The #coronavirus epidemic is the first blow of a whole series of blows that will be revealed one by one. We create room for the #virus by treating each other badly. The virus emerges in the place where mutual guarantee is missing, which we should have established.
Humanity is interdependent in every area of life. However, human relationships aren’t improving. We’re becoming increasingly opposite to our interdependence. We connect in order to exploit each other. When these bad connections become unbearable nature breaks them apart #COVID-19.
If we could see that a kind gaze cures us of the #coronavirus, everyone on earth would instantly become righteous. But a person is required to have awareness and aspiration toward bestowal, rather than to selfish profit, toward thoughts about everyone instead of himself. He will stop being sick when everyone feels good.
#COVID-19 Today our dependence on each other is expressed by the fact that, out of fear of being infected, I close myself off from others, disconnecting from the negative connection. But let’s reveal our positive dependence! If we unite properly, we will start producing positive viruses!
Humanity has undergone a long path of development and is starting to feel as one body. We should thank the #coronavirus—it has brought the whole world to such unity. If the #epidemic drags on, humanity will reveal that it truly belongs to one system where everyone depends on each other.
A Kabbalist feels the life of the animate body similarly to changing out of one shirt into another. The virus has resulted in mass #layoffs. This wave will uproot humanity—we are at the “red line”—nature will not allow us to continue existing this way. For the first time in human history, we are realizing that this is a blow from above. Every person will feel that this is divine retribution, that we are being straightened out from above.
Every person in the world should understand: the coronavirus isn’t an accident. The forces of nature lead human society, aspiring to unite us into one system. In this system, there are laws that nature will obligate us to fulfill—if not by our goodwill and our understanding, then coercively.

Great insight could emerge in humanity as a result of the Coronavirus: everyone will feel how interdependent we are and how much we need each other, that we cannot be separated no matter how we try to break the ties between us. It’s either a kind dependence or death from starvation.
If we build our environment on the current level, we can rise to the next one. We are ascending in a straight line. As we rise, we build an environment once again, a circle. Outbreaks of infection demonstrate to us the principle of connection and responsibility of people, how each person affects all others. Nature will teach us the right interaction until we realize the rules of good interaction of all people. Thus, we will come to a complete correction of egoism!
Since the tendency of nature’s development is toward unity of opposites, in the future those who are able to unite the opposites with their methodology as the necessary mutual completion, according to the rule: “Love will cover all crimes,” will always succeed.
We are purposely causing the blows to our desire to enjoy, otherwise we cannot reveal its lowliness, hollowness, and its wicked hold over us in order to want to break free from it.

The state of entry into the upper world is called a conception (Ibur): when one annuls himself before the upper, is completely in bestowal to the upper (in an ascent from Malchut to Bina), just as the soul was before falling into egoism. And now it seeks to return to the state of complete annulment before the upper.
The main request to the Creator: to go against my desires in joy as if I’m completely in bestowal, asking for strength to go above my desires, to be in the desire to bestow in joy, as someone serving a great master. But one doesn’t ask to see the greatness of the Creator but only for joy and bestowal AS IF one sees the Creator.
The inner force of breakage separates everyone from others and keeps them in a dream. When we begin to work on our correction, we attract the upper light that awakens us. We come back from the dream to reality and feel the true life, realizing that everything is one system, one soul.
Right now I don’t feel the common soul due to the force of breakage in me that doesn’t let me feel myself as corrected, perfect—in the only state that exists. Due to the inner breakage, it is as if I’m unconscious, in a dream, and must wake up from it.
There is one soul in the world and it is in every person who longs to practically reveal the upper force, the source of his soul. Each person, as he connects with others, attains a common soul, feeling the whole upper light as Adam—the only soul.
It doesn’t matter what is in each of us, it is what is between us that is important—a network of connections is more important than its nodes. Although a network is built on nodes, it is only to achieve the goal; to merge with the Creator, the network of connections is far more important.
Everyone has a “point in the heart.” We have to annul our egoism to unite with the friends. The Creator unites us. As soon as I feel the connection: “I’m—to the friend, and the friend—to me,” I immediately feel the force of unity between us—bestowal, quality of the Creator.
If I don’t raise the request for my friends, MAN, nor raise the reflecting light, Ohr Hozer, the Creator suffers like a woman in labor pains: wanting to help but unable to, since no one can help the Creator give birth. We sinners are restricting the Creator from manifesting all His love and correcting the world.
The Creator as the bestowing force desires only one thing: for us to take this force and use it. If I can activate it and use it for the friend’s benefit, in so doing I give the Creator contentment. By connecting Him to those that need Him, I evoke in Him contentment from bestowing.
If I address the Creator with a correct request, I will see the Creator’s action in it. For I’m raising the reflected light (Ohr Hozer), and the direct light (Ohr Yashar) clothes in it, transforming into the inner light (Ohr Pnimi) that enters the soul, correcting and filling its desires.
If I concern myself with the Creator’s revelation to the friend, for his benefit and His benefit, I will feel the Creator’s actions in my request. After all, it is my actions that drew the Creator to help the group, and I will reveal this assistance as it will pass through me. When you ask for others, you receive first!
If one wishes to shift from actions without intentions to actions with the intention to bestow (for the benefit of others, the Creator), one finds that when desires (the body) hear of the intention to bestow, they begin to resist at once, indicating that this work is impossible (so that one would need the Creator).
The Creator cannot help those who ask for themselves. But through my request on their behalf I connect them to the Creator. The Creator doesn’t have the reflecting light, He cannot manifest His force of bestowal differently. I give Him my manifestation, Ohr Hozer, allowing the Creator to work and receive pleasure.
The Creator made it so man cannot independently rid himself of self-love, but would need the Creator to help him. How does the Creator help? With the holy soul, i.e., the will to bestow. Man has no desire to receive the light of bestowal, he is willing to keep content with keeping the commandments…

#Exodus from Egypt is followed by reception of #Torah. We consent for the upper light to separate us from the ego-intention. The will to enjoy remains with no intention and joins the intention for the sake of bestowal—this is entry into the land of #Israel Flag of Israel.
#Exodus from Egypt happens in several stages:
1. We feel completely enslaved.
2. We feel a growing objection to slavery and servitude.
3. We are ready for anything—if it helps us run away from slavery—even to jump into the Final Sea [Red Sea], since “death is better than such a life.”

We rely on the connection with one another—and thus correct everything.
“We are only elevated in sanctity, never lowered.” We are now revealing a new empty space of our soul—we must fill it with the force of faith, the light of Hassadim, and then the light of Hochma. That is how we build the degrees and connections with the Creator.

We must rejoice at the descents and falls, since to the degree of one’s readiness, broken desires, spiritual vessels are revealed to him. If a descent, a bad mood, darkness in the mind and heart, comes, this is given for correction. We understand and feel this darkness, and are obligated to correct this state.
The passage, detachment from the egoistic intention entry into the reign of the intention for the sake of bestowal, is the passage from the material world into the spiritual one, from being under Pharaoh’s rule to being under the Creator’s rule, from Egypt into the land of Israel, Flag of Israel
We must strengthen the mutual guarantee, unity, the group, in advance—prepare all the means so as to maximally correct one more empty part of the common soul that is being revealed. Until you connect all parts of the soul into one soul, you won’t attain the end of correction.
When the spirit of life disappears, we think we move farther away from the Creator. But in reality, new empty cavities are being revealed to us, from which the upper light departed during the fall of sin with the Tree of Knowledge. In spiritual work, the degree or state that was attained is zero in relation to the following state, measured as an addition to the preceding state. Each subsequent state must be greater than those experienced in the past—that is how we enter spiritual life.
If success carries on for longer than a moment, it turns into a regular ego-state and is not deemed aspiration to the Creator, spiritual work. The group should care about a new spirit appearing in it each time. If the impression from what was attained is prolonged—it becomes tasteless.
The states have to change like breathing: inhale-exhale. We mustn’t consent to a lack of renewal. The congress is a huge leap forward, followed by a drastic descent. Everything depends on our connection with each other and not on each person’s immersion inward.
Spiritual work is ever greater unity of friends in the group. Strive to attain unity faster, then the upper light will reign between us. We must make efforts to unite so the force of unity will be revealed in us till the force of love—this is already the Creator!
A spiritual state ends the moment I feel it. If I feel it, that means it’s already over! The previous state was given to us by the Creator, who organized a congress and ensured its success. Now we must thank the Creator for the example and carry out the work on our own.
One mustn’t think about the past state (congress)—that would be Klipa. We must rather strive toward ever greater unity. This will no longer be felt like before, since the Kli is always changing, and we will attain a new state within the unity.
After fulfillment by a spiritual sensation, emptiness and weakness come. The most important thing in this state is to understand that this is a necessary change of states. You reveal new uncorrected desires of your soul. They were concealed, and now you must add them to those working for the group and the Creator.
A person feels empty when the Creator moves farther away from him, in order to impart him with a feeling of space between Himself and the person. Rabash, Letter 77: There is no emptiness in spirituality, the Creator is hiding to allow us to advance without waiting for the falls but by feeling our lowliness, to raise the desire “even before you have lost.”
Rabash, Letter 24: You must keep the connection between the friends day and night—when it feels like “day” and when it feels like “night.” You must awaken the friends’ hearts so that the flame rises by itself—by doing so you will merit to awaken the love of the Creator.
If we unite into one soul as before the breakage of Adam, we will return to perceiving the upper world, to the spiritual state, become Adam once again. A person has no other work in this world besides seeking out the ways of connecting to others so one can rebuild the soul.
Spirituality is revealed through unity of egoists. We remain in the spiritual world but perceive ourselves instead of it. We must transition from the individualized perception of ourselves in this world to the perception of us through the force of love and bestowal, which unites everyone in one desire.
Through the science of Kabbalah we reveal the cause of the disease, which comes from human egoism, and its cure: if I suffer from egoism, I need to break free from it. The science of Kabbalah helps: we must be in a group and attract the light that reforms, it gradually changes us.
A man is an intention. The physical body is our animal. Through our relationships we are able to raise ourselves from the animate degree to the Human, “Adam,” meaning “similar to the Creator.”
All misfortunes and problems are sent on purpose for us to accelerate bringing the world into balance, to draw near and work on the ego. From the level of Adam, man, from the highest level of nature, we will cause all of its forces to come into balance, the world will find peace and happiness!
Baal HaSulam, Letter 2: You should evoke within you fear of the coolness of love, although the intellect denies this possibility. If there is a way by which to increase love and one does not increase, that too is considered a flaw. Our job is to reveal love every day as a gift.
The rule that helps to protect oneself from breaking off the connection with the Creator is unity with the friends within the ten, which obligates one to develop love in one’s heart for his friends until a person will become one with them and with the Creator between them.
Kabbalah calls for adherence to minimalism in everything in order to concentrate your efforts on the only thing that’s important—to create a constant desire in yourself to reveal the Creator in all that surrounds us. This also ensures environmental consciousness, optimality.
One can serve the Creator only in joy. But the Creator purposely made it so that you can’t. So that you would ask Him for the power of bestowal! Don’t stop until you receive it. Once you get the power of bestowal, you will see how much the whole world needs your help, and you will rejoice at each of your actions.
If I work shedding tears, it is not counted for anything because what is important in spirituality is the intention, not the action. Intention is measured only in joy according to my desire, whether I want to work or not. If I work reluctantly it is not counted as work.
The only desire created by the Creator on the level of Bina, “Future World,” upon breaking fell to the level of Malchut, “Our World.” We have to gather the broken pieces and raise them to Bina, “Garden of Eden,” through unity.
