Question: How should one relate to forgetfulness in spiritual work when one’s memory fades and sometimes it is even impossible to recognize people? Everything is forgotten.

Answer: If everything is forgotten to the extent that I look at my friends and practically do not even recognize them, it means that true renewal is taking place.

This happens at every level in spirituality. That is why it is very strange to even see people as if you do not know them.

It happens. You will get used to it. Life becomes more interesting, though.
