Faith above reason is the understanding that reality is not the way I imagine it. I am inside the Creator, the upper force that governs me. The enormous world that appears before me is inside of me. I have to attract the Creator’s force so it will fill my entire world and set everything right.

It seems to a person that he feels the external world. He is locked inside himself and feels himself from inside. Reality is inside of us. It’s as if I am sleeping and seeing dreams about how I’m doing something, somewhere. When I awaken, I see that the true reality is different. Likewise when revealing spirituality, we understand that we were as dreamers.

We do not feel where we are—like the blind and deaf, we don’t feel the true world, progressing through it by feeling around. This is the correction. The Creator created concealment so we would attain perfection. From concealment we would reach revelation, from reason we would rise to faith above reason, from reception to bestowal.

The pressure between fragmentation and the aspiration to unite reaches a size, like in a lightbulb, which lights up when the pressure is 220 volts. Out of darkness we draw the Creator into our unity. We have to value the dark states because they unite us, and by that I ignite light in my dark soul.

When we overcome egoism’s resistance in the full measure and attain unity in a ten, the Creator becomes revealed between us. The opposition of the light and darkness, fragmentation and unity, reaches the extreme when contact between ego and holiness is sufficient for darkness to shine as light. We are on the path of light.

The declaration on fighting #antisemitism was unanimously passed by the EU member states. But the declaration can’t change the negative attitude that the nations of the worlds have toward the Jews. The reason is that only Jews can reveal for themselves, and then for the world—the program of the world’s development—and the world will calm down!

People want to destroy everything bad and have only good things in their lives. This is the wrong approach. Kabbalah teaches how to combine all the opposites together. One does not suppress the other. With the right combination and integration, they understand that they cannot do without each other and attain perfection.

If every party and every person start building the form of love, which is based on oppositeness to one’s negative, critical sensation of others, when inside there is hatred and outside there is love, then we will see that the whole world is corrected, and we are in the best state

Transgressions help build love. We must cover all discrepancies with love. If we treat each other this way, there won’t be any conflicts, attacks, or animosity between people and parties. We will build together, accounting for our righteousness and others’ errors, and covering all of this with love above.

We have to change our approach, so we don’t determine how exactly it should be, but each one will think that unity must dwell in the heart first of all. It is then realized—it doesn’t matter in what form. I don’t establish any conditions: what matters is to strive for unity.

Only our internal efforts in striving to unite as a whole nation and the whole world can bring peace to the world. Otherwise explosive points and looming war will be present everywhere. There is nothing more important than our efforts to unite the nation. The problem is that every person thinks only he is right.

If I attune myself to a good attitude toward the friends and through them to the Creator, I tune myself like a musical instrument, like guitar strings, striving for complete harmony in their sound. By tuning myself in this way, I sound in harmony with the group  and start to play it like playing one soul.

If the friends enter my heart, then I will see that the Creator stands behind each of them. They appear before me as my corrected qualities, but in my egoism I see them as flawed. If I try to let them straight into my heart, then I will correct myself.

The Creator unites us and makes us perfect. He created the world for us to be His partners: to reveal our differences and the need for the force of bestowal, to ask the Creator to come and fill all the voids, connect the opposites, and let us feel the perfect oneness of all pluses and minuses.

Everyone’s individual inborn qualities are a great asset, and should not be altered or broken. On the contrary, we must protect every person in the world to preserve their natural qualities. We must work together for the Creator to unite us all, to attract the force of bestowal.

Connection is possible only in the measure of rising above egoism. Or it falls apart. We see this in all unions in our world. Therefore, first we rise above our ego and, to this extent, we unite into one whole. Moreover, egoism remains between us but plays a role of connection amplifier.

One sees that his friends are closer to the Creator, while he is not aligned with the Creator, is completely detached from Him. Even if he sometimes receives an awakening for the Creator, he instantly disconnects from the Creator’s oneness. However, it forces him to demand a solution in adhesion with the Creator.

One should always try to cling to the Creator: for all his thoughts to be about the Creator. Even in the worst state he should not leave the Creator’s domain thinking that there’s another power that prevents him from following Creator’s path—for everything comes from the Creator.

There is no other force besides the Creator—this means that neither does man have any power, and one is mistaken in thinking that he did something himself yesterday, i.e., he does not believe that only the Creator controls the world. One should not regret what happened, it was the Creator who disconnected him from Himself.

Coming closer to the middle line is realizing that I am nothing without the friends, the group. When I come to the lesson preparation, I feel dead, empty, feel nothing, not ready. When I hear the friends speak, awakening one another, I awaken. I am revived by their awakening.

Every person comes to the middle line when he wants to be included in the group, support it, and correctly perceive all of its positive and negative states. Opposites should not create a short circuit or separate from each other, but come closer to build the middle line.

If we are flexible toward the friends: we support and strengthen them, then we feel how the group is formed more correctly through our efforts. Every person who cares about the group, builds himself as the middle line, aims precisely at the Creator and reveals Him inside of himself.

Peace and perfection are the Creator’s prerogative. This is what a person lacks. The Creator created us with the evil inclination and gave us a little goodness so we would look for ways to connect them. When we despair due to the impossibility of reconciling two opposites …

One should be careful that the desire to receive is corrected by the intention to bestow so that the pleasure and joy revealed in the desire to receive would be with the intention of giving pleasure to the Creator by the fact that one is experiencing pleasure.

The Creator’s goal is to give His creations pleasure. Therefore, one must consider the fact that by experiencing pleasure he will give pleasure to the Creator. Thus, he strives to be in the power of the Creator, to be able to enjoy with the Creator, which will bring Him contentment.

By changing our desire, we change the feelings. I should feel joy at having received a feeling from the Creator, no matter which, even the worst. With the help of the group, I can rise above it and begin to change my attitude to what is happening. “My sons have defeated Me.”

The Creator always gives me certain desires; each moment is a new world, a new state. Every second I strive to become closer to the Creator, more giving, more connected to my friends and through them to the Creator, where we turn into one man wanting to adhere to the Creator.

A person able to control his desire partially or completely is a Kabbalist. He receives a desire from the Creator and asks for the power to change this desire. He can always change the world in which he lives, the reality, from the very bottom of the spiritual ladder to the top.

By working together on our nature we accumulate efforts between us and try to adhere to each other. Everyone wants to adapt themselves to others, treat each other with love, so we build a mini-system of the Creator between us, a system of devoted connections and later of love.

The connection begins with unfounded hatred. From there one must come to brotherly love, as one person with one heart. We must assemble the system of the common soul and achieve full interconnection where everyone seeks only to fulfill others. This is how the common soul works.

We need to learn not to depend on emotions but to follow reason, that is, to engage in the science of Kabbalah, the science of connection. As various feelings arise in us from plus to minus, the main thing is to try to advance above all these emotions to complete unity called love.

Our task is to be between the plus and the minus, between the egoistic nature made by the Creator (the evil inclination, corrupt beginning) and the upper light that we attract by our efforts (good beginning). We exist between the evil and the good beginnings, and do our work.

The difficulty of caring not for myself but only for the Creator is in feeling that I leave the whole world, but in return do not feel the Creator. If I were to feel the Creator, I would be ready to leave everything to connect with Him. Therefore, the main thing is to achieve the feeling that the Creator fills the whole world.

The revelation of the Creator manifests itself from His alternating concealments and revelations in order to discover that there is no other authority besides Him. There is no space free from Him. I am a black dot from which this can be revealed. This state is called adhesion, the goal of development.

Humanity’s problem now lies in realizing that the only right exit out of the crisis lies in correcting human relationships from egoistic to altruistic. Returning to business relations without correcting human relations will lead to a huge crisis!

When the bestowing intention fills the whole gap inside of the will to enjoy, we can then use this water to irrigate the earth and revive the crops, and let the animals drink: the donkeys, camels or people, and gradually reach corrections. Digging wells is the beginning of the spiritual work.

To dig up a well is to receive an intention for the sake of bestowal within a corrupt desire, plain earth. We must find a place for the well, come to feel a deficiency, and begin digging up the ground until the hollow in the earth begins filling up with water, the qualities of Bina, i.e., aspirations to work for the sake of bestowal.

Separating the egoistic intention from desire is possible only by uniting with friends. Together we dig up the common desire, as a house is built on piling: holes are dug up and filled with concrete, and then the building is erected vertically over it.
We dig up the egoistic intentions and in its place we put down intentions for the sake of bestowal.

By acquiring intentions for the sake of bestowal, man can shift his rock (stony heart) that’s plugging the well, and then everyone will be able to enjoy the water from the well. The well-hole filled with water, i.e. the light of Hassadim, is a well filled with living water.
The light of Hassadim endows the earth with strength, granting a new harvest.

Everyone is connected and everyone is corrected. Only I feel that I am separated from others and I judge them from my own flaws. If I correct myself and correctly imagine the state of all of creation, then I will see the Shechina, the Creator’s revelation that dresses in all the creatures, unites them, and operates inside of them.

We build the upper world out of desires aimed at reciprocal bestowal to one another. This is “the soul.” We have to imagine a reality that’s different from the one we feel—one where everyone is connected together. That is how it in fact exists: as a unified integral world, but the ego separates me from this reality.

We do not enter the upper world, but build it. It does not exist in a ready-made form. All of the premises are ready for us to create it. We build the spiritual world from our will to enjoy, and make restriction, the screen and reflected light over it.

The higher our reflected light is, the better we will imagine what the upper world is. It does not exist prior to that. Everything exists only in our desire: either for the sake of reception, or for the sake of bestowal. There is also an upper source, but it does not exist in our desires and intentions in any way.

We have to imagine the difference between being “inside reason,” meaning our current ego-mind and heart, and “above reason” in bestowal. That is how we gradually start to come closer to the boundary separating “inside reason” and “above reason” to the transition from the corporeal world into the spiritual world.

I come out into the spiritual world, like into outer space in a space suit. Inside of the space suit is my small world. On the outside, there’s a world unknown to me. There, one is prohibited to exist in the ego-form. By rebuilding my feelings and reason from ego-use to the neighbor’s benefit, I neutralize my “I”—I don’t need a space suit. If I act not for my own benefit but for others’ benefit, there’s no reason for me to be isolated from them. They cannot harm me. On the contrary, I can use everything that’s there beyond the boundaries of the space suit, for everyone’s benefit.

I exist inside of my ego-desire, “this world.” There’s a reverse world where everything is opposite: instead of hatred, there’s love; instead of reception, there’s bestowal, instead of attraction, there’s repulsion. In that other world, we live not in order to do good for ourselves, but so others are well.

It is precisely thanks to being in an ego-body that I can imagine how I transform it to be like the Creator, in the quality above the ego, the quality of bestowal. I am therefore happy to feel myself in a greater egoistic shell each time and from it, to aspire to the Creator.

Nothing and no one forces me to it, it is I who try to find the forces to do anything for the sake of bestowal above reason. This is how the transition happens from reason into above reason, above desire. It’s a transition from the material world into the spiritual one.
The spiritual world is built above reason, above my regular desire.

I feel everything inside me resisting: I do not want unity, the studies, altruistic actions, dissemination, connection with the friends. I do not wish to make use of the means that bring me closer to the Creator. I see the resistance inside—it’s in my ego, but on the outside I do the opposite.

Prayer is work in the heart, since reason resists it and one must go against reason. I ask the Creator for the thing that my nature resists. Every prayer requires special work in the heart. I do not want to understand with my reason that I should work for the Creator; I want to work in faith above reason.

The Creator doesn’t get revealed as if He was some place far away, and I have finally come there and found Him. I have to feel the Creator inside of me, feel the quality of bestowal inside me. Whether the Creator is “close” or “far” from me—is whether I want to be like Him, for the quality of bestowal to rule over me?

If we wish to reveal the point in the heart inside of us, a part of divinity from above, the sprout of bestowal, then we have to exert many forces to this end and help one another in the group. We are cultivating the force of bestowal inside of us, like out of a drop of semen implanted in us, until it reaches the full measure called the soul.

The more a person’s mind and reason grows, the higher he rises to act in faith above reason anew, becomes smarter in the corporeal world as well, and advances further in the spiritual world. He is always growing: in reason and then above reason.

I have nothing besides my desire. All my life I followed rational logic, and suddenly I’ll go against it? The wisdom of Kabbalah does not urge us to advance without the mind and reason, but teaches us to rise above them. The mind and reason remain—we do not rule them out, but we rise above them and do the opposite.

Rejection from spirituality, hatred for others and for the Creator, must be felt and cognized. The connection between corporeality and spirituality happens by being rejected from spirituality, overcoming the rejection, and connecting to the Creator. This is the rope that we cling to that connects this world and the spiritual world.

The more questions, intentions, and thoughts we discover inside of us that resist spirituality and degrade the spiritual work, the thicker and stronger the wick of our candle becomes through them. We overcome the resistance—and the wick absorbs more oil. Light comes from above and lights our candle.

Our world is the foundation, created by the Creator, from which we must rise each time. This world is a repository of all the broken vessels. We fall to this world to be infused with a lower, broken desire, and we rise to correct and fill it. “Rising and falling” is the spiritual path.

To come closer to the Creator and feel Him, I need the quality of bestowal. The Creator created one man, one soul, and broke it into many parts, so these pixels will connect with each other on their own. When they reconnect back into one man, we feel the Creator more.

We never annul our reason and advance beneath it, as this is done in religions, but we always advance in faith above reason. The faith above reason that we receive turns into reason, and we must once again go above it—that is how we ascend the spiritual degrees.

Man must extract out of his desire the intention for himself. The Creator purposefully placed in our desire an egoistic intention,

I want to acquire the desire for the spiritual, the desire to attain the Creator and cling to Him, the need for bestowal. Before me lies “plain earth” that I want to transform into a spiritual field. I want to dig up the egoistic desire and reveal the emptiness in it so that out of this earth I could reach heaven, the spiritual world.

Work with the will to enjoy happens in two stages.
1. I battle my will to enjoy, overcoming it and performing actions of bestowal.
2. I fight for the desire for spirituality because it disappears.
I become like a dead person toward spirituality, not wishing to ask for or to receive help.

We see how in nature one eats another—this is because we treat each other egoistically. With our ego, we influence all other degrees of nature—the still, vegetative and animate. When we correct the ego-desire, the wolf will dwell in peace with the lamb, no one will attack anyone else.

Unity is a sure remedy against the virus. It is a salutary means against all problems since we then become similar to the common, global, integral nature. By uniting in this way, we connect more to the general force of nature, which will properly arrange all systems of our life.

The more an athlete trains, the stronger he becomes, strengthening the ego. He is always pleased with his achievements. A Kabbalist strives to weaken the ego through the studies, in order to rise above it. For egoism, the state seems unfortunate, but for a Kabbalist this is a desirable state.

A Kabbalist looks at his animate body as a researcher. In the animate, the force of reception, egoism, is revealed, but a Kabbalist wants the force of bestowal to be revealed in him. He feels himself as a completely neutral researcher, not belonging to reception nor to bestowal.

A Kabbalist rejoices at the bad just as the good. However, this does not mean he’s a masochist because a Kabbalist does not attribute suffering to himself, but only to egoism, which was created by the Creator. He perceives egoism not as his own will to enjoy, but as a force that comes from the Creator.

I am always rising and falling: MAN – MAD. That is how each one works in the group, all ten of our cylinders. By absorbing the friends’ desire, I want to bring them closer to the Creator. From Him I receive forces, fillings, revelations, and pass this to the friends. I am a conveyor belt in both directions.

On the first roll of the piston, I drown in the ten and draw the friends’ desires from there. On the second roll I raise these desires to the Creator. This ascent is MAN, I ask for everyone, and receive a force from above. With this force I descend down and pass it on to the friends—receive a new desire from them and raise MAN.

Every person should be the smallest one in the ten, and the greatest one. If everyone in the ten works this way, we will get an engine with ten cylinders—just imagine how powerful that is! All the pistons pump up our common volume, until we overfill the measure and the Creator is revealed inside.
