He will motivate others by establishing a heartfelt attitude toward his workers. He will lead by setting an example and will have to break himself more than anyone else during the process of integral education. This leader will know how to merge feeling and mind as well as social and hierarchical relationships. In other words, he will know how to create a ball out of lines and circles. He will use integral education to develop creativity and constant improvement.
