When a person adapts to the characteristics of the higher power, one gains supernatural power and control over the movie of one’s life. People yearn to have more control and we develop through related fantasies. The wisdom of Kabbalah teaches that there is an ideal state in nature toward which everything is drawn and teaches us how to reach it by learning how to summon supernatural forces and feel a perfect state in nature. The general power in nature is called the Creator, God. Being like God means knowing both the good and the bad forces and how to use them correctly thereby attaining freedom.
