Don’t Beat Yourself Up
Question: What should one do when fear paralyzes them and they cannot do anything?
Answer: I believe the best thing to do is to engage mechanically with your friends. Sit next to them, read something, sing songs, maybe even have a little drink and a bite to eat, and everything will pass.
If you do this in a group of ten, it will definitely be beneficial. Eventually, it will pass on its own. The Creator gives states that gradually dissipate. Using them correctly means realizing them in the group.
This is the best approach. By no means should you sit and worry. It is said that a fool sits and eats his own flesh. So, immediately immerse yourself in the group.
Do not think that if you sit and engage in self-criticism, it is good. No. Any state we have is for the good if it leads us to greater unity in the group.
