thoughts. But he can correct the heart so it will be aimed directly at the Creator—then all his thoughts will be only about how to give pleasure to the Creator.

Rabash: Those who study #Torah not only in order to know the laws of how to carry out commandments, but to correct the heart—they are called wise of heart. If they study Torah with this intention, they are called wise of heart since they need the Torah to correct the heart.

R. Avraam Ibn Ezra: “Know that all the commandments, although most of them are carried out by actions or words, they are all intended for correcting the heart, since the Creator demands all hearts… . And know that the #Torah has been given only to those who have a heart.”

It is written that a person was created by #Torah. Hence a person in our world is not called a person in Torah, but belongs to the animate degree, since he is governed instinctively by his #egoism like all animals. A person, Adam, is likeness to the Creator created out of egoism by efforts and the upper light.

Not wishing to see the Creator’s governance as good because he will cease to believe, since faith is against reason, and he wishes to be in faith, which is above reason—one asks to be given such a force of faith as if with his reason he sees the Creator’s good governance so there won’t be any difference between reason and faith.

One should seek to accept the Creator’s authority in a state that contradicts the good Creator, with no support—then one is most certainly going by faith above reason! Have faith that this is exactly why the Creator has given him this low state. And don’t ask to feel greatness, but accept the authority unconditionally.

Time after time, a person raises broken qualities to correction, eliciting a new light of correction each time. Although he starts anew with a black point every time, he must rejoice at the new corrections. The embryo of the soul develops from such targeted corrections.

It is possible to lower yourself precisely when you aspire to be proud, to understand and see, yet you lower yourself and are ready to proceed with eyes closed, in connection and bestowal. You thus acquire new qualities since the upper one raises your request, gives forces, and then you ascend on your own.

Baal HaSulam: Just as the Creator doesn’t think of Himself—whether He exists or governs, so one who wishes to become similar to Him shouldn’t think about it. Hence one should aim all of his actions at adhesion with the Creator, which means doing everything for the benefit of the neighbor. Only then will one attain equivalence of form with the Creator.

Accepting the Creator’s authority in the lowest state, going above reason and sensations, not taking them into account—is called being between heaven and earth, with no support, going above reason.
Knowing that one has received this low state in order to place oneself under the Creator’s authority (burden) in complete humility.

The Creator pampers a person with a good childhood, accustoming him to sufficiency and knowledge. Thus, one understands that the Creator loves him. However, if he wants to understand the meaning of the Creator’s actions, he annuls himself and the Creator brings him closer. But if life gets worse, he blames the Creator and becomes distant, proud.
