Question: How can I convey the flame of striving for the Creator to my friends?

Answer: I don’t think it is possible, but probably through words anyway.

Question: Can we say that the Creator gives us a taste of His love, but then we can awaken it only through love for our friends, and this is a free action?

Answer: Yes.

Question: How do you constantly convince yourself to do this action, to love your friends?

Answer: Return to this action periodically until it is incorporated into your DNA.
