Dear Rav Laitmann,
Recently you were asked why your students depreciate their health and asked why does the Kabbalah minimise the body.
My question is:
Would caring for our body be a sign of respect and appreciation for the Creator? Would a person who abuses his body be able to reflect the qualities of a bestowing Creator?
As I understand it, my reshimot reflects the light. If I refuse to care for myself, would I not begin to develop unwholesome qualities that would not allow me to experience the light?

Mr laitman; I am exceeding grateful for your faithful dissemination of authentic kabbalah. Such exciting times to be consciously aware that a Global Village is forming. This to connect 7 billion humans upon the earth consciously aware that LOVE is the General Law of the Universe, both above and below.
Mr laitman: Thank you for the authentic Kabbalah. I can’t believe how my children are in the generation of the return of the Messiah. Of all history, the correction of 7 billion humans into a global village of LOVE and unity. That Hashem and his name will soon be one! Either thru pain or thru faith above reason were going to witness the human correction in our lifetime! MY question; is the 12-24-12 glactic eclipse a celestrial sign of this return of Messiah, as the star above the Manger brought the wise men for the first comming of the Messiah?
If the vessels we acquire during our exile in Egypt are those which are corrected after we come out of Egypt, are the reshimot unique to me or common to all of us. Some of the group may have more interest in developing their ego’s than others, being more ambitious. If I am not ambitious in this sense, do I still correct the necessary vessels?
