No Witchcraft Against Israel

527.01Question: It is written in the Torah that there is no witchcraft against Israel, meaning against those who seek to reveal the property of bestowal, which is the Creator. Why is it so?

Answer: The root of everything that exists is the Creator. The upper force of absolute good, which manifests itself in man in the form of absolute evil, emanates from Him. Why is he created this way? So that he understands that he is in a state opposite to the Creator and wants to make himself similar to Him.

A person who aspires directly to the Creator is called Israel (Isra – straight, El – the Creator). Absolutely everyone in our world can be like this. It does not matter what color his skin is or who he is by origin. Only one thing is important: his aspiration for similarity to the Creator.

The Creator is an absolutely good force. When a person wishes to reach the state of being good and doing good to absolutely everyone in the world, he becomes similar to the Creator.

He gradually ascends the 125 steps of the spiritual world to complete similarity to Him and then is called Israel. If he does this, then practically no forces act on him except for those he needs to overcome to ascend the steps to the Creator.

He works on this in a constant aspiration to get closer to the Creator and he reaches such a state when this is his whole mission, desire, intention, thoughts, feelings, and aspirations. And therefore nothing else can affect him; he is protected.

And if anything acts on him, it is only to provide him with the resistance to overcome to draw even closer to the Creator.
